I think I got the smallest room possible, so try to avoid rooms ending with -01 and -02. Clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Paid a bit more for the buffet breakfast. Nothing special but the fried rice was delicious and I ate a lot to tide through the day."

This time, my two friends and I stayed at the Junyi Hotel (Central Street Branch), a hidden gem tucked away on an unassuming street. The location is superb, just a few steps from Central Street, with tons of authentic local restaurants nearby. The hotel itself boasts a luxurious yet elegant and warm style, with top-notch facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The Russian-style afternoon tea, available almost all day, was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was dazzling; in addition to the buffet with various local specialties, there were three delicious set menus to choose from. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. What truly stood out was the hotel staff's incredibly attentive and devoted service – it’s been a long time since I've experienced such high-quality service. MM532027****The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

The European-style decor is exquisite and grand, boasting both beauty and quality – every photo taken here looks fantastic. The service was truly a highlight; the staff were warm, polite, efficient, and attentive, always going above and beyond to help, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The room was clean and spacious, with great floor heating that made for a comfortable sleep. The entire experience was smooth with no complaints, and both the service and decor exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

__WeChat307328****Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services.
Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis.
Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom.
Environment: Acceptable.
Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

QQingtiantiantiantiantiantianThe suite was very spacious with a great view. Harbin was really cold, so it was super comfortable to stay at the hotel. The executive lounge was also large and business-friendly. I was so glad we booked such a big room because of the cold – we didn't go out much. The room, especially the shower, was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is that for three of us, they only offered a two-door small car for borrowing, with no room for negotiation. It wasn't that there were no larger cars available, they just wouldn't lend them. After two days, the car door handle even broke, and only on the third day did they finally agree to lend us a larger car. I'm really speechless. Honestly, I would have been better off renting a car myself. This is my only major complaint. Just because a service is free doesn't mean it should feel like a handout, and that doesn't align with your hotel's positioning.

Ski equipment was already prepared in the locker, and the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting us. GGuest UserAfter getting off the high-speed train at Yabuli West Station, transportation options are very flexible – the public bus is a budget-friendly 5 RMB per person, or a taxi for a fixed 50 RMB is hassle-free, making it easy to reach the hotel.
My first impression upon arrival was excellent: the front desk staff were polite, the hotel lobby was grand, and the guest rooms were spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff would greet us with a 'good morning' and even brought a small fruit platter, showing thoughtful attention to detail.
The dining experience was a constant surprise! Breakfast and lunch are both 68 RMB per person, usually included with most rooms, and you just pay extra for additional guests. The food selection was very rich; there were 10 hot dishes alone, seven or eight cold dishes, plus salads and soup, offering great value for money. I particularly want to praise the dishes: the sauce for the 'Da Lu Mian' (noodles with thick sauce) was incredibly fragrant, and the wild vegetables were very distinctive – the chef's skills are top-notch. What moved us most was our last meal; we wanted to try a 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) with a freshly slaughtered live chicken, and the hotel thoughtfully accommodated us. They can arrange whatever you want to eat, which is amazing!
The service in the bathing and hot spring areas, to say it's 'meticulous' is no exaggeration! You just use your room card to exchange hand towels based on the number of people to enter. The staff in the bathing area were exceptionally proactive: they would patrol back and forth, and if they saw an empty hook near a locker, they would proactively bring a towel to hang there (there were also thoughtful hooks installed on the wall). When we were changing, if they saw us with phones or personal items, they would immediately ask if we needed help with a bag for our phone, a towel, or clean clothes. Every time we entered or exited the bathing area, they would proactively offer a towel, and communication was always very timely.
The service in the hot spring area was even better! As soon as I got out of the hot spring pool, seeing my towel was wet, a staff member immediately handed me a dry one; tea was refilled instantly when it ran out. When we went to the wave pool area, they would prepare towels in advance and remind us to quickly wrap up as it would be cold after getting out of the water.
Not only that, but the service in the sweat steam area was equally heartwarming! Whenever we passed by the sweat steam area, staff would proactively come forward to ask if we needed anything, such as 'Is there anything I can help you with?' or 'Would you like to find a place to rest?' They actively paid attention to guests' movements throughout, never making anyone feel neglected. The level of detail was consistent with other areas.
We were incredibly well-looked after throughout our stay, whether in the bathing, hot spring, or sweat steam areas. The warmth was in every detail, and the experience was truly exceptional!
Wang Min from the hot spring area, Jiang Guiling from housekeeping, Wang Guixiang from the bathing area, Wang Junfang from the dining area, Ms. Wang from the wave pool area, and the lovely young ladies at the front desk are all part of our unforgettable memories.

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

The hotel is close to shopping areas like Sunac Mall, with convenient amenities and parking, making it suitable for short getaways with children.

SSmadThe flight was delayed and we had to arrive at Taiping Airport in the middle of the night, so we booked a hotel nearby. I saw that this hotel had a shuttle service, so I called to make an appointment.
Then I booked this room. The service was really good and the driver was very polite when he took me to the hotel.
It is divided into a main building and an annex building. The annex building is cheap and has relatively average facilities.
Breakfast was eaten in the main building, which was okay. There is a bus stop 383 opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient to the city.
If only to sleep in the middle of the night. Especially if you arrive in Harbin late.
