Amazing service, contacted with Mr. Wang because i had a late check-in and an early flight next day. Everything excelent, 5 min walk from terminal 1, fast check-in, very confortable and clean room and next day had an amazing breakfast just before the free shuttle bus to terminal 2. This hotel is my favorite spot each time i have a late arrival or early flight in GZ.

Atrocious service, their English is barely understandable, and the shuttle service was smelly, slow and unprofessional.
Room was small and the toilet had terrible plumbing. Room was honestly terrible for that price point

I’ve been to many hotels and different hotel chains, and I have never seen a super customer service and hospitality like I have seen from this hotel, especially from Mr. Wang Yang
He make the experience special and always available to support even when he is during non-working hours
I’ll for sure stay here again and it is always my choice when I want to stay close to Guangzhou airport. Very close to the airport with shuttle buses service every 30 minutes for T2. And, T1 is just in the back side of the hotel.

This hotel is kind of all but still value for money if you are transiting near guanzhou airport and needed a short stay. There is shuttle
Bus to T2 but need to get to lobby early as it is 30

The hotel is located at the airport, easy to find and travel to including a shuttle service.
Rooms are spacious and all amenities needed, very nice gym.
Breakfast of high quality with alot of choices.

Great service, got upgrade to a suite.
Unfortunately woke up in the middle of the night by the sound of some animal (maybe mouse or rat) running around in the AC pipe over my room.

The room is spacious with lots of pillows… very good location for travelers with flights in Terminal 1 just across the road of the departure are. 5 minutes ride to Terminal 2 by their hotel’s shuttle bus service which keavea the hotwl evwey 30 minutes.
