I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Very close to Qianmen, Tiananmen and the Temple of Heaven. 2 metro stations are also very close, making it easy to explore Beijing. There are also plenty of great restaurants and places to eat nearby. I absolutely loved my room—it was comfortable, beautiful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. What really made this hotel special, though, was the people. Everyone was genuinely friendly and always willing to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing!

I made a last-minute decision to take my granddaughter to Beijing, and considering we had both young and old in our group, I figured staying downtown would save us time and effort when visiting attractions. So, I booked this Capital Hotel on Ctrip. Online reviews highly recommended its location, citing convenient transport and proximity to major sights. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic during check-in and even upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. From our window, we could see the Beijing Hotel, and a part of the Forbidden City in the distance. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, also very roomy. We stayed for four nights; it was quiet and comfortable. We were out early and back late every day, so we didn't really get to fully enjoy the amenities.

This hotel is located in the heart of Jinbao Street in Dongcheng, just a 10-minute walk from Wangfujing and a short bike ride to the East Gate of the Forbidden City. It's surrounded by luxury boutiques and traditional hutongs, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The European architectural style is very photogenic and creates a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel boasts a rare French Baroque palace design, featuring a soaring atrium, gilded corridors, gigantic crystal chandeliers, a vintage spiral staircase, and antique fireplaces everywhere you look. It's filled with European antique furniture and oil paintings, creating an incredibly atmospheric and Instagrammable setting. Many international guests stay here, and the overall experience is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

Linda at the front desk was warm and polite, and check-in was very fast. She was also quick to respond to any requests we had. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Jianguomen Station, making it super convenient to get anywhere in the city center. The room had a fantastic view. Breakfast was abundant, delicious, and had a wide variety of choices that almost overwhelmed us! The staff were all enthusiastic, friendly, and provided efficient service. Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk kindly upgraded us to a deluxe twin room free of charge, which was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent too; right downstairs, you'll find a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to any attraction. What truly impressed me was the housekeeping service. Every day after cleaning, the staff thoughtfully placed my daughter's teddy bear in a different spot. It was a delightful little surprise each day, truly adorable, and showed how much care and warmth they put into making guests feel welcome. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the location, room, and service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Beijing and will recommend it to all my friends!

Pros: excellent location next to Wangfujing. Opposite is 7-11 and some food stalls so not to worry if you need food late at night. Hotel allows storage of bags when we go out for short trip and collection of parcels. They helped to liaise with courier on collection of the package which we appreciate given we have no China number. Pillow selections are available if you prefer harder pillow. Cons: hotel quite dated and old. The air dryer is old school dryer and can be replace with a better & faster version. Shower side has no door so water splash out to the sink area. Def need renovation if they want to keep up with other hotels

The location is unbeatable! It's just a few minutes' walk to Wangfujing, and you can stroll to Tiananmen and the Forbidden City. There's a subway station right across the street, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was good. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. I really liked the scent of the toiletries too. Breakfast was delicious, with stir-fries, baozi (steamed buns), and zhajiangmian (noodles with fried sauce) – very satisfying. All the staff were lovely. When I checked in, they proactively told me the quickest way to get to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen. They replenished water and tissues daily in the room, and even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I'd likely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic – shopping areas and attractions are all within walking distance, making transportation a breeze and saving a lot of hassle. The biggest surprise was the hotel's intangible cultural heritage experience program. The instructor was very detailed in their explanation, and the hands-on creation of traditional crafts felt incredibly ceremonial. It was both relaxing and a great way to experience local culture, suitable for both adults and children. The accompanying gym is also worth mentioning; the space is clean and well-ventilated, equipped with a full range of cardio and strength training machines. A workout there really helps shake off travel fatigue. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend!

While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

Overall, a five-star review – I really love this hotel. I'm a foreign tourist and I've traveled to over thirty provinces and ninety cities across China. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have also recommended it to my friends and family. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent hygiene. The rooms are spotless, and the bathrooms are equipped with smart toilets, which as a foreigner, I particularly appreciate. I do have two issues I'd like to bring to the hotel's attention: First, the takeaway delivery policy. For food safety reasons, the hotel doesn't allow robots to deliver food to guest rooms, so I have to go downstairs to pick it up every time I order. Several times, by the time I get my food, it's already completely cold. Sometimes, it's really inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food right after showering. My suggestion to the hotel is this: You could prepare a food safety waiver. Guests who voluntarily sign it would acknowledge and accept the food safety risks themselves, allowing robots to deliver food to their rooms. This would both maintain the hotel's management requirements and be more convenient for guests. Second, the bathroom scale in my room is broken and inaccurate. I weigh 180 jin, but the scale showed only 40 jin – the numbers are completely off. Aside from these two minor issues, the hotel is five-star worthy in every other aspect. If these problems can be improved in the future, I will definitely bring my family back to stay here often.

Our family weekend stay at the Forest Cabin exceeded our expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains at the foot of the Great Wall, offering a serene environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were comprehensive. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making it perfect for a family getaway. Highly recommended! This place is absolutely fantastic! Being able to enjoy it for two whole days is incredible value for money. The best part is definitely the hot springs, conveniently located right on B1 of the hotel. We just changed into our swimsuits and went straight down, which was super easy. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, and so many activities for kids. My children absolutely loved the big outdoor slide and the bubble pool! The little ones enjoyed the bubble pool – my child spent ages scooping up bubbles. The slide is better for older kids. On the second floor, there are smaller hot pools, perfect for a family of three when it's not too crowded. Indoors, there's also a large kids' hot spring area with slides and tons of other fun stuff. Then there's the swimming pool, but we didn't go since we don't swim. The hotel environment is also excellent. When it rained in the evening, watching the lobby run was quite entertaining. If it wasn't so far away, I'd seriously consider getting an annual pass and coming here all the time!

