Great location, view, breakfast and gym. The room is well heated and clean, staff is friendly and hotel very luxurious. I think it’s one of the best hotels you can book for your business trip or vacation in Shanghai. Metro is also closed and there’s a fancy ifc shopping mall that can be reached in 5 min walk. Lovely

The room was comfortable, and the view of Shanghai was stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly. The pool was lovely. The breakfast at ON56 was excellent, offering a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. The air conditioning in the room was efficient, and the curtains provided great light blocking. While the bathtub and shower are showing some signs of age, it didn't impact the overall quality of the stay. I highly recommend Gran Hyatt Shanghai!

Great hotel, awesome view, amazing service, great spa with sauna jacuzzi and pool. Great breakfast with a wide variety of food and freshly made. I highly recommend the hotel.

nice hotel located in 54th floor and above! hotel has indoor heated swimming pool. my kids love it that they can swim during winter. the hotel gave us free upgrade which was very nice. only down side was the breakfast was too crowded

Still one of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. Recently it has been hit or miss. This time was a hit. My only complaint is that I could not get the temperature of the room as cool as I would have liked.
Big bathtub. Good food. Comfortable bed.

Overall a decent hotel with mostly decent service. Worth for the money with a decent view of the city area/bund area. Room was clean and was smoke free and service during the stay was good.
However the check in can be very troublesome as it is slow and also rooms are not cleaned as of the check in time so had to wait around 30 mins more.

Great stay and location in China’s financial district. Close to IFC Mall and Metro access. Only 3 stops on Metro Line 2 to get to Science and Technology stop for all you shopping needs!

Went up to 83 floor to do club room check in. We were attended by front desk 佳雯(Shirley) who is friendly and providing good service. The lounge food is limited but good enough for a full breakfast. Love their happy hours from 5pm to 8pm and provide warm food too!
I will definitely recommend friends to visit Grand hyatt shanghai!
