"The location of the hotel is first-class, convenient for visiting Yangdong Night Market and massage. The deluxe king room with river view is very good, spacious and comfortable. The air-conditioning is sufficient and the water power is strong. However, the bed sheets are stained and the shower head holder fails. The 2-bed room my parents lived in was very small in size. The air-conditioning was blowing directly on the bedside, making it difficult to sleep, and the water power was weak and unacceptable. The hotel asked us to pay extra money to change to another room the next day, which solved the problem."
"Physical aspect of the property is beautiful and relaxing (lawns, pool, beach and restaurant). However, they don’t have intercom in the rooms so nobody would call if they need anything - secondly, warm water is not available all the time. Thirdly, they have this huge resort and don’t have iron&stand. It’s doesn’t cast much, so it could be carelessness to invest to small things to make the stay better or they want you to pay the laundry to even press the shirt - even 2 star places have irons&stands. Food on their restaurant is very average, not value for money (taste-wise as well as portionsize-wise). Picture is added to show the only good thing in this place / I’d suggest booking 1-2 days max here"

"The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab."
"Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel.
Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!"
"We enjoyed very much our 7 nights stay at Pullman, the pool is nice and big, however the floor is very slippery at the kids splash area, it would be important to fix that for safety. Our room is decent, clean, the only thing I would suggest is to replace the hair conditioner with different brand.
Breakfast is the best, lots of options and tasty. We also had a lovely dinner at Mad Cow, View was incredible and the food was very good! They also have foam party at the pool few days a week around 4pm, the kids had so much fun!
Pullman Hotel is near the airport, and easy to get to the south side attraction, such as sunset town, cable car etc. We will definitely go back to Pullman again."
"5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer. The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good!
I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller!
Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter.
Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money.
This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast.
Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended."
"A truly enjoyable stay! The swimming pools were fantastic - perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. The environment was comfortable, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Transportation was super convenient with shuttle service and Grab options available, making it easy to explore. Definitely a great place to stay!"
"Pros: The beach and sea of the hotel are the biggest advantages, it is super suitable for people who enjoy the beach. The beaches of several hotels are linked together, which are wide, clean, quiet and very comfortable, whether it is a swimming or snorkeling experience. The supporting facilities are also in place. After check-in, you can enjoy the beach and the sea with ease. The hotel room can basically see the beautiful sunset.
Hotel service is also very good,
The service is in place and the initiative will not be too enthusiastic.
Breakfast is well-formed, suitable for people like me who have a bad stomach and need to consider a fitness meal, which basically meets the needs.
Disadvantages: If you want to go to other restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to walk for about ten to fifteen minutes to get to a small town. There are delicious restaurants in the town, but also street food, supermarkets, massage shops and so on. Walking in the afternoon is very dry, and the street lights are not very bright at night. Those who are single to play have to think about it. I am afraid of walking in the evening. But there are several good restaurants in town, and local Vietnamese noodles are delicious."
"Excellent bungalow! Excellent family that runs this business! Excellent cafe with good prices and no problems for the gastrointestinal tract! Fresh seafood in the evenings with reasonable prices is cooked very tasty! There is an excellent store nearby with excellent prices! And a good exchange rate! Long Beach is 200 meters away! There is a hotel nearby for 100 dong, 2 sun loungers for the whole day and an umbrella! + at the hotel there are girls who are masseuses, I went many times with my wife for 200 dong, 1 hour of massage of the whole body with aloe! In the evening there is where to walk! You can go out into the city, you want to go left or right, there are many cafes and shops! King Kong is a 15-minute walk to the right of the hotel! I was there, the prices are a little higher than the described store, which is next to the hotel! The hotel includes breakfast, you can easily eat and do business, there is soup, omelets, fried eggs, they also give a delicious bun and tea or coffee! Oh yeah, I forgot, for every meal there is a bonus plate of fruit, usually watermelon + dragon fruit, sometimes bananas! We only ate there because we were afraid of gastrointestinal problems in the form of an upset stomach or poisoning!! I can safely recommend them! I will come again! Wait for Phu Quoc! P.S. We rested for 7 days, then went to Sunset Town, so there is nothing decent there in terms of food, everything is expensive and not tasty, we had to go to them for lunch and dinner by taxi!"

