Worst stay of my entire Korea travels by far. They do not provide what they claim to offer, nor do they care about customer service. The staff are all young, disinterested, and couldn't care less about their guests. Korean beds are not exactly comfortable but these are made utterly horrendous but the fact that you can feel the spring coils poking you through the mattress. It is like trying to sleep on a jagged rock. The room is tiny, we could barely cram our luggage in there, let alone open it. While they are located near Nampo metro station, unless you have business in Nampo it isn't the most ideal area to stay in. You are far from most attractions and will be spending a lot of time on transit. Being near the fish market also means the entire neighbourhood reeks of fish. Having lived in Korea, I knew this about the area but was willing to compromise location because of what they said they offered in facilities. My biggest issue is the fact that they state that they have a kitchen, and they do in fact have a kitchen but guests are not allowed to use it!! Why advertise a kitchen under facilities if it is irrelevant to the customer because they can't cook in it? Would you list that you have a pool and then tell guests it is just there to look at? And there are no signs in the kitchen stating you can't use it, there are signs saying ”Shared space. Please clean up after yourself', indicating you can use the kitchen. We specifically booked here for the kitchen and bought groceries and then were told we couldn't use the kitchen. No real reason given other than guests can't use the kitchen and the staff take no responsibility for the fact that they advertise a kitchen and are misleading guests. I wasted money on groceries and a more expensive accommodation than I needed to just to be able to cook in the kitchen. The staff also wouldn't give me contact information for an owner/manager of the hostel so that I could try to get this issue addressed!! Stay anywhere else!

The location is located at BIFF Plaza in Mapo-dong. The location is great, and the price is the price of a homestay. It feels like a 5-star hotel🤭 All washing supplies, bath towels, slippers, bathrobes, etc. are provided. The most surprising thing for me is the facial cream. Also available. It is located in the city center, but the room size is really larger than expected, ✨✨and the bathroom and toilet are separate✨✨, which is really surprising, because most accommodation places in Korea are also separated from dry and wet areas🫢 . Although there are no services or breakfast provided, for the price and location, there is really nothing to fault ❤️ The room I stayed in today is a double bed room. The two walls of this room are glass windows 😍😍 and you can see the Busan Tower, which is really unique. And several of the glass windows can be opened and closed. The hotel has thoughtfully installed anti-mosquito nets, and there is a small terrace outside. It is really unique, because generally the windows cannot be opened and closed with such glass curtain walls. .

Wow, this Lushan Hotel is great. The details and the boss are full. Every link. Spotless, neatly arranged, the spacing of the toiletries bottle and the logo orientation are the same. Take me upstairs and tell me to use an electric bed. I am afraid that I am cold. Now the bed is hot; then pointing out the window and telling me that I saw the Longtou Mountain Busan Tower. I proudly said that the location of this room is very good; I found mineral water and juice in the small refrigerator, and there were masks, toner, lotion. . . The room had a TV, computer, safe, charging cable, air conditioning and electric fans. The point is here. This room is more than 200 RMB a night, and it can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance after booking. [Grin][Grin]

I booked for three nights, but there was no room for the first night because the president seemed to have changed, and I didn’t know I would stay. I stayed in another hotel for one night. We came back the next day. When I stayed at about 7,000 yen for 3 nights, I refunded 2,000 yen, but it was difficult because I paid 6,000 yen at another hotel after all. However, the front desk staff stepped on the pedals and their reaction was gentle. If there is a chance, I also want to stay.

The temporary hotel selected before the trip, the chartered navigation directly to the hotel downstairs, the front desk lady is super intimate, helped prepare the map and subway route maps, etc., let us a group of people public travel super convenient said ~ There is a bar in front of the hotel that looks very good. There is also a coffee shop, not far from the pedestrian street, walking distance, there is also a Lotte Department Store nearby, not far from the Sangqi market, that night when we walked down from the Lushan Tower exhausted, found the hotel at the foot of the mountain, That ecstasy is indescribable ~ it is a great experience!

1. I don't look back on whether the Chinese door ring is broken 2. A net is ripped. You have to give the mosquito a whole body when you open the window to ventilate 3. Smells of cigarettes in the bathroom 4. No floor heating 5. Smells of cramped coffee in the lobby Service is very friendly No value for money hotel
