"Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !"

On my last day in Harbin, I was sent off by a heavy snowfall! 🎬 The video of the snow falling outside the hotel entrance will forever be my most romantic memory of this city. I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. Rooms are quiet, well ventilated yet warm even in deep winter (important), a little aged in the corners here and there, but in good condition. Roomservice works very well. Breakfast could use some fresh, healthy ideas (i.e. fruit, variations of bread, ...), but friendly and helpful staff here, too! Please do not mistake this good Manhattan HOTEL for the not so inpiring and completely distinct Manhattan Appartment in the same building."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a ”Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant” nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more."

"The service was excellent, very polite, and they answered all our questions. The room was around 20-30 square meters, which I found spacious enough for just the two of us. After a day out, it was great to come back and relax with a bath. The room was clean, equipped with a humidifier, a coffee machine, and complimentary drinks. That humidifier was a lifesaver at night; otherwise, it would have been too dry. What stood out most was the comfortable room temperature. At our previous hotel, the room was easily 30°C, making it unbearably hot even with the windows open, while it was -20°C outside. Such a drastic temperature difference makes it very easy to catch a cold. When booking a hotel, always ask if they have a humidifier, what the indoor temperature is, and if it's adjustable. I can't stress this enough – it's crucial. If I had to pick one thing I disliked, it would be the scent of the shower gel – I really couldn't stand it, it was quite unpleasant. I'd suggest switching to something with a nicer fragrance. I forgot if our king-size room had a bathtub or not, but everything else was the same. We had some time before our flight, so we booked a hourly room to get some sleep. Facilities: All available Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good Service: Excellent"

"The hotel is located just off Central Avenue, a short walk away. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle, so it's not too noisy. The front desk staff are all super enthusiastic and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and reminded us to dress warmly and stay safe every time we left, wishing us a good time. When we returned, they'd ask us how our day was. We even received complimentary frozen pears upon check-in, and there are many useful gadgets at the front desk you can help yourself to. There's also a self-service afternoon tea with snacks and drinks. The hotel offers luggage storage and courier services too."

"This five-star hotel is a bit older, and while the exterior looks good, the rooms are a bit small. However, the service was surprisingly excellent, just as previous reviews mentioned – it's like the Haidilao of the hotel industry. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but they offered additional main courses you could order, which was a nice touch. The laundry room has two washing machines, but only one dryer, which isn't quite enough, though they do offer complimentary laundry service. Of course, the most important thing is that during Harbin's ice and snow season, this is one of the few high-end hotels that doesn't drastically inflate its prices, making it a highly recommended choice."

"The hotel's location is absolutely superb. Stepping out, the main entrance of Central Street is just about a 100-meter walk to your left, and the airport shuttle bus stop is conveniently located to your right, making it incredibly easy to get around. There's also a charming, quiet market nearby. For breakfast, you don't even need to bother with the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market; this local farmers' market offers a wonderful, authentic vibe and is mostly frequented by residents from the surrounding area. While the room wasn't large, it was cleverly designed and spotlessly clean. The powerful shower was a particular highlight – it was by far the most comfortable and refreshing wash I've had during my entire trip across Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia these past few days."

"The hotel is right at the entrance of Central Avenue, so the location is excellent – attractions are right outside the door. The subway is also nearby, and it's easy to hail a taxi. The breakfast was very generous, with a wide variety of dishes. I stayed on the 13th floor, and it was very warm, in a great spot, and I slept comfortably. Bottled water was plentiful on the floor. The staff also had a good attitude. Although it's a bit pricey, I highly recommend it."

GGuest UserThis guesthouse is by far the most welcoming place I've stayed during my travels. When I first arrived in Xuegu, the owners came out from the guesthouse to greet me. After a long and tiring journey, they even brought me dumplings, frozen pears, and frozen persimmons to eat – I was practically moved to tears! And those dumplings were exceptionally delicious!!! Throughout the rest of my trip, the owner helped me book tickets, whether it was for transportation or for going up Bear Ridge. After we got to Bear Ridge, he even helped take photos with a drone. On Christmas night, there was a special fireworks display, which was truly heartwarming. We also got to try the '潑水成冰' (splashing water into ice) activity. When I lost something, the owner's wife even helped me get it back, which was so touching. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible.
