Booking this apartment hotel was the best decision of our Busan trip. This new apartment hotel, opened in 2026, is definitely worth a try! **Location:** It's right in the heart of Haeundae Walking Street. The building is brand new and can be considered one of the landmarks. It's a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Walking Street is right downstairs. **Room:** We chose the two-bedroom ocean view suite this time, and there's only one per floor. The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for family travel. The toiletries in the bathrooms are very high-end. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be brought by guests. The washing machine, kitchen, and microwave are not available for use, and no knives, forks, bowls, or chopsticks are provided; these are only for long-term stays. **Facilities:** This time, I only visited the hotel reception on the third floor, and the lobby is very spacious. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and a popular cafe and bakery. **Cons:** As a new hotel, there's still a noticeable new-hotel smell, so those sensitive to smells should consider this. **Service:** As an apartment hotel, daily cleaning is not provided. If cleaning is required, advance notice is needed. **In summary,** if your budget allows, definitely go for an ocean-view room. Even if you're on a tighter budget, this place is still highly recommended.

We stayed at this brand new serviced apartment with 2 adults and 2 children. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, and a living room. The large wrap-around balcony offered amazing sunset views. If you're sensitive to light, bring your own eye mask, or the front desk can provide one. One of the guest rooms only has sheer curtains, not blackout ones. The hotel is quite new, so if you're taking a taxi and can't read Korean, you can just search for "Obanjang Samgyeopsal" in Haeundae, Busan. The hotel building is right next to it. It's located just 30 meters after turning left at the second intersection on the main road of Haeundae Beach. It's a very convenient 3-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are great, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Having two bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas is perfect for families or groups of friends. We stayed in a suite, but one of the rooms didn't have curtains, so it was too bright in the morning. I suggest the hotel installs some.

The hotel boasts an excellent location; there's a convenience store right downstairs, and it's within walking distance of Haeundae Main Street and Haeundae Beach 🏖️. The hotel is situated in a new apartment building, with the front desk on the 3rd floor. You need a room card to access the upper floors, so safety on those floors is not a concern. We booked a room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, making it great for families. If you're staying for multiple nights, housekeeping will clean your room if you call them before 3 PM. The only drawback is that the room has glass walls all around, with sheer curtains. This means it's quite bright at night due to surrounding lights, and also during the day from the sun, so an eye mask is needed for sleeping.

This guesthouse is quite new, you can tell it just opened this year. However, the Busan sea isn't particularly scenic, it's quite murky. The room has a washing machine, which is excellent, and the location is also convenient. It's more like a boutique apartment. The shower head is quite small. 8/10.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, and the room was larger than average and very clean. However, during one day of our stay, the cleaning staff didn't close our door completely, which meant we couldn't open it when we returned to the hotel that evening. This also raised concerns about the security of our room. Although the maintenance worker later explained everything in detail and nothing was lost, I believe the hotel could improve its training in this area.