Amazing
GGuest UserGreat, great, great, great! I decided to come to Vietnam at the last minute, and Ctrip happened to have a hotel package, so I chose this one blindly. The hotel contacted me to arrange a pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the end of the alley at night. I couldn't see clearly at night, but it felt very quiet.
It was great in the morning! French architecture, small and elegant, not many rooms, but the public areas are very attentive! There are lush greenery all the way to the beach. The sea in Phu Quoc Island is clean and comfortable, with few people and quiet. The hotel's restaurant is so beautiful, with French architecture and French interiors, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It can't be praised enough. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The main color is yellow, the decoration is purple, the French balcony, the bed curtains around the bed, and the wooden shutters. I really like it so much😘!
Super recommended! Phu Quoc Island is also a relaxing, comfortable and cost-effective travel destination!

Great
EEvgeniya_MalFirst the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic.
The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok
DDeanWe were pleased with the airport transfer. However the check-in only took place at 3pm and they refused to give us late check out. The breakfast restaurant was too full. Didn't have enough tables for all the guests and it was chaos. The pool is nice but also not enough space for all guests to sit and relax.
Key cards also don't work well and the elevators take a long time.
Good location but the restaurant downstairs gave my friend food poisoning
GGuest UserDuring our recent 2 nights stay at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, we booked both a 4-bedroom Garden View Villa and a Twin Balcony Ocean View room.
The villa itself was impressively spacious and boasted a lovely ambience, although we did notice signs of its age. In particular, the curtain in the upstairs bedroom had come loose, and the balcony gate could not be opened. That said, we still found the accommodation generally comfortable and enjoyable.
We were quite impressed by the buffet breakfast, as it offered an abundance of dishes and the food quality was excellent. However, the receptionist at the restaurant appeared inadequately trained. On one morning, instead of checking whether any tables were available on the first floor, she directed us upstairs to the second floor. When we insisted on remaining on the first floor, we were obliged to wait for roughly 10 minutes despite the presence of numerous empty tables. This lapse in organisation was disappointing and suggested that the restaurant’s management could benefit from additional oversight or coaching.
On our final day, we requested a one-hour late check-out, and the receptionist (lady) was both gracious and efficient in accommodating this request. Regrettably, we encountered a problem when our room key stopped working at 12:45pm. Upon returning to reception to resolve the issue, another staff member — identified as a guy “Thuan” who addressed us in a noticeably impolite manner. His abrupt comments relating to the number of key cards provided were unexpected and created an unnecessarily tense situation. Such conduct seemed incongruous with the typically high standards one would expect at a five-star resort. Additionally, we attempted to ring the “Guest Service” line to request a buggy from our villa, only to find that no one answered. This was a minor inconvenience, though it did add to the sense that some elements of the hotel’s service could be improved.
Nevertheless, in general, the Sheraton made a favourable impression, and the facilities remained otherwise pleasant. With a focus on further training for the staff — particularly those at the restaurant and the front desk. It has the potential to provide a consistently excellent hospitality experience.
GGuest User”Our stay at Sailing Club Phu Quoc was absolutely fantastic! The resort had a perfect mix of luxury and relaxation, with stunning views and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our family trip even more memorable. The food was delicious, and the ambiance of the entire property was serene and inviting. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Phu Quoc!”
CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower
GGuest Userloved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.

Very Good
JJune Yoon YiEvery hotel has its advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes its disadvantages are its advantages, and sometimes its disadvantages are its disadvantages. Frequent visitors to this quiet hotel may be those who want to spend their quiet time together in a more relaxed and healthy space. In fact, the guests here are mostly couples, and it doesn't seem like there are many family travelers with children. Young or old couples without children seem to be the main customers, which for these couples looks like a more complete hotel. In contrast, the hotel near the amusement park in Phu Quoc has many family tourists with children. The hotel may actually be a boring place for children. However, it may be a great place for those who want to spend time quietly listening to the sounds of bugs in the woods, or for those who travel alone to enjoy loneliness and new friends. It is far from downtown, from amusement parks and from bus stops. But that's why there may be people who visit the resort. Rather than showing off its splendor, the resort has a solitary elegance.

Good
GGuest UserThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
