Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

The hotel is excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The staff deserve a 5-star rating. We had a family suite, which was very convenient for a family of three. It's located close to the main pedestrian street, with shops, restaurants, and access to the embankment. There are stunning city views from the restaurant and bar on the upper floors.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the location, transportation, and service are impeccable. The high-floor views are also great. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai. Oh, and even though there are several elevators, they're not very smart when it's crowded. You either wait a long time or it stops on every floor. Hope they can improve that.

This time we were on a family trip, but I feel the hotel is more suited for business travelers. **Facilities:** It's a five-star hotel, decent, not super new but not old either. Breakfast had a good variety. **Hygiene:** Also decent, quite clean. **Environment:** There's a constant fragrance throughout the hotel that I wasn't too fond of, but overall it was okay. It's quite close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund, which is great for an evening stroll. **Service:** I had originally requested a late check-out until 2 PM upon arrival, but the front desk seemed to have forgotten about it. However, a staff member called to confirm, and I re-explained, so the late check-out was granted.

The room was very satisfying, clean and tidy, and the staff had a great attitude. Especially Matt at the front desk, who carefully listened to our needs.

Incredible Bund views from the 30th floor for 4 days. Fantastic breakfast, with both Western and Eastern options. Impeccable service, they even contacted us by phone before our arrival, and in Spanish!

It exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and the hotel is large and comfortable. The room was spacious with incredible views; we were very lucky. The breakfast was VERY comprehensive. We didn't interact with the hotel staff, but everything worked perfectly, so I have no complaints. By the way, they have a very well-equipped gym for a hotel.

Hotel 🏨 Location: Excellent! It's right next to the New World Mall and directly connected to it, which is incredibly convenient. Dining, watching movies, catching a stand-up show, and taking the subway are all easily accessible. Service: Extremely polite. This five-star international hotel is very attentive; staff always greet you, and the service is spot-on. They also help with luggage when you enter and leave. Special thanks: To Joe from the concierge team for helping me hail a taxi and even loading my considerable luggage into the car. His service was warm and thorough.
