Guest UserThis is, by far, the best five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It makes me wonder if all the other five-star hotels I've experienced were fakes! Not only does the hotel boast elegant surroundings, but it also offers an unbeatable river view. Every single staff member is exceptional, working diligently with a friendly demeanor, taking human-centric care to the highest level. The breakfast recommendations are not only nutritious but also feature specialties from Harbin, which the kids absolutely loved. The Ritz-Carlton brand truly lives up to its reputation; I think I'll be choosing this hotel brand whenever I visit big cities from now on.

HefurennengnengThis hotel, located on Sandaogai Street, boasts an amazing location right off Central Avenue. Whether you want to see the streetscape, river views, or St. Sophia Cathedral, it's all within easy walking distance! Honestly, as a Harbin university student from 2003, this is the first time in over 20 years I've seen Central Avenue deserted in the early morning! It was a truly unique experience. The hotel itself is a classic European-style building, and the public areas, breakfast, and decor are all excellent. The only real drawback is the small room size, but considering its prime location in the Central Avenue business district, it's still very good. For this price, location, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely superb. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying and fueled me up! The service was exceptional – truly genuine and thoughtful, much more personalized than the standard procedures you find in larger hotels. My only minor complaints are that the gym is pretty abysmal and almost negligible, and since this was a last-minute trip, for some reason they assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway, which felt a bit odd!!!

wujin7733Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip.
The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough.
Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel?
Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

Guest UserCame to Yabuli with my family, and this hotel was a last-minute booking. The facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym that was perfect for a post-dinner workout. The laundry room was also a thoughtful touch, making it great for families to relax. The room was spacious and clean, with all amenities easy to use, and even an electronic mosquito repellent provided in advance. Service response was very prompt, and they gave detailed explanations on what to do. Parking was convenient, and breakfast was rich and varied, almost feeling like a personalized experience. We were very satisfied! A special shout-out to Zhao at the front desk, whose service was incredibly attentive and truly heartwarming.

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

My stay at the Olookuya Hyatt Centric Harbin was truly a perfect experience, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel's unique forest tribe theme design is refreshing, with its wooden decor exuding a premium feel. Taking the express elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the sky lobby on the 42nd floor, the stunning panoramic views of the Songhua River immediately took my breath away.
What touched me the most was Sally, our butler at the executive lounge! Her service was absolutely impeccable. From her warm greeting during check-in to her meticulous care throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether patiently answering our questions or proactively assisting, Sally demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She not only showcased the high quality of Hyatt Centric but also made us feel completely at home.
The hotel facilities are equally outstanding, from the L'Occitane toiletries to the spacious and comfortable room, and the abundant breakfast – all reflecting the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Sally's thoughtful service made this trip to Harbin even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin!

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

ChangerduodexiaofanshuThe room was awful clean. The carpet was incredibly dirty, and there were broken bottles under the cabinets. I have no idea how they cleaned the place. The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.
