**Exceptional Stay at Wyndham Grand Xi'an South** My 5-night stay at Wyndham Grand Xi'an South was truly memorable. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff providing excellent service. I had a break in my trip, and the hotel kindly offered a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Special thanks to **Kiko, Zoe, and Sam** for their warm and attentive care. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

The room was spacious, blending retro and Chinese designs, and incredibly comfortable. We were thrilled with the free room upgrade! Breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options, with local specialties standing out. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was clean and relaxing. The service was exceptional, especially **Nancy**, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xi’an!

This is my second stay at the Wyndham Grand Xian South, （西安豪享来温德姆至尊酒店）and every experience here has been full of delightful surprises. This time, upon arrival, the front desk staff, Zoe and Kiko, warmly assisted me with the check-in process. It was not only incredibly efficient but also genuinely thoughtful, making me feel truly welcomed. Their smiles and professional service instantly lifted my spirits, turning a tiring day into a pleasant one. The hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The rooms are not only comfortable but also well-equipped with everything you might need. The gym is well-furnished, and the buffet is rich with a variety of options, showcasing the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. At night, the view from the room, with its magical lights, creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. In addition, the hotel’s prime location is another highlight. It is conveniently located near the Great Tang Ever Bright City and the newly opened MixC shopping mall, with numerous famous Shaanxi cuisine restaurants in the vicinity. This makes it not only an exceptional place to stay but also a perfect base for exploring Xian. Without a doubt, this will always be my first choice whenever I visit this city!

We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and were warmly welcomed by a gentleman in a light blue jacket (apologies, we didn’t catch his name; he was slightly on the plump side). His friendly demeanor immediately made us feel at home. During check-in, we were attended to by Sam at the reception. Noticing that we had three kids with us, he thoughtfully offered some delicious snack crackers to keep us busy while waiting. The snacks were so tasty! As a family, we preferred our rooms to be close to each other. Unfortunately, the rooms we had reserved were at opposite corners of the building. Sam went the extra mile and consulted the Manager, Ms. Candy, for a solution. While we were ready to downgrade one of the family rooms to a standard room, Ms. Candy instead graciously upgraded one of the family rooms to a suite to accommodate our request. This gesture was deeply appreciated! The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous, offering a wide range of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, along with kid-friendly snacks. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Candy again in the lobby, where she provided excellent sightseeing advice. She recommended a visit to Mount Hua and even arranged for the hotel driver to take us there. The trip turned out to be absolutely fantastic, and we were in awe of the stunning mountain scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Xi'an. Its location is superb—right next to Datang Everbright City, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance.
