"The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning, expansive views of the frozen Songhua River, which was truly breathtaking. The in-room floor heating kept everything incredibly warm, a stark contrast to the icy outdoors, making it super comfortable. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the bellhops proactively helped with luggage. The entire experience was fantastic. The dining was also outstanding; the松咖啡 (Song Cafe) buffet offered a wide variety, and the service from Linda and Joker at the Executive Lounge was particularly attentive. The 270° constant temperature infinity pool was absolutely amazing. Swimming while enjoying the river views made all my fatigue instantly melt away. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!"

"TianTian is a great hotel here in Harbin. It's 3 mins walk to Zhongyang street. As you can already see the famous street from our room window. Sophia Church is 10 mins walk from the other direction. The room is big and spacious. Housekeeping Ayi is very nice and approachable. She refills our water daily and clean our room. We first stayed for 2 nights and then we went to Snow Valley. They allowed us to leave some of our luggages. After snow valley we came back and stayed for another 4 nights as we enjoyed the stay here at the hotel. Best part they have washing machine for free use. We will definitely come back soon maybe end of the year. 🫰❤️"

"This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"This was by far the best hotel experience during my trip to Harbin, every detail perfectly matched my aesthetic and preferences. The decor of the Qixia room completely captivated me – a warm, natural wood palette throughout. Stepping inside felt like instantly settling into a cozy forest cabin. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire space bright and airy, and that oversized bathtub by the window was the highlight of my stay. Soaking in it every evening, watching the skyline turn a beautiful orange-pink, just melted all my fatigue away. I absolutely have to commend the room's island counter design and the faucets; the quality is superb. Detail-oriented guests will truly appreciate this thoughtful design. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruits and a couple's cake. When I didn't feel like going out for lunch, I ordered room service – the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork). It was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the sauce was absolutely divine, easily comparable to any famous local restaurant. The dessert section in the executive lounge was a hidden gem; every small cake was exquisite and delicious. The breakfast on the second day was an even bigger surprise – the freshly brewed Ewenki milk tea was rich and unique, and the croissants and Danish pastries from the bakery section had excellent flaky textures. There's a 42-degree hot spring pool in the swimming area, which is such a rare find in a city hotel. After a swim, soaking in the hot water really opened up my pores; it must be even more wonderful to visit in winter. From the moment I stepped into the sky lobby on the 42nd floor, I was immersed in a powerful tribal aesthetic: reindeer, 'chuoluozi' (tepee-like tents), and birch bark handicrafts everywhere. I spent a long time flipping through the faux-leather textured booklet and Ewenki-themed books in the room. Coupled with the set of hand-drawn creative postcards on the desk, it felt like receiving a gift from the vast forests of the Greater Khingan Mountains. Before checking out, I specifically went to see the Arctic-themed photography exhibition on the first floor. The exhibition was thoughtfully curated, showing just how much effort the hotel puts into cultural promotion. The lobby service was consistently warm and attentive. The butler proactively introduced the facilities and helped carry luggage to the room, and room service responses were very prompt. Overall, it felt like being genuinely cared for, rather than just experiencing standardized politeness."

"This hotel is incredibly close to Central Street, literally right outside the door. The room was spotless, and having a washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our flight was late, and they allowed us a late check-out until 2 PM without any extra charge. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile and were genuinely enthusiastic. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – right off the Yangmingtan Bridge. Free parking was a big plus, and there were plenty of spaces. Downstairs, you could find all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, and food delivery came right to the door. You could even see the Yangmingtan Bridge directly from the room. It had a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels/bath sheets were a nice touch! And the best part: it's pet-friendly! Pet-friendly! Pet-friendly!"

"A hotel with great character! It's only a 2-minute walk from Central Avenue, so the location is superb! It's clean and hygienic. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient! Whether you eat downstairs or order takeout, it's easy. There's no separate shower area, only a bathtub, which might be inconvenient for elderly people with mobility issues. It would be even better if they didn't use Ice Dew bottled water 😃. Breakfast is the same every day!"

"Very close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, and not far from the high-speed rail station. There are also many restaurants nearby, and the subway makes transportation convenient. Parking is super easy too! The room facilities are very new."

"The room was surprisingly clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to relax the moment I lay down. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, and I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the smart toilet and thermostatic shower were wonderful to use. The toiletries had a fresh scent and were just as good as big brands. So many thoughtful details! The service was even better! The front desk staff were warm and efficient. When checking in, they proactively recommended some niche local restaurants and even upgraded our room. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned meticulously, replenished fresh bottled water, and even tidied up our scattered luggage. This was incredibly helpful for someone tired from traveling. It’s also very close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral."
