This five-star hotel truly delivers on luxury, making for an exceptional experience. The location deserves special praise – it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. With Metro Line 1 and Line 5 just a short walk away, getting around is completely effortless. Step out of the hotel and turn left, and you'll find Longfor Tianjie Mall within 50 meters, boasting so many shopping and dining options that you'll be spoiled for choice. All your retail therapy and culinary cravings will be easily satisfied. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. It was incredibly spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. The floor-to-ceiling window, in particular, offered an amazing view – it was incredibly comfortable just lying there and taking in the scenery. The amenities were comprehensive, and the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable. I slept so soundly, straight through till morning, feeling completely refreshed. Breakfast is also worth mentioning. With a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, there was so much to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and genuinely considerate of guests' needs. Their service was incredibly thoughtful, and they definitely deserve a big thumbs up! I had such a wonderful stay these past few days. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The location is super convenient, and the hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff proactively arranged connecting rooms for us, which was great for staying with family. It was my birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even gave me a commemorative teddy bear! The housekeeping auntie was also incredibly warm and helpful. Laundry facilities were very convenient too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

My stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing was quite disappointing. First off, there was a significant issue with room cleanliness. Upon checking in, I noticed the windows were extremely dirty with visible dust and stains, which really detracted from the view and overall experience. On top of that, there was a distinct, unpleasant odor in the room, like stale, unventilated air, which made me very uncomfortable. After discovering these problems, we immediately reported them to the front desk, hoping for a resolution. However, the staff simply said they would "pass on the feedback" but then nothing happened. When we inquired again the next day, we were told there was no record of our feedback. This scenario repeated two or three times throughout our stay; each time we were promised follow-up, but there was never any actual action taken or proactive communication from the staff. Even more frustrating, after our issues remained unresolved, the hotel staff kept pressing us for a good review upon checkout. We eventually left after explaining that our experience was mediocre and we weren't comfortable leaving a positive review. For a hotel located in the prime Wangfujing area, and with its price point, neither the room hygiene, environmental upkeep, nor customer service met expected standards. Dirty windows, a smelly room, ignored complaints, and dismissive service – the entire stay was quite poor. I hope the hotel genuinely starts to value guest feedback rather than just focusing on the number of positive reviews. For travelers who prioritize accommodation environment and service quality, I personally would not recommend this hotel.
