Great location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent bedding. Facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, responding promptly to all requests. Food quality was consistently good. Overall, it offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Busan.

Had an excellent stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is unbeatable, right in Seomyeon with direct access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great soundproofing and a nice city view. Service throughout the hotel was professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping. Staff were attentive and efficient, always ready to help with requests. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, whether for leisure or business.

Convenient location The frontline staff is extremely helpful. However, some of the requests (to check in slightly earlier, room to be located on higher level) are not entertained by the hotel. The hotel management could be more flexible.
