The Langham Shanghai Xintiandi

Had a great stay here. The location is convenient. Davina, Jessie, and Roy provided excellent and warm service. The room was clean and spacious.

The customer service ambassador Jessie was great! She was very thoughtful and helped us with a late check-out. She also upgraded our room for free when we checked in. Yolanda and Frank were also excellent. It was a wonderful stay and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is very attentive. It was Labor Day, so rooms were in high demand. Sicily at the front desk went out of her way to reserve a room for me, which allowed me to plan my trip freely without worrying about having nowhere to stay. Thumbs up!

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Shanghai Xintiandi. The service is also great, and the Tang Court restaurant on the fifth floor is definitely worth trying.

The building must be over twenty years old and is quite dated. Its main advantage is definitely its prime location in Xintiandi! All the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Xintiandi, and you can even see the lake! It's incredibly convenient to eat, stroll, and grab coffee downstairs. However, the decor is really old-fashioned. The coffee in the lobby was terrible, and there wasn't even any latte art, which is completely unbefitting of a five-star standard.

The Langham Xintiandi was a perfect experience! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the ambiance is luxuriously chic. The room was clean and quiet. Yolanda, the customer service ambassador, was enthusiastic and professional. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely be back!

I originally booked a king-sized room, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a presidential suite. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in Xintiandi, and the suite offered incredible views. The room's amenities were also outstanding. The outdoor hot tub in the suite had an absolutely breathtaking view. The hotel's breakfast and pool facilities were also excellent. A perfect experience all around!

Even though the hotel isn't brand new, all the facilities are really well-maintained. The excellent cleanliness, in particular, makes it feel much newer. The breakfast in the executive lounge was also great.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated in the city center. Nancy's service has always been meticulous, which is why I consistently choose to stay here. I hope Langham continues to improve.
