Guest UserThis hotel is housed in a magnificent building with a century of history, reportedly once the residence of a Russian Grand Duke. Upon entering, you're greeted by staff dressed in elegant period costumes, who are beautiful, dignified, and incredibly welcoming. Inside, you'll find a century-old elevator still in operation, a lavish lobby, and a wide selection of imperial costumes available for photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a stunning, bright, and elegant domed hall, and the Baroque-style rooms are exquisitely luxurious. The blend of ancient architecture with modern smart toilets enhances your stay perfectly. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, and the minibar is stocked with Madieer ice cream and Kvass for you to enjoy. If it's your birthday, the kitchen prepares a beautiful cake to celebrate, and the restaurant even offers complimentary birthday noodles. A big thank you to everyone there! Every staff member in the restaurant was incredibly enthusiastic and deserves high praise. Upon check-out, they even provided a parting gift (as shown in picture 1). The hotel's location is exceptional; a right turn outside leads directly to Central Street, and a left turn brings you to the Red Brick Morning Market in just a few minutes. In short, if I ever return to Harbin, I would choose this hotel again.

This hotel in Harbin was a perfect choice for our family trip! We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, proactively offering us a free late check-out, so we didn't have to rush packing. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food directly to the room, which was a huge convenience when traveling with kids. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; it was quiet throughout our entire stay, with no outside noise, ensuring we had a wonderful rest. The location is another big plus – it's within walking distance to Central Street and the Songhua River, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!

The hotel has great character; as soon as you step into the lobby, an exotic (Russian) ambiance appears before you. The various murals and old artifacts have a wonderful sense of history. The room itself is also very cozy, giving you a real feeling of home, and I slept very soundly and rested well here. It's fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely stay at the Ocean丽兹酒店 again next time I'm in Harbin.

The hotel's decor style is very new and different from the older Holiday Inn Express, perhaps they've updated their product line. The front desk lady quietly upgraded our room type, and the room was very characteristic of Northeast China, haha. It's spacious and very clean, with not a single water stain on the faucets or showerhead, which made my OCD very happy. It's a shame we had to switch hotels later to go elsewhere, otherwise, I would have definitely stayed here longer. Breakfast was also very rich. Thumbs up!

Anonymous UserJapan is renowned worldwide for its tea ceremony (Chado) and flower arranging (Kado). The tea ceremony is a distinctive culinary art and a form of social etiquette for tea gatherings. It not only requires an elegant and natural environment but also dictates a precise set of procedures for boiling, brewing, and tasting tea. Great care is taken in selecting and appreciating tea utensils, arranging and decorating the tearoom's calligraphy and paintings, and even in the construction of the tearoom itself. The Japanese view the tea ceremony as a means of self-cultivation, enhancing cultural literacy, and socializing.

XikangAside from the front desk staff's attitude being a bit subpar on the first day during check-in, everything else was great. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to Central Street and other major attractions. They really put thought into providing afternoon tea for guests. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the surrounding amenities are complete. The breakfast was also exquisite. Highly recommended.

Guest UserExtremely satisfied with our stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Central Street and Metro Line 3, making it easy to get to the high-speed rail station and other places. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. They also offer afternoon tea, coffee, and lemon water – it was so refreshing to have a drink after coming back to the hotel. They even provide special slippers and toothbrushes for children. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

Guest UserMy stay at this hotel in Yabuli exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The surrounding environment is tranquil, and the air is fresh. The ski resort isn't open yet, so I couldn't ski this time, but it's perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back to hit the slopes when ski season arrives. Highly recommended!

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.
