I bought a Polar Bear plush toy in Iceland for my little girl at home—a toy she wanted badly. It was misplaced by Housekeeping, whether accidentally or for whatever other reasons one might imagine.
When I returned to the hotel and reported the issue, the front desk asked me to email them. However, there was a clear lack of urgency; the email was not even read until the next morning when I followed up again. I anticipated that locating the email might be challenging since the booking was under my wife's name, which is why I repeatedly provided my room number each time I raised the matter.
Unfortunately, no one with the authority to make decisions ever attended to me or offered any proper options. This entire experience shows a significant discrepancy between the hotel’s brand reputation and the level of care actually demonstrated in handling guest concerns.FromSGD 125

The hotel is next to a supermarket that opens until 12am daily, which is very convenient. There are also many varieties of cuisine nearby and just opposite the hotel.
It’s only a 5–7 minute walk to the main HBF, making it very convenient if you’re travelling by train. The hotel also has a gym, which makes it stand out. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, assisted me on getting an airport transfer as well.
A tip: choose a lower-floor room. This is my second stay here, and I noticed the internet signal is stronger on the lower floors.FromSGD 97

Not the greatest hotel in terms of reachability to be honest. Wanted to book something for my mother close to Frankfurt Airport, but still affordable. Should have rather gone for the closer 5* like Steigenberger or so to be honest. Here is why/
Hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle bus (as opposed to other properties close to the airport), taxi drivers not very happy to take short distances and trying to rip you off if you don’t know the area. It’s only 650m so I understand taxi drivers are not enthusiastic about this and that is exactly the problem.

This is a truly fantastic hotel. The location is very central, close to attractions like Römerberg square and the train station. It's also conveniently located by the Rhine River, a pleasant ten-minute walk away.
The service at the hotel was unexpectedly good. Both the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived in Frankfurt early that morning, and they allowed us to check in at 8 AM, which was wonderful. Even better, they let us check out as late as 2 PM the next day – truly exceptional flexibility and customer care!
The room had been recently renovated, was very bright, and spacious enough. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design of the closet, which included a full-length mirror, an ironing board, and an iron. This is perfect for business travelers. This hotel is in a great location if you are either arriving in late to Frankfurt or leaving early (we were both) because it is right next to central station but be warned, the area around the hotel is a bit edgy - lots of homeless people. It is lit well though and here is a solid police presence so we felt safe enough, but take care at night especially. The hotel inside is gorgeous - so new. Our room was very big and all felt very new. Bed was super comfortable. This was the best value hotel we stayed in Europe. It is near the metro station. Hotel is quite new. If you take metro, then it is convenient. And they replied email so fast.
However, there are a lot of drug abuser gathered outside the hotel. Watch out your wallet. They always came and asked for the money or cigarettes.
And the hotel is green eco hotel. I have lived for two nights. They did not make up the bed , change the towels , rubbish bin, tea bags and water unless you request. I did not know it and no one told me when I checked in. Until I came back to the room, I called the receptionist. They just sent me the new towels and water. Good location near Frankfurt Hbf. There was some renovation going on in the building, so it might be better to book if you plan to be out most of the day or for weekend stays, as it can get noisy. I stayed one night from Sunday to Monday, so it was not much of an issue.
I loved the five complimentary drinks in the fridge, and the room was clean, though the blanket was arranged a bit oddly when I arrived. The shower curtain could be improved, as water splashes outside easily.

We stayed one night at the niu Charly in Frankfurt, just across from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel itself was excellent — modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with a full selection and great views. The location was super convenient, as we dropped off our rental car at the station and walked straight to the hotel.
The only thing to be aware of is the area around the station. It’s very busy, with a lot of street activity and groups of people around, especially in the evening. We felt safe inside the hotel, but less so walking outside at night. During the day it was easier, and the hotel staff and facilities were fantastic.
