Yitel Premium (Shanghai people's Square Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street)

The experience was great! I stayed here both times I went to Shanghai and everything was perfect both times. 100% recommend

Would definitely recommend and revisit. Location very convenient. The room was very clean, there was a massage chair which was great. The washroom shower was clean, toilet was clean, sink was clean, bed felt clean, shampoo n soap didn't feel rough. I only took a video of the inside of the room, no picture to upload, but the lobby looks hella nice. The room looked fancy, the carpet inside the room didn't smell stuffy. The AC worked well. Service was great, very fast; cleaners were friendly too. Only complaints would be, elevators wait takes a while, and halfway AC on 7th flr could not cover the entire hallway. .

This hotel is very near to the center city , near to train station, however, knowing that is the middle of the city, with a lot of heavy smoker around , we found that the toilet persistently having some smoke scent whenever we come back. We hope the hotel can improve their ventilation service.

Great location in Nanjing walking street nearby to many shopping malls and eateries. Friendly counter staffs especially mention Alex who is very helpful attending to needs. Room is clean and spacious with amenities provided.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right by Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and very close to People's Square, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the metro. The Double Bed Room A was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities like the mobile screen casting and a nice mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai!

If noise isn't an issue for you, this hotel is a great choice thanks to its prime central location. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the city. However, I felt it was too noisy, which made it less suitable for a family trip where a quieter environment is preferred.

Great location. Staff were really kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and there's free laundry. The walls are a bit thin and can hear some noises from next door. Overall a great stay

We have booked more nights initially, but our plan was disrupted by the typhoon unfortunately. Kudos to hotel to be willing to accommodate to our booking twice. Room is too dim for my liking, but housekeeping staff is helpful to my request. Convenient location that our favourite 莱莱小笼包 and 双喜甜品 is just a corner away. You just need to head down n the whole shopping street is right in front