Escaping the city hustle for a weekend getaway here was an absolute delight! This hotel, nestled deep in the mountains of Miyun, immediately transports you with lush greenery and crisp, clean air the moment you step in, instantly melting away work stress. The floor-to-ceiling windows and observation balcony offer stunning layered mountain views right from the sofa. The L'Occitane toiletries, soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing showcase their attention to detail. I slept incredibly well in the peaceful quiet of the night. The biggest surprise was the mountain hot springs. Over a dozen therapeutic pools are scattered throughout the forest, and soaking in them while enjoying the evening breeze was incredibly therapeutic. The salt steam room also worked wonders for my sore shoulders and neck. The staff were all wonderfully gentle and attentive. A special shout-out to Luna Zhang for her exceptional service! Any request was met with a swift and thorough response; their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. ❤️ Breakfast offered a rich variety with all sorts of pastries. Inside of the cabin was nice but the view was nothing like the pictures advertised: sure you can see some mountains but mostly other people's platforms and roofs. Bathtub was really nice It was a cute idea to have skylight but the cover was broken and the big sign was blocking the night sky view. Promised two meals but only got one and was told that we were only allowed two vegetables dishes. Food was really salty and room only provided one bottle of drinking water. Loads of stinky bugs out of nowhere, would just pop up on the bed or sitting area. Parking location and luggage transport was intersting. My friend stayed at this hotel two years ago when they visited Beijing and recommended it to me. Before my trip, I booked and canceled a couple of times because some online reviews weren't great, which made me hesitate. But in the end, I decided to stick with it. I stayed for four consecutive nights. The check-in staff and the concierge at the entrance were very welcoming. The short-haired cleaning aunt on my floor kept the room very clean and was also very friendly. The breakfast was good too. When I checked out, they didn't ask me to write a positive review, but I was so glad I chose this place after experiencing it myself. Oh, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. Even though this hotel is ten years old, I was worried it might be run down. I originally booked the Rocks Hotel, but was put off by the outdated facilities, dirty carpets, and incredibly rude service! I chose Hilton for its reputation and reliability. When I booked, I left a few requests, not really expecting them to be noticed, but when I arrived, the front desk proactively addressed and fulfilled every single one. Every staff member at the hotel genuinely focuses on the guests, offering smiles and greetings. Their service mindset is excellent. I particularly want to commend the housekeeping staff on my floor and the cleaning auntie on the first floor – they are incredibly proactive, have a great attitude, and are very dedicated. However, I do think the doormen could be more proactive. When I checked in, it was pouring rain! My friend and I both had our hands full with bags and were sitting in the back seat, but no doorman offered an umbrella or even opened the car door. After struggling up the steps, the revolving door in front of me was broken. I stood there awkwardly for about 30 seconds, trying to figure it out, before a staff member finally noticed me and directed me to the side entrance. The room itself was good, and I slept really well because I was so exhausted. I have to say, it was incredibly quiet; no noise woke me up at all. A special thanks to Manager Ding Yuzhu, who has a lovely smile and proactively asked about my experience. I'll definitely contact you for my next visit. Thank you everyone, and thank you, Hilton.

It's a mere ten-minute walk to Wangfujing, and a short taxi ride to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Exploring the hutongs and iconic attractions is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time and effort. Although it's an established five-star hotel, it's meticulously maintained. The lobby beautifully blends Chinese aesthetics with understated luxury, without being overly ostentatious. We were upgraded to a high-floor view room. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, and on a clear day, we could clearly see the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. I booked a luxury king room for one night. Ctrip stated the room size was 40-45 square meters, but realistically, room 2129 felt more like 20 square meters at best. There's no way it was 40-45 square meters; I feel like I completely wasted over 1400 RMB. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, only a shower and toilet. The sink area was also tiny, not even big enough to put a makeup bag on. For a room costing over 1400 RMB with breakfast included, it felt more like a 3 or 4-star hotel in the 400-600 RMB range the moment I walked in. My business partners have offices in this building, and international colleagues have stayed here before. This hotel is also on the pricier side compared to others in the area, so I thought it would be very upscale. I chose to stay here the night before an early meeting nearby, but the overall experience was quite poor. The room size and facilities are not comparable to other five-star hotels at all. Furthermore, the bar right next to the front desk on the first floor was incredibly noisy at night, like a street food stall, completely lacking the ambiance expected of a five-star hotel. I'm not sure what this hotel's positioning is. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep with it on. The curtains also had very poor blackout, and I was woken up at 5 AM by the light leaking through. Moreover, when an international colleague stayed here, they mentioned the air conditioning might not have been cleaned, as they started coughing on the second day and were later diagnosed with a lung infection. I strongly recommend the hotel clean its air conditioning regularly and promptly, and provide accurate room information to avoid misleading consumers!

The Grand Hyatt Beijing exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance is fantastic, with beautiful flowers in the lobby and a lovely fragrance throughout the spacious and bright common areas. The room decor is thoughtfully designed; the bedside lamps create a wonderful mood, and the complimentary mini-bar drinks are a nice touch. The nightly turndown service, where the curtains are drawn and lights dimmed, makes you want to relax as soon as you return. Amy and every single staff member provided warm and attentive service. The gym is truly excellent, with a full range of cardio and strength equipment. The location is perfect, very close to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing. Four years later, I'm back to experience the Waldorf Astoria's Steiff Enchanted Forest themed suite! Last time I stayed in a terrace suite, and while this one is a bit smaller, it's still full of childlike wonder. From check-in, every staff member was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic, especially Chloe and Willow, who were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The delivery of desserts and the welcome bear visit times were all arranged in advance. The room also came with a cute bear bag and a teddy bear toy 🧸. Last time we were here for our wedding anniversary, and this time for a birthday – the hotel really excels at making special occasions memorable. Although the room isn't huge, it's fully equipped with all the amenities, including two bathrooms and a super spacious bathtub.

