Her communication throughout was meticulous and her responses were timely. Her service was both professional and thoughtful, which made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beijing for stays with elderly family members. My recent trip with my parents to Beijing was incredibly comfortable and worry-free. The hotel is located in the heart of Wangfujing, making transportation very convenient. The elevators go directly to the lobby, and the accessibility features are excellent, so elderly guests with mobility issues can move around without any problem. The room service exceeded our expectations. I especially want to thank Judy Wang Dandan from housekeeping for her thoughtful care of my parents; her attention to detail was truly heartwarming.

Five-star review! I've stayed here over ten times, and the service is much better than Rosewood. I received a Black Diamond upgrade to a fantastic room type. The room was very comfortable to sleep in, with excellent soundproofing making it very quiet. Breakfast was also delicious, and the private butler service was great, always responsive to any needs. The room arrangements were perfect. However, the two ladies making noodles at breakfast were chatting while working, even though the beef noodles were genuinely good. It was my first time seeing Waldorf Astoria staff chatting while on duty, and this is something that needs improvement.

David, the handsome guy at the front desk, was incredibly polite. I hadn't seen the price list and didn't realize the minibar had charges, but David kindly waived them for me. Many thanks also to Willow, the concierge, for their enthusiastic help. Truly grateful! ❤️❤️

The hotel features its own traditional courtyard, full of ancient charm, perfect for a visit and some photos. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were always on hand when needed. The most relaxing part of each day was returning to the hotel after sightseeing; it felt just like home, allowing us to fully unwind and recharge. It's an excellent choice for families traveling to Beijing!

Four years later, I'm back to experience the Waldorf Astoria's Steiff Enchanted Forest themed suite! Last time I stayed in a terrace suite, and while this one is a bit smaller, it's still full of childlike wonder. From check-in, every staff member was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic, especially Chloe and Willow, who were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The delivery of desserts and the welcome bear visit times were all arranged in advance. The room also came with a cute bear bag and a teddy bear toy 🧸. Last time we were here for our wedding anniversary, and this time for a birthday – the hotel really excels at making special occasions memorable. Although the room isn't huge, it's fully equipped with all the amenities, including two bathrooms and a super spacious bathtub.
