I spent 6 pleasant nights here. First of all, the traffic is very convenient. I walked for a few minutes to the Guang'anli beach. The facilities are comprehensive and everything is available. The washing machine cannot be used. It is not a big problem for me. There are many supermarkets around. Merchants, catering, super much, Just at the Guang'anli seaside ～ is very convenient ～ The fly in the ointment is that there are stains in the corner of the room. I hope that the hygiene can be better and finer. In short, the price is super high and recommended!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and perfectly situated in the city center, right by the sea, which was ideal for my business trip. I especially loved having a bathtub, it was great for relaxing and washing away the day's fatigue.

The front desk service at this hotel was truly poor. The two-star rating is for the male staff member at the evening counter; he was very polite and patient, making me feel more like a ”guest.” I received the hotel's email address beforehand through a platform's inquiry service and sent several inquiries about check-in without receiving any response. Later, I discovered I could contact the hotel directly through the platform; however, the responses I received were completely inconsistent with the facts. Only one time, when I inquired late at night, did I receive a quick response, which I suspect was likely from a male staff member. Furthermore, housekeeping service must be requested at the front desk in the morning; otherwise, there will be absolutely no room service. The luggage storage service is also worrying. Although there is CCTV, if someone takes something, even reporting it to the police might not guarantee recovery of the stolen items. The only advantage here is that there are many shops and restaurants nearby, it's close to the beach, and very close to the subway. If the price were more affordable, I think I could accept the subpar service.

집이 타지라서 수능시험을 치르기 위해 전날 예약하고 방문했어요. 직원분이 수험생이라 더 친절하게 방을 안내하셨는데 밤새 너무 추워서 잠을 못잤어요, 추워서 잠옷으로 갈아입지도 못하고 패딩 점퍼를 입고 있어야 했고, 아침에 딸이 너무 춥다며 세수하는데 점퍼를 더 껴입더라구요. 춥다고 두번이나 말씀드렸지만 보일러 튼지 얼마지나지 않았다며 기다리라고 하셨고, 기다려도 바닦이 냉골이더라구요. 제가 묵은 객실에 보일러가 잠겨있는 느낌이었어요. 뜨거운물은 잘 나와서 그나마 다행이였어요. 그리고 예약할때 분명 무료주차라고 되어있는거 확인했는데 막상 가보니 도보특가라고 하셔서 주차비를 현장에서 결제했습니다 제가 착각했나 했는데, 지금 제 예약건 확인해봐도 도보특가라는 말은 없고, 무료주차라고 되어있네요. 이런점은 좀 시정되었으면 합니다. 직원분께서 수험생이라 밥먹고 가라고 조식시간도 조금 앞당겨 주셨는데 그 모든 친절함이 갘실이 추워서 다 묻혀버렸어요. 아침까지 춥다고 떠는 아이를 시험장에 내려주는데 너무 걱정이 앞섰어요. 이것 빼면 조식도 밥은 없었지만 커피, 토스트, 라면, 쿠키등 깔끔하게 잘 되어있어서 좋았어요.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel location is close to bus and train stations, as well as a few restaurants and shops. However, the cleanliness wasn’t great. All of the bedding and towels were stained, which is unfortunate considering how expensive of a hotel it is to stay at.