Shangri-La truly lives up to its name; the facilities are impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail is something you have to see for yourself. We checked in directly at the lounge, where Front Desk staffer Yuan Xiaofan was incredibly welcoming and arranged for an extra bed since we had our child with us. Executive Lounge Manager Ms. Li Rongbo even thoughtfully upgraded our room type for the whole family.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. What I liked most was the TV, which offered a wide variety of free TV series. Ordering takeout was also incredibly convenient (watching 'Dream of the Red Chamber' while enjoying bubble tea and braised dishes was just bliss). Although the hotel was a bit far from tourist attractions, it actually allowed us to take less popular routes, avoiding the crowds. This meant we had a good chance of getting a seat for the entire journey instead of standing, which was a huge relief (I honestly couldn't handle the crowded Beijing subway anymore during the last few days). Finally, a big shout-out to the front desk staff! The two ladies working on the evening of Jan 2nd and the afternoon of Jan 3rd were both gentle and enthusiastic. The hotel also provided excellent luggage storage service. Five stars! 💓💓💓💓💓

This is a serviced apartment with a fantastic location. It's right across the street from Xintiandi and the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, perfect for those who love to shop. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, always ready to help. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was very spacious and included a kitchen and living room. It was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, sterilizer, and washing machine (though I didn't get to use them all). The 2-meter king-size bed had a mattress that was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the high-floor street view was also excellent. On the downside, the bathroom facilities were a bit dated, with a non-smart toilet and a seat without soft-close hinges. The sink also drained slowly. Plus, there were some oversights in the cleaning; I actually found a T-shirt left by a previous guest on the back of a chair! I only stayed for one day, so I didn't get to experience the other hotel amenities. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the Garden Hotel again during the May Golden Week holiday to watch the Longines Global Champions Tour in Shanghai. My first stay at the Garden Hotel was 30 years ago. The marble in the lobby, the Rose restaurant, and the small mosaic tiles in the corridors still maintain their grand and elegant style. That's why I always come back to this familiar place whenever I return to China. It was a family member's birthday on the day we checked in, and the hotel gave us a box of rich chocolates. I was truly touched by the hotel's thoughtfulness, it made us very happy! **Facilities**: The TOTO toilet at the Garden Hotel is my favorite because of its washlet function, making going to the restroom so comfortable! The depth and length of the bathtub are also perfect for me. The slippers are very thick and durable; I always feel reluctant to throw them away when checking out. I even take the used slippers with me to wear on planes or high-speed trains. **Hygiene**: The hygiene details are impeccable. The towels are soft and comfortable, with dense loops, making them very reassuring to use on the skin. **Environment**: The hotel has its own garden, where you can enjoy a rare tranquility in the city of Shanghai during a morning stroll! Just one traffic light to the left of the hotel entrance, there are many small bars and restaurants! There are even two Michelin-starred restaurants! It's definitely worth a walk and exploring. **Service**: I bought many things online, and they were delivered to the hotel in batches. The concierge meticulously recorded everything and delivered them to our room! When we left, the concierge helped put our luggage in the car trunk, opened and closed the doors, and politely bid us farewell. **Welcome Package**: We received canned drinks and snacks, which was a nice surprise!

I stayed at this hotel back when it was still the Kempinski and always had a pleasant experience. This time, under the new IHG Vignette Collection branding, the stay fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, there was no one outside to assist with luggage. Staff members only rushed out after they saw me already pulling my bags from the car myself. The check-in process was noticeably slower, and I wasn’t offered an upgrade — which used to be a regular, appreciated gesture during my previous stays. I was given one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever had in this hotel. The room itself had several issues. The microwave didn’t work at all, so I couldn’t heat up the takeaway I’d brought. The bedroom TV remote wasn’t responsive; I struggled with it for a long time and eventually just managed to turn the TV off, but not control it. The worst part was the noise from the room above — constant, disruptive sounds that went on until well past midnight, severely affecting my sleep. I did call reception about it, but the noise continued. Checkout felt impersonal and rushed. No one asked how my stay was. I simply handed over my room key and that was it. When my pre-ordered car had trouble finding the hotel entrance, I handed the phone to a staff member expecting them to guide the driver. Instead, he simply found out where the car was parked, handed the phone back, and left me to drag my luggage there on my own. The only positive is the central location, which remains excellent. But for service, room comfort, and attention to detail, this was a letdown. I hope they can bring back the standards they used to have.

Great location, close to the metro. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade. Everything in the room was satisfactory. As I later found out, the internet was good (Google and Telegram worked; at another hotel, these didn't), though the speed wasn't great. I booked a room with lounge access. It was quite modest, but good enough for a snack. Hot options included rice, chicken with vegetables, and noodles in sauce. There was also cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, and sweets. The bar was quite extensive, offering Martini, spirits, wine, champagne, and soft drinks. They didn't ask for a deposit upon check-in. Staying at Shangri-La Shanghai was exactly what a city escape should feel like: luxurious without being fussy, courteous without feeling formal. We were on the 25th floor, and the view of the river was the best part of the day — morning light on the Huangpu, the skyline stretching out, and at night the Pearl Tower glowing just down the road. It’s quiet up there, real tranquility despite being so close to all the tourist attractions. The comfort carried through everywhere: the indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, the gym had everything we needed, and the grand lobby is lined with high-end stores if you feel like browsing. But the thing we’ll remember most is the afternoons — tea time in the lobby with a live folk music performance drifting through the space. It turns the whole lobby into something calm and beautiful. Courteous staff, comfortable rooms, and a location that puts you right in the heart of Shanghai. We’ll be back.

