Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel(Longshouyuan Subway Station Store)

Traveling with my family this summer, I booked a hotel that offered excellent value for money. Its location is super convenient for getting around, right next to Longshouyuan subway station. But the real highlight wasn't the location or value, it was the service – absolutely fantastic!

As a long-standing five-star hotel, its location is absolutely superb. You step right out onto Longshouyuan Station of Metro Line 2, and you truly appreciate this convenience when you're dragging your tired self back from a day out. Secondly, their service philosophy is excellent. On our first day, we arrived at 2 PM, and our room wasn't quite ready. The lobby staff, seeing us with our whole family, immediately arranged for five executive lounge afternoon teas, giving us a place to rest and recharge. The family room is incredibly spacious, so at night, two families could easily gather for dinner without feeling cramped at all. The daily housekeeping was also prompt and meticulous. The pool is quite child-friendly and good for beginners, staying open until 10 PM, which provides plenty of time. The hotel is close to a supermarket and Daming Palace National Heritage Park, making it incredibly good value for money during peak season. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Xi'an Hotel during our trip with the kids. The location is unbeatable, right next to Longshouyuan subway station on Line 2, making it super convenient to get to attractions like the Terracotta Warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Bell and Drum Towers by taxi or subway. The Rongmin Longshou Plaza mall downstairs has a supermarket and plenty of restaurants, which was a lifesaver for grabbing souvenirs or dinner on our way back in the evenings. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for traveling with children without feeling cramped. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including local specialties like Zèng Gāo and Roujiamo. The service was attentive and prompt, and the staff were very friendly. It's truly ideal for family travel, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Xi'an.

I originally chose this hotel for its proximity to the subway, making it easy to get around. After booking, I found the service even more attentive, with assistance before and after check-in. The room was also very spacious, and it was convenient and reassuring to be able to send packages even in the middle of the night. I'll definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and there are many streets with delicious snacks (you can find food for all three meals and late-night supper), as well as shopping malls. The hotel staff are very service-minded, professional, polite, and friendly. My parents' room had a new air conditioner with excellent cooling. The hotel breakfast was quite comprehensive, and I was very satisfied. The air conditioning in our room with the children wasn't cooling well, and the front desk immediately arranged a room change upon notification, handling it promptly and appropriately. Thank you! In the future, I will still choose large brand hotels for peace of mind, comfort, and reliability.

Traveling with my girlfriend, we chose this place because the environment is comfortable and not too noisy. The service from the front desk staff and the lobby manager was excellent. Customer service calls were answered instantly, and all interactions were very good. The doorman proactively helped open the car door and handle our luggage. They also provided comprehensive travel advice. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Pretty good! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I especially loved the mini roujiamo (shredded pork burger) – I ate it for three days straight and still couldn't get enough! The service was also quite on point. I initially booked for one night but ended up extending for two more.

Overall, I'm not very satisfied. Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Longshouyuan subway station, which is very convenient, and there are many shopping malls nearby with plenty of dining options. Cons: For a big-name hotel, the service was quite mediocre. The greeters, concierges, and other staff were barely noticeable. Perhaps because my room was changed to a higher floor, it was on the shaded side, poorly ventilated, and became extremely humid after turning on the air conditioning. The bedding was almost unusable due to the dampness, making for a very uncomfortable stay. This is something everyone should be particularly aware of when checking in – it was truly unpleasant. Additionally, on the day I checked in, the small bed in the family room wasn't prepared. Special warning: I suspect there are management loopholes at this hotel. After I checked in, I believe my face cream was tampered with and some was stolen. Of course, I don't have proof and didn't confront the hotel, but I strongly suspect it. A significant amount of my Estée Lauder anti-aging cream was missing. Everyone should be careful to secure their personal belongings when staying here. Finally, the hotel breakfast was good, and the dining experience was pleasant. Although it sometimes got crowded and required a short wait, staff were always on hand to arrange seating. The dining experience was decent, and it was the only aspect of my stay I was satisfied with. Addendum: The toilet seat was broken and wobbly.

Very good, very satisfied, and very clean. The service was excellent, and the hotel felt upscale. I slept very well, and the soundproofing was good. It offers great value for money. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the restaurant was spacious. The location is convenient. I'll definitely come back again.
