As a five-star hotel, I expected some toiletries and amenities would be complimentary for guests to take."

"This was the most touching hotel experience we had throughout our trip. The location is excellent, right near the Kissing Bridge, with plenty of great food options nearby. The evening fireworks were spectacular, and we could even watch many of the water shows from our bed. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they even prepared gifts and red envelopes for us because it was Chinese New Year, which was really moving. Such amazing service is rare. When we checked out, they even walked us out and waved goodbye, which was a very touching gesture."