Staff is friendly and ready to help in a short time. Areas for improvement: 1. Pool. You should stop operating it asap: There’re absolutely unsanitary conditions, the locker room reeks of urine, some kinds of unknown hairs is everywhere around the locker room, even in walls and doors, mold, rust, and broken furniture - that all you can meet in the pool. The pool is small, old, and only 1.2m deep. The pool is not met even minimal expectations from an InterContinental hotel. 2. Breakfast: generally - ok, for a 4 stars hotel. 3. Before, a hotel was just a place to sleep, but this time I discovered that a staycation, just chilling at the hotel, is a truly unique and incredibly comfortable way to recharge. You don't have to venture out; you can completely rejuvenate your mind and body. This hotel is like the Haidilao of hotels – the service is incredibly attentive. I booked all the available wellness classes in advance through the hotel's mini-program, filling my entire day. ******* singing bowl sound therapy, various yoga sessions, breathwork and meditation, body restoration, and different versions of Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade) – it was a fully immersive relaxation experience that kept me engaged all day long. Like Haidilao, the hotel staff were exceptionally attentive and caring throughout. They offered constitution tests, chakra assessments, restorative treatments, guided various classes, and even provided travel photography services. Many of these activities are simply unavailable at other hotels, like meditating and doing yoga at sunrise while watching peacocks. After check-in, I received a thermos filled with a wellness drink tailored to my constitution. After happy hour, there was a salad, and a warm, comforting soup was delivered before bed. The next morning, another thermos with a hot drink was waiting outside my door. The self-service breakfast drinks were also delicious, natural, and refreshing; I completely lost interest in milk tea after trying them. The entire hotel exudes a relaxing ambiance. As you step out of the elevator, there's a faint ginger scent. The bedtime fragrance is citrusy, which is incredibly calming, and there are 15 types of pillows to choose from. I especially loved the white noise machine in the room; it has 9 sound effects to choose from, helping me fall asleep quickly, and it also charges my phone. Guests also receive custom clothing and slippers. They resemble chef's uniforms and are exceptionally comfortable. Regardless of age or gender, wearing this outfit to classes, meals, or just strolling around felt completely natural, fostering a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel, without any sense of formality. No long-distance travel, no crowded attractions – just quietly staying at the hotel allowed me to fully replenish my depleted energy. This niche staycation is truly a wonderful way for modern people to recharge, offering both ease and healing.

If you are thirsty, you can go downstairs at any time to have some drinks and fruits, which are all included in the hotel package. Why the deduction? I saw that several children could hardly soak in the water for a while. I don’t know why so many people complained. Then they adjusted the air conditioning for me because I was decorating and they were worried I'd get hot. They turned it down and even introduced me to the room's mini-bar! The two-way roasted suckling pig was also very unique. Everyone in the family was very satisfied, including the wedding cake we ordered at the end; they all said it was better than cakes bought outside. It was a very happy experience.

A delightful experience. The hotel's guide, Voltaic, was engaging and professional. His explanations of the design philosophy and the sharing of thoughtful details were captivating, even for the children in our group. What's truly remarkable is how the world seems to quiet down the moment you turn from the bustling street into the hotel entrance. The hotel cleverly avoids the main road's noise, creating a peaceful sanctuary. At night, you drift off to sleep in this tranquility, waking up to birdsong and the scent of flowers in the morning, completely oblivious to the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel's beauty lies in its details. It doesn't have the opulent grandeur of traditional luxury hotels; at first glance, it might even seem a bit minimalist. Yet, once you settle in, you discover how the light subtly shifts everywhere. The focus isn't on accumulating symbols, but on allowing guests to find peace within the space. Voltaic's guided tour truly brought this spatial aesthetic to life, perfectly embodying the hotel's 'luxury is personal' philosophy. If you're looking to escape the everyday and immerse yourself in beauty, this is an excellent choice. A special thank you to Voltaic for their dedicated service. I hope they can collaborate with Comico in the future and support this 30-year-old national brand.

We booked the Kempinski for Children's Day, hoping to create a wonderful memory for our child. As a popular spot for its 'influencer-worthy' pool, the Kempinski truly lives up to its reputation. It has a distinct beauty both day and night, and I really felt the charm of Shanghai. The driver told me that many people come specifically to take photos of the hotel with the Oriental Pearl Tower – it’s a classic shot. Now for a few minor issues: Our room had a great view (as shown in the picture), but the bathroom felt a bit dated and wasn't ideal. For a bubble bath, the water pressure wasn't strong enough, and the bubbles didn't quite materialize. This is a small point. Also, I found the Black Forest cake to be just average. However, the burger we ordered for in-room dining (Picture 7) was absolutely delicious! It was huge, and I ate the whole thing. It came with truffle mayonnaise, and the patty was firm and juicy – highly, highly recommended! The price was definitely 'Kempinski-level,' but the taste, like private chef quality, was excellent. I asked for an extra children's amenity kit for the room, and they provided a small bag that even included a Children's Day toy (Picture 14). I also bought some ice cream, chocolates, and macarons from the lobby. The ice cream was the best – the strawberry flavor I had even had large pieces of real strawberry, which was a pleasant surprise! Ms. Julia Li was incredibly thoughtful and suggested I place the order through Dianping, showing great consideration for the customer. Big kudos to her! She was the only one who told me this, despite me buying items three times, so a special thank you!

I brought my child for a stay, and my little one was quite happy with the hotel. A female staff member on the W floor, who was guiding us, also had a great attitude – very warm and proactive in asking if we needed any help. In the evening, I planned to go to the bar for a drink and enjoy the night view after my child fell asleep. Around 9 PM, feeling a bit cold, I wore the hotel room's bathrobe and room slippers to the bar on the fourth floor for a quick drink, all without leaving the hotel. Upon entering, they first verified my guest status, and a male server led me in. As we were walking, the staff member told me to go back and change my shoes and that bathrobes weren't allowed. I paid a high room rate, used the standard hotel amenities, and was consuming within the hotel, so why should I be dictated on what to wear? There were no dress code notifications at all. They didn't inform me upon entry but waited until I was inside to tell me to leave. If there really is such a rule, the hotel has an obligation to clearly communicate it, perhaps by placing a sign where the slippers are provided. What's more, the male server even mentioned they had replacement slippers (these were plastic, not disposable), which clearly indicates they know guests might come in disposable slippers. Are they just trying to make things difficult for people?

