Innogo Hotel Shenzhen (LuoHu Port)

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room isn't huge, but it's well-designed for families with slightly older children. There's a large double bed below and two very sturdy single bunk beds above. The ladder steps are quite wide, and the bunk beds have full side rails for safety. There's also a thick partition between the two upper bunks to prevent disturbance, creating two relatively independent small spaces. Each bunk has a small lamp and power outlet, and both kids slept well. The towels provided are disposable by default, but you can ask the front desk to switch to regular ones if you prefer. The toilet and shower are separate spaces, with no unpleasant odors or water accumulation. The shower head provides strong yet fine water flow. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion are all provided. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The ladies at the front desk were all friendly and polite, which I greatly appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy. 👍🏻 The huge projector screen was amazing for eating and binge-watching shows. Robot delivery for meals was a cool touch. Disposable bath towels and face towels were provided, so no worries about hygiene. The front desk staff were friendly and responsible. They even checked my notes and gave me a non-corner room. They also proactively asked if I wanted the complimentary coffee. 👍🏻

This time I went to Hong Kong to visit my granddaughter, and staying near Luohu Port was incredibly convenient. It's just a few hundred meters walk to the border crossing, and you can also check out the food street. The breakfast options are plentiful, which is great for seniors.
