"Stayed at this hotel with my parents and children, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient; it's within walking distance to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and the popular Middle Eastern Railway Bridge. The cable car across the river is just a short walk across the street. Sitting by the river in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was incredibly relaxing – truly a moment of stolen leisure. The hotel upgraded us to a spacious family suite with a 1.5m and a 1.2m bed, which was very family-friendly. The service was impeccable, from the restaurant staff to the front desk and even the security guards; everyone was kind and friendly. The security guard even offered a 'princess treatment' by helping us with our luggage, and the restaurant had a great ambiance and excellent facilities. We'll definitely stay here again; it felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to experiencing Harbin in winter; the ice and snow will surely add a unique charm!"

"Great stay! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street is also easily accessible. The hotel feels safe, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. For this location, the price is really good value. "My stay at the Qiuguo Hotel on Central Street during my Harbin trip was exceptional. The meticulous and thoughtful service truly elevated my experience, making it an absolute gem for accommodation in Harbin! The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Central Street and St. Sophia Church, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. However, what truly impressed me was the consistently attentive and warm service throughout my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic. The process was efficient and quick, with no unnecessary delays. Knowing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff patiently and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and must-try dining spots, even hand-drawing a simple travel map – so thoughtful and practical. They also proactively informed us about the hotel's various convenient services, meticulously answering questions about parking, luggage storage, and taxi services. Their patience and thoroughness made us feel incredibly welcome. The detailed service during our stay was even more heartwarming. The housekeeping staff were diligent and meticulous, cleaning even the hidden corners of the room. With imported disinfectant tools, we felt especially safe and comfortable. The staff's service was incredibly attentive, proactively replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and responding to requests promptly and efficiently. The hotel even has smart robots for meal delivery, which is both convenient and secure, significantly enhancing the overall experience. What surprised me most were the hotel's thoughtful value-added services. The lobby has a 'Vitamin Refueling Station' to boost your energy anytime, offering free drinking water throughout the day. Upon check-out, there was no need to wait for room inspection; we could just leave directly, which was efficient and convenient. The staff even proactively helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Overall, the service was professional, detailed, and caring, with every small detail reflecting quality. The value for money is outstanding, and the service far exceeded my expectations. "The hotel was very clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. Its location is fantastic, right next to St. Sophia Cathedral – just a short walk around the corner when you exit. It's also very close to the main entrance of Central Street, only about a ten-minute stroll away. Dining options are convenient too, with Daoli Market right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop just downstairs, although we mostly walked around the area as everything was so convenient."

"The hotel is a beautiful old Russian-style building with an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 3-minute walk to Central Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. What truly stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. First, the front desk gave me a complimentary room upgrade. Then, throughout my stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day, and they offered personalized service based on my habits – for instance, noticing I drink a lot of water, they would leave extra bottles. Even my charging cables left in the room were neatly organized. On one of the days during my stay, it happened to be my birthday. While I was out, I received a call from the hotel, and they offered to order a cake for me! This truly is customer service taken to the extreme! I repeatedly declined, but in the end, the hotel ordered the smallest one as per my request, which was incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay here was wonderful, and I want to thank the hotel and all the staff."

The hotel's location is impeccable. Just a few steps out the door, and you're on the cobblestone streets of Central Street. A ten-minute walk takes you to the Flood Control Memorial Tower by the Songhua River, making it super convenient for exploring the old street and enjoying the river views. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which saved a lot of hassle from traveling around with an elder. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest after a long journey. But what truly warmed our hearts was the service attitude of the entire staff. As soon as we arrived at the entrance with my elderly mother and our luggage, the doorman quickly came over to help us with our larger bags and escorted us all the way to the front desk – it was incredibly thoughtful. "The location of the Atour Hotel Harbin Central Street is excellent. It's a two-minute walk to Central Street if you turn right downstairs, so it's highly recommended for those who love shopping. However, it can get a bit noisy downstairs in the mornings. Dining is incredibly convenient with Northeastern cuisine, Russian fine dining, and various snacks all readily available. The room itself is spacious, bright, and clean. The shower, toilet, and vanity are all very good. The small sofa is practical, and the electric curtains and voice-activated lights are nice touches. "The hotel was actual quite a walk away from Zhaolin Park metro station. However, the location is very central to many interesting places especially Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. One can also take a walk to the Chinese Baroque street, Central Avenue or the Flood Control Monument while looking at the sunset. Take the metro and you can reach Sun Island easily. Our room on the fourth floor was spacious and clean. Shower pressure was strong and aircond good. Morning breakfast was local fare which comes with the room. Otherwise, one can easily walk out towards Hongzhuan morning market for other choices or the many shops near the hotel. Do use the local buses to take you nearer to popular spots. The Frontline service was good and we appreciated their parting gift on our last day. After many stays with Holiday Inn Express group, we are confident of the quality of stay and services. Looking forward to the next Holiday Inn Express destination."

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

GGuest UserThis hidden gem of a hotel is a must-recommend! It's the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip from Hulunbuir to Harbin. The room's cleanliness was surprisingly excellent, with not even a hint of smoke. Unlike some hotels that claim to be non-smoking, only for a weird, smoky smell to hit you as soon as you open the door! The overall style is light luxury with a great sense of design. The room was spacious enough, the bedding was very comfortable, and it featured smart home tech throughout, making it tidy and convenient. The breakfast was incredibly lavish, on par with a five-star hotel. They also offer afternoon tea. While I didn't get to try the warm night porridge, it really shows how much attention they pay to service details. The location is also fantastic, super close to Central Street and Harbin Museum, and Saint Sophia Cathedral is within walking distance. They even thoughtfully upgraded my room. All in all, the value for money is outstanding, and I'm extremely satisfied! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in.