Coming to Shanghai, I specifically chose the Pagoda Hotel (Fudan University, Shanghai Branch) that I've been eyeing for a while. I booked the Deluxe Family Twin Room for four people, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations! First of all, the hotel's location is fantastic! It's right in the Wujiaochang business district and KIC (Knowledge Innovation Community), next to University Road, which has a ton of trendy restaurants and cafes. In the evening, we went to a folk bar nearby, and it was a wonderful experience. It's also super close to Fudan University; we even took a walk on campus in the morning, which was lovely. Back in the room, it was incredibly spacious, absolutely not cramped for a family of four. There were two large beds, plus a tatami mat that could be used for sitting or lying down. We had tea and snacks on it during the day, and there was plenty of space to move around. The smart room control system was so convenient; a simple voice command could open or close the curtains and turn the lights on or off. Through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, we had an unobstructed view of Wujiaochang's city skyline, which was truly expansive. The hotel's service was also excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the butler even asked about our accommodation preferences in advance. There's also a free self-service late-night snack bar after 9 PM, which was a pleasant surprise! The mini-bar was complimentary, and all the in-room amenities were well-stocked. Plus, food deliveries were brought up by a robot, which was both convenient and private. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, which is incredibly thoughtful for families with children, allowing us to wash and dry clothes anytime. Finally, a quick reminder: hotels in Shanghai typically don't proactively provide disposable toothbrushes, but you can always ask the front desk if you need one. However, this is a minor detail, and overall, this Pagoda is definitely worth recommending, especially for family trips – you can't go wrong with it!

My overall experience with the business I conducted at this location was incredibly pleasant, and I absolutely have to commend Audrey, the front desk staff member. Her thorough and thoughtful service throughout left a deep impression on me, and I'm writing this review to express my gratitude. As soon as I walked through the door, the front desk staff immediately stood up and greeted me warmly. Her tone was gentle and friendly, and she maintained a sincere smile, instantly easing any awkwardness I felt as a first-time visitor. I hadn't brought all the necessary documents with me and had many questions about the process, required materials, and fee standards. I was worried it would take a long time and that the staff might become impatient, but she was incredibly patient throughout, without a hint of perfunctoriness or laxity. She clearly explained each step of the process item by item. For technical terms I didn't understand, she rephrased them in easy-to-understand language and explained them repeatedly. Thoughtfully, she took out a pen and paper, wrote down a detailed list of materials I needed to provide, and noted important considerations for each item, saving me from making multiple trips. While I was waiting for the procedures to be processed, she saw me standing and proactively guided me to the seating area, even offering me drinking water. Her attentiveness was evident in every detail. When handling the business, she was skilled and efficient, verifying information carefully and meticulously. She double-checked every detail with me to prevent any errors. Midway through, I added several additional questions related to various different services, and she answered each one in detail, proactively informing me about related benefits and precautions, showing incredible thoughtfulness. Throughout our entire interaction, her demeanor was appropriate, polite, and humble, and her speaking pace was just right. She showed empathy for the customer's difficulties and displayed no impatience or perfunctoriness. Her professionalism and service awareness were impeccable. It's precisely because of such a diligent, responsible, and thoughtful front desk employee that the overall image of the establishment has been greatly enhanced, making my entire process smooth and worry-free. Such excellent service deserves high praise. If any friends or family have similar needs in the future, I will definitely recommend this establishment, and I hope the store will generously reward this dedicated staff member!

You can walk there in 3-5 minutes from the station exit, and it's right by Metro Lines 1 and 3, making intercity travel to Shenzhen and Hong Kong incredibly easy. Plus, it's next to Oriental Plaza shopping mall, so dining and shopping are all taken care of in one spot. It's definitely a top choice for business travelers. It's an established five-star hotel with a grand and elegant lobby featuring a waterscape. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were very attentive, handling luggage assistance and storage seamlessly. The room was spacious with good natural light, a soft mattress, and excellent soundproofing thanks to double-glazed windows, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep even in the bustling city. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a Cantonese dim sum buffet restaurant, a gym, and an outdoor pool. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the value for money is among the best for five-star hotels in the East Station area. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit older, and some parts of the decor show their age, but it doesn't affect the overall stay.

Oakwood Premier is extremely convenient - just one metro station ride on Line 1 from Guangzhou East rail station, and <10 mins walk from Exit A. The check in, restaurant and housekeeping staff members are courteous and responsive to our needs - extra towels, restaurant bookings etc. It is a welcoming change from other hotel chains in other countries which we experienced lately. The room is clean and spacious. There is however too many furniture (probably due to accommodating long term guests who need plenty of storage). Less furniture would be ideal with more walking space and effective opening of doors, eg bedroom door, if open, will block access to the wardrobe door. The breakfast buffet spread is sufficient - Chinese and western dishes. The dining room is huge, bright and spacious with large windows. The F&B knowledge could be improved though eg having available the appropriate condiments with the buffet items (calamari rings, delicious but no dips to go with), fresh waffle with no maple syrup (just 4 different fruit jams and 1 peanut butter options), crispy bacon (but not cripsy in reality), Chinese dim sum (with no chili oil/sauce, vinegar etc) at lukewarm temperature (the steaming switch was deliberately kept at OFF though I switched it to ON several times.) We will be back though. The value is in the location, clean and spacious room. Not the food.

