Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective.

Location: As a frequent traveler between Pattaya and Bangkok, this was my 5th stay at this hotel. It's located in North Pattaya, close to the Sanctuary of Truth, about 3 kilometers from Pattaya's bustling Terminal 21. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, this spot is perfect; it's much quieter than the Walking Street area and truly lets you enjoy the tranquility and beauty of a seaside escape. Hotel Amenities: The hotel boasts a private beach with a designated safe swimming area, and you can also try paddleboarding. There's also an on-site restaurant offering 180-degree sea views, which is fantastic for photos. My family and I spent our entire stay here, swimming, getting massages, manicures, dining, enjoying coffee, and paddleboarding – everything we needed in one place. If we wanted some excitement, we'd take the complimentary shuttle bus to the Terminal 21 area for some shopping and then return to the hotel by bus. Surroundings: Right outside the hotel, there's a TOPS supermarket. A short walk a few hundred meters to the left leads to a fruit market where you can find all sorts of seasonal Thai fruits, plus a small night market popular with Westerners for dinner. The Sanctuary of Truth is about a 30-minute walk away, and the hotel is also close to Pattaya's largest seafood market, where you can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked on the spot. The hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained and very clean. I believe this contributes to its excellent value for money. For the same price of 1600 THB, you wouldn't even get a stay in other 5-star hotels in Pattaya. Here, you can get an executive suite – 132 square meters for a family of four – which is an incredible deal!

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

We were so happy to stay here! Unlike Pattaya, this hotel felt like a peaceful tropical paradise. The hotel is quite old, but the staff made everything so nice that we didn’t even focus on the small things. The reception and cleaning teams did a great job — they really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was superb, the swimming pool was excellent, and the tour desk lady was very helpful with fair prices as well. We truly wish we could have stayed longer.

I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

I was visiting the city for a business meeting and stayed at this hotel for one day. The property itself is good and offers nice facilities, including a good pool and gym . However, they have a strange policy of charging 500 THB for every visitor to your room. My UK colleague and I were very upset about this, as we had planned to invite our clients to the hotel for a presentation. At the last moment, we had to cancel due to this policy. We also observed behavior from some of the Thai staff that appeared discriminatory toward many Indian and china guests. We witnessed very poor treatment to india family staying near us. It’s important to understand that hospitality should be about treating people with respect, regardless of nationality or race. The staff’s attitude and behavior definitely need improvement. This is surprising, as Thailand is generally known for its excellent hospitality. The owner should address this issue seriously. Overall, while the property and facilities are good, the service experience was disappointing.

The location is pretty good. While not on the main line, it's on a songthaew branch route, so getting around is quite convenient. It's a shame they didn't have a king-sized bed; the front desk gave us two twin beds, which weren't very comfortable as they were too small. Well, this is Holiday Inn Express Pattaya, can't really compare it to the ones back home. During Chinese New Year, the price wasn't cheap, but the breakfast was excellent. It's a bit of a walk to Beach Road, but the street right outside is actually very lively with plenty of shops and affordable massages. Gaode Maps (Amap) works perfectly in Thailand for both navigation and ride-hhailing, which is very handy.

All is good. Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice bar... Rooms are a bit dated and room service isn't great. They have so many restaurants in the hotel that they should add it to the menu. Also if you like cappuccino or latte for breakfast they only provide black drip coffee. And finally on the minus side they are not very flexible and follow the rules no matter the reason...

Just wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing. For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

Convenient location right in the center of Pattaya, close to the beach, night markets and the party road. The hotel is big with lots of entertainment, music everywhere so it feels like a party. They also had a Lion dance performance for the CNY. I didn’t really like the breakfast, there was lots of everything but really not so many things to eat: cheapy burger cheese slices, several kinds of tasteless ham, limited choice of Indian and Thai food that also didn’t have much flavour. At least they had a coffee machine. Another thing that I didn’t like is that kids under 3 years old can’t go to the kids club. I was really mad about it when my 2 year old daughter entered the room and started to play with toys, they asked us to leave. I would understand if infants couldn’t stay without an adult, but I was with her and the toys in the kids club are suitable for her age. In the end they let us play there for awhile because my girl didn’t want to leave but the impression was not nice. When I book a hotel , I check if there is a kids club so my little one can have some fun too. In general I liked the hotel and its atmosphere. I would definitely go back if I’m in Pattaya

I think this hotel offers great value for money. 1. I checked in on a weekend, and there were many locals with kids, so I had to wait a short while, but it wasn't too long. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave me a room as far from the road as possible, as I requested. It was definitely one of the quietest spots in the whole hotel. 2. The room was small but well-appointed; it had everything except a washing machine. 3. The shower water pressure was good. 4. The bathroom wasn't large but was quite clean. 5. The bed was quite big, probably two 1.1m beds pushed together. Lying in bed by the window at night with the lights off, watching the night view and listening to music was very therapeutic. 6. This time I got a room on the shaded side. Next time I'll try one on the sunny side, but the sunny side might not be as quiet or cool as the shaded side. 7. The cleaning boy was very polite. 8. The water play area downstairs isn't very big, especially after coming from Centara... However, the 299 package by the pool was great – the fried chicken, fries, and iced drinks were all good and offered excellent value. 9. The hotel is inexpensive, highly recommended if you're not planning to spend all your time at the hotel.

Right by the sea, on Pattaya Beach, the environment and views are absolutely stunning. I stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony. The breakfast was also excellent, with Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean options. The infinity pool offers a great view of the iconic Pattaya City landmark. Downstairs, there's direct access to Central Festival shopping mall, which even has a Starbucks. The area around the hotel is full of bars and street food, and there are quite a few Westerners. There are so many beautiful photo opportunities! Behind the hotel, you can easily catch a songthaew for just 10 baht per person to Terminal 21, passing by Walking Street, Chinatown, and the Tiffany's Show along the way. You can grab some food and drinks on the 16th/34th floor of the hotel and comfortably spend the whole day there.

This hotel has a high Indian occupancy. It's located between Second Road and First Road. There are two buildings for check-in, depending on which room you booked. From First Road, you can access the beach. The older building is closer to First Road, and the newer one is closer to Second Road. I recommend booking a room in the new building. There are songthaews (shared taxis) on Second Road, and a 7-Eleven right across from the Second Road exit. It's a reasonable distance to the two big shopping malls. They took a 1000 baht deposit for the room. Our room faced Soi 6, so it wasn't noisy. Overall, it's pretty decent.
