Great
EExpatI really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGuest UserRight from the start, all the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They explained everything from room details to breakfast hours and menu, and even local attractions, all with a warm smile. As expected, the room was spotless, and the view was great. You can smoke on the terrace, and there's plenty of space to enjoy takeout food as well. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and if I had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. I would absolutely love to come back!

EEireen13The hotel seems to be newly opened recently, with excellent facilities and a beautiful view. The room type is very spacious and wide, and the staff are good. The hotel's location is great; you can walk to the beach, and it's also very convenient for driving.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

Ggod KImThe accommodation itself was very clean and nice. The only problem is that the location is a bit ambiguous. If the weather is cool, it's good for walking, but in the middle of summer, you'll probably sweat quickly. It's perfect for those with cars :) Please note that there are no convenience stores nearby. The hair dryer stops frequently, but you can request a replacement ^^

GGuest UserI would like to give a special thanks to Chanki Lee . He offered his hospitality by explaining to us with patience on how to use the washing machine . He also helped me to find places of interest to visit and explained in details to us on how to get there . We are really thankful to him . His service and support deserve to be commended .😊 I also would like to give my special thanks to Song Huijin .. as my sis lost her passport , we were not able to contact Singapore embassy with our phone . She offered her help by lending us her phone to call and at the same time helping us to book the train tickets to and fro from Busan to Seoul to collect the DOI . All these would not be able to carry out so smooth without her assistance. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️ to Chanki Lee and Song Huijin 😊 Both of you all deserve commended . May God bless them richly for their kindness acts 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

SShang7749Overall review: Worth staying. Space: The double bed was a bit small, not a standard double. The room itself wasn't large, but generally adequate. The bathroom was a bit cramped; at 185cm tall, my knees almost touched the wall when using the toilet, practically facing it. Amenities: Can't complain. Though small, it had everything you need. The AC and mini-fridge worked great, and there was a hairdryer and slippers, which was excellent. Location: Situated between Nampo and Jagalchi stations, it's generally a 10-minute walk to either subway station. The seafood market is right outside, and a night market street is next door, making dining super convenient. Lotte Department Store is a 10-minute walk away, with a shopping street across from it. The downside is that it's quite far from Haeundae, over an hour's journey. Main attractions near the hotel include Gamcheon Culture Village, Songdo Cable Car, Busan Tower, and Huinnyeoul Culture Village. Major attractions covered by the Busan Pass, such as Lotte World Adventure, luge, yacht tours, and the Haeundae Blueline Park coastal train, are all over an hour away. OLIVE YOUNG Exclusive Benefit Coupon: Very good, saved a lot of money.

GGuest UserFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes. Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

GGuest UserThe good - clean room - very comfortable bed and bedding - great sound proofing within the hotel - great if you’re going out all day The bad - I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day. - a semi wet bathroom - facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor) - toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking) - other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan. - I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything. - this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.

GGuest UserOverall, my room was clean and tidy. There is air conditioning in the room, but I didn’t use it. The windows can be opened, but keep in mind the hotel is located on a busy street in the city center that is lively, especially at night. My only concerns were with breakfast. The breakfast is described as Western style, but actually consists of sweet cereal, milk, toast bread, and jam. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00, but by 9:00, some guests had trouble finding enough food—in our case, there was no bread left and no staff were present to ask for assistance. I recommend this hotel as cheap accommodation, but the breakfast service could definitely be improved.