I specifically chose to stay at the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou this time and experienced the full package: guest room, executive lounge, CAN guided tour, and breakfast at the Revolving Restaurant. It truly gave me a taste of what the pinnacle of hotel service in Guangzhou is like. The entire stay was comfortable and reassuring, with no unpleasant surprises, and every aspect exceeded my expectations with its generosity and thoughtfulness. Upon checking in, I had booked a basic room. I paid 20 RMB at the 'Seafood Market' (referring to a loyalty program sign-up) to get a Lingkehui Gold Card. After calling staff beforehand to link my information, I was informed I could get a free upgrade to a Kapok Suite and also receive a welcome fruit platter. It was straightforward and generous, immediately dispelling any concerns I had about formulaic service from an old-established hotel. The upgraded room was spacious, featuring a warm and elegant Lingnan-style wooden design. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all toiletries were well-stocked. On the first night, I discovered the air conditioner was leaking. After calling service, a staff member arrived within five minutes, promptly fixed the issue, and maintained a polite attitude throughout. Afterwards, the floor supervisor even called to apologize and offered a souvenir. Their immediate response to issues, without shirking responsibility or delaying, and their impressive efficiency were remarkable. The executive lounge on the 4th floor was a major highlight of this trip. During afternoon tea, pastries were continuously replenished, with a limitless supply of various savory and sweet treats. It was quiet and not crowded, perfect for a break and a chat. In the evening, happy hour offered samosas, cold cuts, creamy pasta, and small portions of hot dishes. Although it got a bit noisy during peak hours, staff were always diligent in clearing tables promptly, showing great efficiency and professionalism. The waitresses could even mix 'Cuba Libre' and 'Gin and Tonic,' and I could ask them to prepare drinks. The hotel's exclusive CAN guided tour was a unique experience. The guide led us through the gold foil murals in the lobby, the central courtyard waterfall, and the art collection, meticulously explaining the hotel's forty-plus-year history and the clever touches of Lingnan design. From the golden dragons on the ceiling to the red bridge in the courtyard, every detail had a story. The guide was patient and thorough throughout the explanation, actively stopping for guests to take photos and recommending lesser-known spots within the hotel. The tour was unhurried, and any questions were answered in detail, allowing for a deep understanding of this garden hotel hidden in the city center. The next morning, I went to the Revolving Restaurant on the 30th floor for a buffet breakfast. The 360-degree slowly rotating view offered panoramic cityscapes, with the Canton Tower visible in the distance. The food balanced Cantonese flavors with international cuisine; the freshly steamed shrimp dumplings and Jidi porridge were authentic and delicious, while Western omelets, cold cuts, fresh fruit, and baked goods were all well-stocked. Staff constantly cleared empty plates and proactively refilled drinks, and there was no long wait for window seats, creating a relaxed and pleasant dining atmosphere. From the front desk and room maintenance to executive lounge service, the CAN tour guide, and restaurant staff, everyone I encountered maintained a consistently gentle and polite demeanor. Two things impressed me the most: first, their zero-delay approach to problem-solving, responding swiftly to requests and resolving issues properly; and second, the genuine and generous room upgrade, given without upselling or conditions, purely offering tangible benefits to guests. As a platinum five-star hotel with many years of deep roots in Guangzhou, the Garden Hotel doesn't rely on flashy gimmicks. It earns its reputation through tangible details, efficient service, and generous hospitality. Whether for a short getaway or an extended stay in the city, it provides a stable and comfortable experience. This thoughtfulness and meticulousness truly make it a benchmark for hotel service in Guangzhou. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

I especially want to commend the hotel's thoughtfulness – upon check-in, they gave us an Artemisia argyi health hammer, and specially prepared small toys and a children's gift for our baby 🎁. Our little one adored them and couldn't put them down, which was a truly delightful and thoughtful surprise! It was raining when we went there, and the mountains outside the balcony were filled with smoke and clouds, a rare beauty in Guangzhou. Because we went there on the weekend, there were many guests. We didn't look carefully when booking the room, and we found out that we were assigned a double bed room after checking in; one of us could sleep well, but the other had difficulty sleeping, so we had to go to the lobby to change rooms. It was the peak check-in time in the lobby, and the staff were very busy. Fortunately, the girl Liang Xiaojia at the front desk received us patiently and changed us to a twin room. The room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate, and the mattress was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Downstairs, there's a lively commercial street, but it wasn't noisy once the window was closed. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I checked into the hotel late at night, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a room on the 21st floor. The smart home system was fantastic, and the room even had a bathtub! The soundproofing was excellent; even though my room faced the elevators, I didn't hear a single sound from outside all night. The only downside was the smart lighting system, which bothered me all night. If I got up in the middle of the night, it would activate, but there was no single button to turn all the lights off. It took several attempts to get them off, and then I couldn't get back to sleep... Overall, I still highly recommend this place and would choose to stay here again next time.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the convenient all-room lighting control. The bathroom sink was deep and large, and even the slippers had a V-shaped opening for easy wear – these thoughtful details really stood out and are something I haven't seen in other five-star hotels. The breakfast spread was extensive, with made-to-order options; I tried the Dandan noodles and beef brisket pho, both of which were delicious. Traveling with my mother, we chose this established five-star hotel, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The front desk manager, Michelle, was incredibly thoughtful. After understanding our situation, she proactively arranged a high-floor room for us, away from the noise, which ensured a very peaceful stay. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance, creating a wonderful ambiance. The hotel, despite its age, doesn't feel old; every detail of cleanliness is meticulously maintained, and all staff members are service-oriented. The morning dim sum at Ming Court was excellent, especially the buffalo milk tarts. The prime location also added a lot to our trip. It was a very enjoyable stay, and we will definitely return on our next visit.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations, and not in a good way. Before booking, I'd already confirmed a few things with the front desk, and they assured me they'd make a note. But on the day of arrival, I was told I couldn't check in until 4 PM. Seriously? It's the first time I've ever had to wait until after 4 PM to check into a hotel. Then, I booked a suite which was supposed to include executive lounge access, but when I got there, the staff denied any such benefit. I was absolutely furious. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that had so many problems. Thankfully, the lobby manager understood my frustration and eventually added the executive benefits. I didn't want to let it ruin my whole day, so overall, my experience was pretty subpar. However, the lobby manager deserves a big thumbs up 👍; his attitude at least didn't disappoint me. The 4.0 rating is purely for him; everything else doesn't deserve that score, and I won't be staying here again.

