The staff at the front desk weren’t particularly friendly, but they provided clear guidance and offered excellent advice to resolve our issue during check-in. Toilet and shower is 2 separate rooms which was good. Very spacious room- overall we had a pleasant stay. Location was conveniently around 5-8 mins distance from Busan station. convenience stores and mini mart nearby too.

Location - near to Busan station (10 minutes taxi ride or 20 minutes bus ride + a little walking). It's also near to Gamcheon Culture Village (30 minutes bus ride). Lotte Department Store is walking distance of 10 minutes or a bus ride of 5 minutes. Evening time, you can see stalls laid up selling cooked seafood - many locals will eat and drink there (we didn't try as we were too full). Just next to the hotel, there's a Emart convenience shop but if you walk about 50m down the street, there is S25 convenient shop which I find the things are much cheaper. If you wish to grab a coffee, there is a ”Blue Shak” cozy cafe within 50m. This area is less touristy. Service - The receptionists can speak English but I felt they could be more friendlier. We unforeseen our small sized luggage to be spoilt and requested to be thrown away at check out but was told that they do not have a disposal bin. I understand South Korea has a strict disposal system but given such a big property, they could at least help because we travellers can't just dispose things anywhere. The receptionist reluctantly helped after I insisted. The Housekeeping was excellent, clean room throughout stay. Room - Good size. I booked a triple room (Ondol - floor bedding) but was given 3 real beds instead. I did not pursue further as I checked in late (11pm+) and it was 2 nights. The bed was too soft for me. View of the room was partial ocean and port. Overall, a good stay but I will not return to this hotel. I am a hotelier but I do not expect sky high services because service line can be hard at times. The receptionists at both check in and check out didn't gave me a warm feeling - didn't felt as welcome like a traveller.

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

if you are staying in busan this is perhaps on the best hotels to stay in because of its accessibility, space and location. the subway is connected to the hotel so you cna just take a train going to and from the airport. it has complete facilities and ammenities and i love that there is a washing machine in the suite! its also affordable too! lots of cafe and resto nearby, we recommend the venti coffee and egg bomb resto near the hotel. the beach is like a 10 minute walk which i dont mind. definitely great value for money.

I would not recommend Ananti at Busan Cove to anyone. It should be a place to relax for families. However, they have an abundance of (confusing) rules and a military style of ”service” from their staff. I've traveled all across the world (+60 countries). Living & working on 3 continents - and this was the strangest place I've ever stayed. A resort where the guest is always wrong. Strange hours, strange rules, strange service. And don't count on using the pool on the day of your check-out - as it's not allowed. If you want to carry around the full page of rules with you, be limited to small selection of restaurants which fill up and close early, then this might be the place for you. On the plus side, the sea is beautiful (although no accessible beach) - so you are stuck with the pool which is evacuated every 50 minutes.

조식.석식. 포함으로 묵고 왔습니다. 장점. 바다뷰 이쁜건물외관(이번에 금상탔다함 ♡) 친절한 프론트데스크 단점. 1.룸 크기가 많이 작음.(사진과는 차이가.. 어디든 그렇지만) 2.자쿠지 청결도가 아쉬움 (주변에 청소건도 보이지않고 외부에 노출되어있어 탕을 한번 씻고 들어가려는데 방법이없음) 3.블라인드는 전동으로 설치했으면 더 좋았을것임.한두개도 아니고 4~5개를 수동으로 쓰는건 별로였음. 4.어메니티 수준이 낮음 (칫솔.치약.바디 등 이건 싸구려 모텔수준의..) 5.샤워기불량. 수전흔들림등 작은것들 에서 부족함이 보임. (예를들면 아로마오일 놓는곳 캔들이 불량이라 사용불가 라든지, 하이볼재료중 레몬에 곰팡이가 있딘던지 등) 6.석식 1부에 음식은 모두 훌륭했으나 나오는 순서가 틀렸음 텐푸라는 1부 마지막에 별도로 나오던지 해야할텐데 순서대로 음식을 먹으면 이미 튀김은 식어버림. 결국 식어서 남기고옴. 2부 스테이크, 환기문제를 해결해야할듯. 모든 객실 고객이 비슷한 시간대에 동시에 고기를 구우니 연기가... 그리고 1부,2부 라고 직원이 안내해주시니 다들 3부는 뭐냐고 물음. 저또한 그랬음. 용어의 변경이 필요할거같음. 7.가운사이즈.. M이랑 L사이즈 밖에없음. XL도 필요하고, XXL도 필요함. 고객의 체격의 다양성을 존중해주세요ㅜㅜ. 비밀. 프론트에서 자쿠지 온수나오는 시간 1,2,3부 안내해주는데 걍 전시간 다나옴. 왜 그러는지는 모르겠음. 암튼. 그래요 사진은 숙소 앞 편의점 여기가 젤 가까움.

I made a reservation for 9 people for a workshop and was surprised at how clean it was. It was much wider and better than the picture. I was able to rest comfortably for 2 days and 1 night thanks to the thorough care and consideration given to me so that I could get a good education. Book the next workshop in advance!!😄

The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. Location is okay if you’re looking to be right next to the beach, but Busan is quite spread out so you’re still a bit far from big attractions like Yonggeung Temple or Gamcheon Culture Village. HOWEVER, I would never stay here again simply because of the elevator. I think that there are too many people and too few elevators, so you have to wait easily 10 minutes to get anywhere. During checkout, you’d have to wait half an hour or even more. Everyone is frustrated and impatient, but the building is so tall that many guests can’t even consider climbing stairs to get to or from their rooms. Especially since many people visit Busan for only a few days, it actually really feels like you’re losing time simply waiting for an elevator. Surely this is a safety violation? I never thought I could care about an elevator so much, and I know it sounds silly and spoiled at first, but it really was a massive inconvenience and you could tell everyone was upset by it 😂

Reception staff were super kind and helpful. Was able to help us with weighing our bags and arranging taxis. Excellent room cleaning each day 👌 with complimentary bottled water. Solid wifi too and sound proofed well, didn’t hear anyone else the whole 5 days I stayed. Location wise, a bus stop is right outside and short walk to subway, making Gamcheon village, Jalgachi market, Busan tower, Nampo, all super accessible. Airport only 30 minutes away via taxi for around 20,000 won. Cafe and convenience store on the first floor and amazing bbq chicken and beer on 2nd. Also some good cafes and restaurants walking distance near by. Would I stay here again? Yes if wanting to stay in the area. If I want to focus on Haeundae more I would perhaps choose somewhere closer to there. I think for first time visit, you can go wrong!

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.
