Nuo Hotel Beijing

I chose Nuo Hotel for my birthday this year, and I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk wished me a happy birthday during check-in. They upgraded me to an executive floor, which was beautifully decorated with a great ambiance, and the view from the window was also lovely. I drove here this time, and at checkout, I wasn't proactively informed about parking fee waivers or anything similar. So, I had to go down to the garage and then come back to the front desk to inquire.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Just look at the new Chinese classical interior design and all the brand-new facilities – it's truly worth over 1000 yuan. It's located near the East 3rd Ring Road, so everyone should come check it out!

This isn't my first time staying at NUO during my business trips to Beijing, and I keep coming back for a few reasons. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, which is a huge plus. The location is also super convenient. I really like the new blue room key card holder they have now. This time, I also tried out the iSpa downstairs, which is a fantastic amenity for business travelers like myself!

This time it was incredibly crowded, this hotel is busy all year round with lots of events and weddings. The service this time was pretty standard, especially since I've been staying here for five years now.

I've stayed at NUO at least twenty times over the years, and I've always been satisfied. Last night, I checked in around 11 PM. The TV was incredibly slow, and even after multiple reboots, it either showed a black screen or had no sound, making it impossible to watch. I requested a room change, but it took six or seven calls to the front desk before someone finally answered. They said they'd send a technician to check it out. After about ten minutes of them trying to fix it without success, we ended up having to switch rooms. For a hotel that costs over a thousand a night, shouldn't the facilities be regularly inspected? And shouldn't the response time and solutions vary depending on the time of day?

The rooms are great, and the lobby is bright and beautiful. The service is also very warm and welcoming. The location is very central, with lots of delicious food nearby. Parking is convenient, the only downside is that it's not free and quite expensive.

Facilities: Well-equipped! Cleanliness: Good! Ambiance: Nice, convenient for getting around! Service: Attentive and patient! Overall, it's pretty good. The main thing is that it's very close to the airport, which makes getting around super convenient!

Some odd design choices and a lack of attention to detail made simple things a bit complicated.

Extremely dissatisfied this time. Nuo Hotel, as a state-owned enterprise, truly takes advantage of its size! The front desk staff were completely unprofessional and had an awful attitude. It was a very disappointing stay. I've been staying here for five years, and each time it gets worse.