Specifically came to experience the W Guangzhou. Its trendy luxury style is very unique, and the moment you walk in, the scent and dynamic music create a fantastic atmosphere. The river view room offers an unparalleled vista, and watching the city lights at dusk is incredibly therapeutic. The pool is clean, and the accompanying gym is well-equipped. The staff are friendly and the turn-down service is a thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback is that the lobby can be a bit noisy at night, and mini-bar drinks are chargeable. We've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. It's true that all hotels in Shenzhen, including the Four Seasons, are primarily business hotels, giving off a strong business vibe rather than a resort feel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially its proximity to Futian Station, making it super cost-effective for same-day return trips to Hong Kong for meetings. The service at the Four Seasons is, as expected, impeccable – appropriately warm and meticulous. Cleanliness is a given. There were only two minor discomforts: first, we were initially given a corner room, and my wife had nightmares staying there at night. When we asked to switch, they didn't clearly inform her that the new room would incur an upgrade fee. They quietly deducted it from my deposit, which felt a bit uncomfortable. They could have been upfront about it instead of doing it discreetly. BTW, the Zhuo Yue Xuan at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious, but remember to ask for less white wine in the char siu.

Let's start with the location: it's excellent, with convenient access to everything from Binhai Avenue. Next, the hotel itself: a well-established 5-star hotel, a trusted choice for business travelers. The hygiene is impeccable. Hardware-wise, however, the facilities are a bit old – I'm deducting half a star here. Also, the charging cable (with 3 plugs) in my room (1909) was broken. Soft services: I'm adding points for two things at this long-standing brand. 1. Flora was proactively enthusiastic in reaching out. She added me on WeChat and called me the day before check-in. It seems Kempinski is now competing on service, just like St. Regis. I don't remember this before. 2. When I checked in, I specifically asked if late checkout was possible (even though I didn't need it, it's a great way to earn goodwill). The front desk didn't refuse but immediately asked me how late I needed to check out. I smiled and said I didn't need it (purely testing the soft service at Shenzhen Kempinski, as Dalian Kempinski had left a bad taste in my mouth... I was on a conference call at the time and they argued with me for a long time about a 30-minute late checkout. This time, I asked Shenzhen Kempinski first, and the front desk was very accommodating!). Adding 0.5 stars here. The breakfast was standard but plentiful, so that was good. The service from the front desk and Flora elevated my review from what I initially planned as 4.5 stars to a full 5 stars. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Every time I come to Shenzhen, I stay at the Hilton Nanhai Wing. The service, cleanliness, environment, and facilities are all top-notch. And a big shoutout to the staff member on the left side of the front desk who upgraded me to a suite – absolutely amazing! 👍👍👍 Huge thanks to them. Our stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant. Jason, our butler, contacted us in advance to arrange our check-in and even thoughtfully put together a guide of nearby attractions. He explained all the check-in details clearly and concisely. The room was spotless and well-arranged, with all the necessary amenities for families with children, making our trip with the little ones much easier. The hotel has excellent soundproofing, so it was very quiet, ensuring an undisturbed rest. Any requests we had for Jason were met with quick and efficient responses. We didn't have to worry about coordinating anything ourselves; everything was perfectly arranged. The overall experience was just right, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!

The location of the hotel is just perfect! 2 minutes of a walking distance to the Sea World. The room was clean. And the laundry service was available as well. Personally, I used the iron and the ironing board. But there were some disappointing facts about the shower cabin. The water pours and leaks out of the cabin which makes the floor so wet, so no towels can help, and I had to collect it with my slippers apparently. And there was shampoo in the shampoo and conditioner containers both which means I just washed my head twice. I’d recommend the hotel stuff mind these details. But, nevertheless, thanks my stay there!

Excellent value, fantastic service, and a great location! I had a very pleasant stay at the Sentosa Taoyuan Hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem – it feels like a luxury boutique property but at a very reasonable price. The value for money is outstanding. The service truly made the difference. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk who checked me in; she kindly gave me a free upgrade to the ”Elegant Suite.” The suite was spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchen and a very functional desk that made working remotely a breeze. She also went out of her way to help me print an important document, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for video calls. The location is another big plus – it's close to Shenzhen University, Taoyuan metro station, and the Bank of China. There are also plenty of great dining options nearby, including authentic Chinese restaurants and even a Burger King for a rare Western treat. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

This hotel was fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. I originally booked two nights and ended up extending for another! The location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station. Metro Line 2 takes you directly to places like Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, Wutong Mountain, Zhongying Street, Window of the World, and Overseas Chinese Town. Downstairs, One City offers a wide variety of restaurants, and not far away are Jindao Garden and Zhenpin Restaurant – great for a late-night snack if you miss dinner, and the food is delicious. The views are unbeatable, with mountains and sea blending into one. Even though it rained quite a bit during my stay, the misty atmosphere created a unique and charming experience. The facilities are top-notch: the lobby, elevators, bedding, fresh air system, and fitness area were all excellent. Service was outstanding. The front desk staff were polite, and all the requests I made during check-in were fulfilled perfectly when I got to my room – a wonderful surprise! I booked a sea-view room for the first two nights, and when I added an extra night for a mountain-view room, they generously upgraded me back to the original room type. They were also incredibly helpful in solving problems: they printed my child's homework, and when my husband's laptop touchscreen cracked but he needed to work urgently, the hotel provided a large Redmi display that connected seamlessly, perfectly resolving a pressing issue. The dining was also very good. It's rare for a hotel to offer free meals for children under 12, but they do! The variety of food was comprehensive; while perhaps not as extensive as some other hotels, it was certainly sufficient. The wontons were especially delicious. I'd suggest they consider adding one or two more memorable signature dishes. The joy I experienced during these days was given by Shenzhen, and half of that joy was thanks to Hyatt. Next time I visit Shenzhen, Hyatt will be my only consideration.

This was my first stay at this Grand Skylight Hotel, and the overall decor is acceptable. However, the biggest issue with this stay was the insufficient water pressure in the shower. I called the front desk in the evening to inquire about it, but the staff couldn't offer an effective solution and weren't able to arrange for an engineer to come up and fix it. The front desk staff were reasonably efficient and polite during check-in. The only significant problem was the extremely weak water pressure. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend staying here.

