I came here for a beauty industry training conference and decided to stay at this hotel for a couple of days to explore Guangzhou. The hotel's conference room is quite spacious with no pillars, which is great. The front desk staff found out I was here for a conference and even gave me a complimentary welcome fruit, which was a nice surprise. The check-in service at the front desk was excellent, and the housekeeping staff would always greet me when they saw me. Although the lobby often sees merchants carrying goods, it always remains orderly and clean. The staff promptly assist in directing traffic to prevent overcrowding. The in-room facilities, though not luxurious, are practical and thoughtful: the hot water supply is stable and plentiful, washing away the day's fatigue; the air conditioning cools effectively, quickly adjusting to a comfortable temperature; the bed is soft and tidy, with crisp and dry sheets, ensuring I could sleep soundly every night. The hygiene was impeccable. From the lobby and corridors to the guest rooms, every area was spotless. I saw staff cleaning and drying carpets in the hallways; room corners and bed frames were clean and free of any insects; phone buttons and tabletops were dust-free. This attention to cleanliness in the details made me feel completely at ease, with no worries about hygiene whatsoever. What touched me the most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. The front desk receptionists were always smiling, patient, and thorough during check-in, proactively offering practical information about dining and transportation nearby. Other staff members were equally warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any issues and resolving them properly. All the staff were very friendly, patiently communicating and actively coordinating with guests who had different needs. During this stay, the Vienna Hotel, with its convenient location, thoughtful facilities, clean environment, and warm service, added much convenience and comfort to my business trip. It wasn't just a temporary resting place; it made me feel the unique care and warmth of a hotel in a commercial district. If I travel to Guangzhou for business again, this will definitely be my first choice, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone on a business trip!

Stayed here for 3 nights for Canton Fair. The hotel front desk is only until 12 midnight, they were kind enough to ask for my ETA and provide the door code for my room for self check-in as I was arriving at 3am. The bed is big and the room is spacious for 1 person, might be a bit crowded for 2 as there is not much space to open yout luggages. Newly built and very clean, housekeeping also did a very great job cleaning everyday. The location is great as it’s right in front of the bus station and a few min away from the nearest subway. It was also very near the exhibition center, around 15 min by Didi. The only downside is there’s no table and chair for working on my laptop, they only have a sofa and a small tea table. Would stay here again during my nexy trip.

The Reception staff & housekeeping staff are very friendly, helpful & attentive. There’s Luckin Coffee & Family Mart just downstairs. There’s a mall beside where you can get Starbucks, KFC, and Domino's pizza. It’s around a 10-minute stroll to the Beijing Road. If you have big luggage, consider taking the Didi from the railway station. Don't try the metro cos it's always crowded with people & they won't give way to you even when you have luggage with you. The breakfast was simple, generally there noodles soup, some dim sums, stir fry veggies, steamed corn & sweet potatoes. I only had breakfast 3-4 times for my 7 nights stay. There are only 2 washers & 2 dryers. 1 set for women & 1 set for men so there’s always a queue at night. If you require a late-night supper, there are food carts right in front of the hotel, probably they will probably be there around 1.30am. Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel.
