"Cleanliness: I'd seen several hotels with poor reviews for cleanliness, but when I saw the Long Rui Cheng Hotel with a 5-star rating, I told my family that it was the only hotel with excellent cleanliness, so I was looking forward to staying there. However, upon entering the room, I was surprised to find a black spot under one of the pillows—which was acceptable. However, I was shocked to see an unidentified stain on another sheet (see picture). Unwilling to bother with my parents and children, I called the front desk, and they came to change it. However, when they did, they claimed it wasn't cleaned properly. They noticed it when I made the bed, so why didn't they change it? The stain was at the foot of the bed, where you usually just flip it up and sleep. Don't expect anything less! Service: The free storage service was good, and the storage area was clean, with lockers for storage. That was a really nice touch. 👍 I hope the business will stop harassing me with phone calls and remove the negative review! The bad parts need to be improved, but the good ones should be maintained, so we can keep our customers coming back!"

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, very convenient for taxis, and just a two-minute walk to Central Avenue. The room facilities are pretty standard, but the breakfast ingredients are good, and the afternoon tea service is a thoughtful touch. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.

SShaunaKwokThis hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room. They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee. They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance). The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates. The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel really exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in, every staff member greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel incredibly welcome, just like being at home. The room layout was convenient and very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was also fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Harbin! Such a delightful experience!

GGuest UserThe service here is excellent, from booking to the front desk and restaurant staff, everything was impeccable. The Chinese restaurant waitress, Miss Xu, was especially warm and professional. This is much better than the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, where I noticed foreign guests were prioritized with excessive deference – that wasn't the case here in Harbin. The Ritz-Carlton Harbin's service was truly attentive and responsive to every request, hats off to them! 👍 There were a few minor downsides. The smart toilet seat, if you sit on it for too long, the lid taps your back. 🤭 The first room they assigned me was quite far from the elevator, which I had requested since I'm a light sleeper. However, after the staff showed me to the room, I got lost trying to find the elevator again after turning a few corners, haha! So I went back to my room and called the front desk. They then upgraded me to a river-view room closer to the elevator. But as soon as I entered, there was a slight lingering smell of renovation near the entrance. For someone as sensitive to smells as I am, it was quite impactful, but I really didn't want to bother them again. Sure enough, I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night, quickly took some medicine, and felt better after an early morning walk. Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, but by 9:40 AM, the hot milk was already gone. A kind female manager went to the coffee machine to get me a cup, as it would take 7 minutes to provide more hot milk. My suggestion is that if breakfast is until 10:30 AM, they shouldn't stop replenishing items early just because there are fewer people. This will only lead to even fewer guests over time. I even bought 14 more breakfast vouchers, by the way. The quality of the breakfast ingredients is excellent, which is why I bought 10 breakfast vouchers. The gym equipment is great, and the service there is also very enthusiastic. The lighting in the swimming pool area at night was a bit dim. Since it's a water environment, dim lighting can be dangerous and make it difficult to spot issues. My friend suddenly got leg cramps, luckily a coach came over and pulled her out. The downside is that there are two lifeguard observation chairs, but no lifeguards. There's a duty coach who occasionally comes in to check, and sometimes goes to the gym to teach. Even though the water depth is 1.35 meters, a swimming pool, by regulation, must have lifeguards on the chairs. Accidents can happen in water, so safety is paramount. Overall, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future. The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!

GGuest UserPros: 1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay. 2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier. 3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good. Cons: 1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient. 2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring. 3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

SShengguoqianqianThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Exit 3 of Metro Line 2. It's super easy to get to Central Street and Daoli Market from here. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the staff—from servers to front desk and restaurant personnel—are all so warm and welcoming, always greeting you. As someone from the south, it really made me feel at home. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, with a good variety and delicious food, offering great value for money. All in all, if I come back, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

GGuest UserAlways a Shangri-La fan, this stay at the Shangri-La Harbin Songjiang was full of pleasant surprises! A huge shout-out to the Executive Lounge team; they provided attentive and thoughtful service from check-in, through afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast the next morning, making us feel right at home. The room had a great view of the Songhua River, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

GGuest UserOur first night was in a standard king room, and we found it a bit odd to have a large round bathtub right in the middle of the room. The soundproofing was terrible; it sounded like the next-door neighbors were showering right in our ears. We mentioned it to the concierge, who immediately offered to switch rooms, and we ended up getting an upgrade. Both the rooms and the lobby are located on higher floors, which is the most inconvenient thing about this type of hotel. Every time you want to go in or out, it's a bit of a hassle. Although the hotel has 8 high-speed elevators, it still took about 5 minutes to get out for meals or the gym. However, this is apparently due to local government regulations requiring high-end hotels to occupy higher floors, so I guess it's not really the hotel's fault. Overall, the hotel staff seemed to be trying very hard, and the place has a lot of character, so I'll give it a good review.

GGuest UserGood value for money, especially in the winter high season. Good location, 10mins walkable distance to the Chinese Baroque Area and 20mins walkable distance to St. Sophia Church. I think I got the smallest room possible, so try to avoid rooms ending with -01 and -02. Clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Paid a bit more for the buffet breakfast. Nothing special but the fried rice was delicious and I ate a lot to tide through the day.