You can't get any closer to Longshouyuan Metro Station, the location is super convenient. The hotel is relatively new, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, so it's not too crowded even if you're sharing with a child. They said they upgraded my room, but the view... it was just okay, facing purely west. It was a bit dark during the day, and only when the sun was about to set did the light get better. Nanmen Square (Downtown) Xi'an|1.19km from downtown
The Xi'an Yongningmen Grand View Castle Hotel, as a unique establishment blending historical culture with modern amenities, generally performs commendably. Here's an objective review across various aspects: **Location:** The hotel is situated near Xi'an's ancient city wall, Yongningmen (South Gate), conveniently close to core landmarks like the Bell Tower and South Gate Plaza. This provides easy access to transportation and a wealth of surrounding commercial and cultural resources. Guests can readily experience the fusion of ancient city charm and modern urban life, highlighting its significant geographical advantage. **Facilities:** The hotel's design echoes Xi'an's historical heritage with its antique-style architecture, exuding both elegance and grandeur. Guest rooms are meticulously decorated, with some offering views of the city wall, and hardware maintenance is generally good. Public areas are well-equipped, though some facilities, like the conference hall, appear somewhat limited in size, potentially making it challenging to accommodate large events. **Service:** The staff demonstrates high professionalism, and the reception process is well-regulated, ensuring prompt and attentive service. The front desk responds quickly, room cleaning is efficient, and the dining service maintains consistent quality. We suggest further optimizing personalized services (e.g., guided local cultural experiences) to enhance the depth of the guest experience. **Dining Experience:** The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing local specialties with popular tastes, and its quality meets four-star standards. Dinner dishes are presented in a more traditional style, with room for more innovation. Considering the introduction of themed dining options with stronger regional cultural characteristics could be beneficial. **Value for Money:** Considering its location, facilities, and service level, the hotel's pricing falls within the mid-to-high range, making it suitable for travelers seeking quality and cultural experiences. We recommend looking out for seasonal promotions to enhance its price competitiveness. **Overall:** The Xi'an Yongningmen Grand View Castle Hotel's core competitiveness lies in its unique location and cultural ambiance, with balanced performance in service and facilities. It is an ideal choice for both business travel and cultural tourism. Should it continue to refine detailed services and deepen its cultural experience offerings, its market recognition is likely to further improve.

Although the hotel is a bit old, their service is truly excellent, and the hotel is well-maintained. What impressed me most was Birdy at the front desk, who was able to anticipate my needs in advance – that's really great! It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel. Seeing that I was on a business trip, they proactively arranged a room with better lighting and even upgraded me to an executive room free of charge. The desk in the room and the bright natural light instantly met all my requirements.

This was an absolutely superb experience with incredibly attentive service. Our butler was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out three days in advance and responding quickly to all our needs. The turndown service was exquisite, showcasing French elegance and historical charm in every detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mousse cake and fresh fruit. The staff were all polite and considerate, and I particularly want to commend butler Jack, Themis, and concierge Morty Eva for their outstanding service! This hotel truly sets the standard for high-end accommodation in Xi'an and comes highly recommended.

As a Ctrip Black Diamond member who travels frequently, my overall experience this stay far exceeded expectations. I have to give it a full five-star recommendation! Vivian at the front desk was very efficient with check-in, thoughtful and warm, a special commendation for her! The staff were gentle and patient, proactively informing us about nearby transportation routes and hotel amenities. The cleanliness of the room was meticulously done; the floors, bathroom, and bedding were all clean and odorless. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring my rest was completely undisturbed. The room facilities were complete, with stable hot water, air conditioning, and internet. The location is superb, making it convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The breakfast had a rich and fresh variety of options. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and responsive, providing attentive service without being intrusive throughout my stay. Considering both the facilities and service, this hotel is definitely top-tier for its price point. I will prioritize choosing this place again when I return to the area, and I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling!

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

The front desk staff, Mio, provided excellent service. They efficiently arranged a high-floor room close to the elevator during check-in. The entire check-in process was smooth and professional, without any unnecessary delays, and their service was just right. This hotel is definitely my top choice for both leisure and business trips.

Overall, the room was good. It's right next to the subway station and very close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient for getting around. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, but since I was so tired from exploring all day, I fell asleep right away, so it didn't really bother me. The main reason for my good review is the excellent service – the staff at the front desk, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie was also very meticulous and thorough.

The hotel is really close to the subway station, which was a huge plus, especially since I had a heavy suitcase – super easy walk. They offered complimentary snacks upon check-in, and since the restaurant was under renovation, they gave us free breakfast. The portion for one person was massive, which felt like a really thoughtful gesture. On the first night, a robot delivered someone else's takeout to my room by mistake, but it was just a minor hiccup. When I checked out, they gave me a local cultural magnet as a souvenir. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get another discount or special offer.

Right across from the Drum Tower, the location is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The staff cleaned punctually every day. When checking out, the front desk lady even asked if I needed two bottles of warm mineral water, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't soundproof. However, I still love staying at Ji Hotel; I like its layout, the small tea table, and the black tea is good too.

This hotel, located right by the city walls, has a wonderful atmosphere and is both elegant and comfortable. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, being right in the city center. The rooms are cozy and clean, and come fully equipped, including a gym and laundry room. The service was excellent and very welcoming.

Service: Every lady at the front desk was kind and extremely attentive. We checked out a bit late, and they extended our checkout time to 3 PM, which was really thoughtful. The staff even helped us with our luggage to the car and offered us drinks. Cleanliness: The room was tidy and comfortable, and the bedding and bath amenities were very clean. However, the pillows had a slight odor of hair oil. Environment: The surrounding area has convenient transportation. The Xigong University subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, including a pedestrian overpass. There are also street food vendors just a few steps away. My only complaint is that Xi'an surprisingly doesn't have shared e-bikes, only shared bicycles. Riding a bicycle to tourist attractions will make you question your life choices. I recommend taking a taxi or, if you're looking for a more affordable option, combining it with subway transfers.
