Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich

My stay at Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich was a truly comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located on Guangzhou Avenue Middle, offering easy access to transport. The lobby's French style is perfectly executed, neither ostentatious nor outdated. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked wonderfully, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. I particularly want to commend Dion and Mia from Guest Relations 🔥🫶🫶. From the moment I walked in, I felt their professionalism. Mia's smile was genuine during check-in, and she clearly and concisely explained the facilities and breakfast times without sounding like she was reciting from a script. Dion would nod and greet me whenever we crossed paths on subsequent days, and once, seeing me with my hands full, he even pressed the elevator button for me from a distance. On my check-out day, they were both on duty. They asked a few questions about my stay, and when I said everything was great, Mia replied, "That's good, come find us again next time." This kind of subtle, sincere interaction is far more reassuring than any exaggerated promises. The hotel as a whole has no major shortcomings, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

This was my first stay at a Sofitel, and it was better than expected. The room had good soundproofing, so it was very quiet at night, and the air conditioning maintained a precise temperature without being too hot or cold. The toiletries had a refreshing scent and were pleasant to use. The service was a highlight, with Dion and Mia🤭👍♨️ making a great impression. I arrived quite early, and M would always greet me warmly with a sincere smile whenever we crossed paths in the following days. The express checkout was very convenient and quick. ❤️ They happened to be there on my departure day, helped me call a taxi, and even saw me off to the door. The service felt natural yet attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

I'm a returning guest, this is my third time at this hotel, and my stay was very pleasant. The Executive Lounge on the 29th floor has an excellent overall ambiance and very attentive service, making for a comfortable stay. Mia and Dion from the front office department were particularly meticulous. The breakfast spread was very generous, and the afternoon tea chef kept replenishing the food. The hotel's other restaurants are also superb; I highly recommend the French restaurant on the sixth floor – their tomato spaghetti is outstanding.

During this stay, the hotel proactively upgraded my room to a suite on the executive floor. The room was much more spacious, and the living room was especially suitable for business meetings, negotiations, and online work. The hotel is located in the Tianhe North business district, close to the East Railway Station, with excellent transportation links. The lobby on the first floor is particularly artistic and a great place to meet guests.

Having stayed at many five-star hotels, the Sofitel Sanya Leeman provided me with a 'comfortably effortless' experience this time. There was no excessive decor or overly solicitous service, everything was just right. Dion and Mia from guest relations proactively greeted me on two separate occasions and even asked about my stay experience during checkout, all with a genuine and unforced attitude. The room's soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; once the window was closed, it was completely quiet, which is great for light sleepers. The toiletries had a subtle, elegant fragrance, leaving me feeling refreshed after use. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and catching a taxi downstairs was convenient. A hotel that gets all the basics right, with no deductions in any aspect, truly stands out from the rest. Highly recommended.

The service was truly exceptional 🥰, with warm and attentive staff, and even robot room service 🤖, which is a godsend for introverts! Upon check-in, we were offered self-service tea and snacks 🍉🥤, making us feel so happy! There's a free gym 🏋️‍♀️, free laundry and drying facilities 🧺, and luggage storage 🧳 – everything is covered! Breakfast is on the 10th floor, with over 25 options to choose from 🥐🥛, so you can fuel up before exploring!

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Their service was thoughtful and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended! There are also many fun places to explore nearby, which is a big plus. I'm very satisfied with the location – it's absolutely excellent, thumbs up! Breakfast was tasty, and the service was great, especially from Mia Huang and Rachel at the front desk, who were both very enthusiastic.

It's easy to find, close to shopping districts and attractions, saving time and effort when getting around. The service was just right – not overly polite or insincere – allowing for a quiet and undisturbed rest. Excellent value for money, this place really helped me recover from travel fatigue. The service at this hotel was great. The front desk helped me with my invoice quickly, and the environment was very good with fairly complete facilities. The only downside was that food delivery couldn't come directly to the room. I hope they'll renovate the facilities. The front desk service was excellent, very warm, courteous, and polite.
