The room – a premium double on the first floor – was spacious and bright. Everything you could possibly need is provided. You’re given a fruit basket on arrival. Please note that the sockets can only be used with a standard Chinese plug. I would particularly like to highlight the service. It really couldn’t be better. We’d already been in touch via WeChat before we arrived. They organised the tickets for the Snow Mountains for us. They arranged a pick-up service from the station and were already waiting for us when we arrived. We didn’t have to carry our luggage ourselves. There’s no lift. Throughout our stay, we were looked after brilliantly and were told what there was to see. All here is very friendly and attentive. The coffee is wonderful, and the cats and rabbits make the stay feel even more like home. We would come back here any time."

He reached out the day before our scheduled arrival to arrange a train station pick-up, greeted us warmly at the entrance, and treated us to a tea tasting. He offered excellent suggestions for dining, sightseeing, and local culture, and even managed to secure tickets to Dragon Snow Mountain—which are notoriously difficult to get. We loved it so much Ther we decided to cancel our next hotel and extend our stay here. Throughout our stay, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of, allowing me to truly relax and enjoy every moment."
