"Everyone, please avoid this place at all costs!!! This isn't even a hotel; it's more like a large guesthouse. The annex (which is just a few rooms on the 4th floor of an apartment building) has no front desk, and the so-called main building's front desk isn't 24-hour. I found a mysterious red stain on a towel, so hygiene is clearly not a priority! The walls between rooms are paper-thin; I could hear locals drinking, being noisy, and even banging on the wall until the early hours of the morning! Since there's no 24-hour front desk, there was no staff to address the issue. Even more bizarre, each room has a ceiling-mounted air conditioner with only one remote control. You'd hear a beep when pressing the remote, but it wouldn't actually control anything! The moment you insert the key card, the AC's cold air would just blast continuously!!! The absolute weirdest part is that after discovering all these issues on the first night, I reported them to the owner, who acknowledged them. Through Trip.com customer service, I communicated my decision not to stay the second night and requested a refund for it (it was cold and rainy in Busan that day, so I couldn't bear the uncontrollable AC). And guess what the owner said? Trip.com reported that the owner initially refused outright. Then, when their 'leader' came in at 10 AM, they agreed to refund only 30%! Trip.com's customer service found the owner unreasonable and spent another hour negotiating, finally getting them to agree to refund 70% for the second day!!! The Trip.com agent called me, apologizing profusely, saying they'd never encountered such an unreasonable owner! I told them even with that, I wouldn't stay. I couldn't let my kids and I sleep in a room with an unregulatable cold AC! Plus, there's a KTV or bar upstairs next to this place, which is incredibly noisy! Please, everyone, do NOT choose such an unscrupulous business!"

"While I didn't use many of the hotel's facilities beyond the room, I can say the location was excellent. It was relatively close to the station and just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, where we even enjoyed a drone show at night. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble finding places to eat dinner outside. With convenience stores and cafes in the bustling area, getting around by bus or train was also very easy. Upon entering the hotel, there was a distinctive, somewhat Asian-inspired incense scent. It might not be for everyone, but I personally found it calming and pleasant. Our room was very clean and, while average in size, perfectly sufficient for two people. The raised platform where the bed was located, allowing for free movement around it, was a fun and playful touch that I enjoyed. The room also had a stylish audio system for playing LP records, which was great for relaxing and unwinding. I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were consistently kind and attentive, and we had no issues during our stay. They were always smiling when we asked questions or sought advice, which was reassuring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values a great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent staff service."

"Great hotel facing the bay but not direct view to the diamond bridge..in fact we can enjoy drone show and thats why i booked here and its the peak season in Busan, all hotel price was fly high. Sadly we didnt enjoy the drone show due to the show delay on 12/6 in other venue. We hope we have more time spending in Gwangan. Definately will choose Gwangan stay next time if back to Busan again. Easy to find the hotel, with lift and front counter (there is few staircase step before reach lift). clean and everything is so perfect. Evian water, kiels shampoo, bath gel smell so good, coffee machine, dyson hair dryer. Breakfast is superb even though no restaurant in the hotel, with drinks and fruit (advice hotel to put a bit far from the door, hard to open the door bcos the breakfast package put too close) . We allow to get breakfast early as the ktx schedule was 8.30am. We allow to put luggage at the lobby before check-in time. There is a Spa pool very big with great view. Toilet and bathroom is separate, but is a see thru bathroom from spa pool and toilet. If u stay with friend who dont mind then ok, we didnt get twin bed but our room is kingsize spacious enough. With multiple/international socket point, TV, hanger, safebox. The room finishing with good quality doesnt smell weird. We have a nice sleep and we don't heard any voice from outside."

The room was a bit compact and felt slightly dated, but it was clean and well maintained. The view was nice, and water pressure was good. Soundproofing could be improved, as some noise was noticeable. Staff were friendly."
