All-day soft drinks and snacks buffet for two: Didn't get to use it. Renovations started at 5:30 PM. Light meal starting at 5 PM. Happy Hour exquisite light meal buffet for two: It was pretty good, the service staff were genuinely excellent and attentive. They were always on the lookout for guests' needs. Service: All the service staff were very thoughtful. Housekeeping even did a simple room setup for us. I'm very grateful for their attentive help. The housekeeping department and the two dignified and elegant ladies on the 15th floor provided a lot of thoughtful assistance, for which I am very thankful. The room they arranged also had a great view. Very satisfied with the service. Facilities: It's a family-friendly hotel, but none of the kids' facilities were available. I originally brought my child precisely because I wanted them to have a place to go. Turns out, none of it was accessible. I was looking for an executive lounge so adults could work, but it was also unavailable/closed. If I had known, I would have just booked a family room. The service was great. It's just a shame so many things weren't available for use.

The location is perfect, 100 points! The decor is a bit old, but it's worth the price, so the value for money is good.

I booked a river view room, but the window glass was incredibly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. They provided a fruit platter with one apple, one pear, and one banana, all whole. We're traveling, so we don't have a knife to cut them. I'm quite disappointed; the amenities here are a far cry from other Shangri-La hotels I've stayed at. A bit let down.

The hotel had some flaws, but they were very sincere in rectifying them. During the May Day holiday, at 7 PM, the Chinese restaurant was completely empty, which almost made us hesitate to go in. However, the food was delicious, and they even offered smaller portions. The roasted duck was surprisingly only 9.9 yuan – incredible value for money!

The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything happening outside. The facilities are poor; the shower curtain smelled awful and water leaked out, soaking my slippers. The faucet is fixed, the water pressure is bad, and the showerhead is also bad. I wanted to just wash my body and not my hair, but it's impossible to control the spray, so my hair always got completely wet. The phone in the bathroom fell off the wall. The hygiene was barely satisfactory. It's worse than an average budget hotel. This is the first time I've been so unhappy with a hotel. I had booked for two days but canceled one. I will not be staying here again. The room was also very small and cramped. It's not just about the facilities; the hotel shouldn't be coasting on its past reputation and being so careless. I can't see any effort from the hotel. However, I have to say, the breakfast was decent.

The room was a bit small, but the environment was pretty good and clean. The service was excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety. The night view of the river was beautiful. The Songhua River is right downstairs, and a walk along the river at night was quite pleasant.
