The hotel's location is excellent, right in Busan Seomyeon, with direct subway access from the basement and Lotte Department Store next door. Getting to the beach takes about 45 to 60 minutes by subway. The room itself is spacious, but the lighting is very dim; after dark, all you can do is sleep. If you want to unpack your suitcase or check out your shopping spoils from the day, you have to go to the bathroom, which is much brighter. I'm not sure what the hotel was thinking, being so extreme with their energy saving. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

Great location, right next to Lotte Department Store. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and provided excellent service. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Definitely worth staying again, though it would be perfect if the swimming pool was included.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station and about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The Executive Lounge is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Executive room guests have a dedicated check-in area. The location is excellent, making it a superb choice for first-time visitors to Busan. It's connected to Lotte Department Store, and there's an Olive Young across the street. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. It rained throughout my stay, so I didn't go out to explore and just stayed at the hotel. The hotel has direct access to Lotte Department Store, the underground shopping street, and the subway station, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient.

Great location, but the hotel is a bit old, especially the bathroom. Poor value for money. The front desk service was excellent though. We went to the 43rd floor for dinner, and the Korean beef was terrible. I won't be staying here again.
