The front desk staff were really welcoming; they upgraded us to a king-size room for free and gave us detailed information about local tours and things to watch out for. The concierge ladies were always smiling and patiently helped guests adjust dresses and take photos. There's a free afternoon tea with a good variety of options. The security staff, who charmingly announced 'Princess, your carriage awaits,' were very proactive in assisting guests, offering thoughtful care and help. Overall, our stay was a truly wonderful experience.

This summer, I visited Yabuli, and the hotel's overall facilities were better than expected. The air conditioning, bathroom, lighting, and internet in the room were all stable, and the common areas were also clean and tidy. It was a very comfortable stay, suitable for a summer getaway, family trips, or friends traveling together.

All staff members are highly professional. The front desk patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and the lobby staff were polite and friendly. All our requests were handled promptly, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being overly formal, and very attentive. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin. Five stars, highly recommended!

The lounge has long opening hours and includes a kids' play area. We took our child there every day to play with building blocks. There's also a very charming wooden horse, made of real leather and fur, which even adults can ride. The twin beds can be combined to make a 2.7m wide bed, perfect for a family of three to sleep together. When our child was injured and couldn't shower easily, the hotel even provided a chair for them to sit on. Finally, our child took a liking to a travel magazine in the lounge, and after speaking with the hotel, they were happy to let us have it. The hotel also has two adorable mascots.

While my child played in the water with a swim ring, the lifeguard didn't just sit idly by; instead, they moved along the edge of the pool, closely following my child. As a mother, this kind of meticulous care truly provides immense peace of mind! Summary: The service is warm, and safety is guaranteed. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room was awful clean. The carpet was incredibly dirty, and there were broken bottles under the cabinets. I have no idea how they cleaned the place. The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.
