"We booked for three people (with an extra charge, of course). At check-in, the front desk said they'd provide an additional set of bedding and a sofa bed. I was initially quite happy, as their attitude was good. However, when we made the bed that evening, we realized there was no bedsheet. I called the front desk to ask for one, expecting it to arrive quickly. Instead, there was a lot of back-and-forth, and communication was impossible. Then, an employee arrived empty-handed and used a translator to explain that they could only provide a pillow and duvet, claiming this was already 'special service' for us. Excuse me, I paid an extra fee for the extra bed! They said the sofa bed doesn't have a dedicated sheet. Fine, I understand. Then just give me a regular sheet; I can make the bed myself. How are you supposed to sleep on a sofa bed without a sheet?! Their response was that an extra sheet would be charged. Speechless 😓. After an endless loop of discussion (it was already past midnight!), they very reluctantly brought one sheet, saying it was 'just this once' and they'd charge next time. What the hell?! I'm staying for four nights at 1000 RMB a night – and this is the service?! Later that night, I discovered the bathroom drain was also clogged, but it was too late, and I couldn't be bothered to contact them again. When we returned from sightseeing, I found that even the main bed wasn't made as well as my daughter makes her own bed at home… Is this a hotel 'feature'? And the coffee provided by the hotel didn't even have an opening; I couldn't get it open at all. This really soured my mood for the trip! The only upside is that the room is very spacious, which I'm quite satisfied with. I just hope the service can match the quality of the hardware. Don't let such a great new building go to waste!"

"Boasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. "The ocean view, hotel location, and accessibility were all very satisfying, but everything else was a really disappointing experience. First, when I opened the refrigerator, there was leftover ice cream from the previous guest, and the wine glasses I took out to use also had visible water stains that clearly weren't from cleaning. While I can overlook the towels to some extent, they still had yellowish stains in several spots. The great view and location are huge advantages, but it makes me wonder if they're relying too much on those strengths and neglecting proper maintenance. I didn't expect a super luxurious hotel, but from the bathroom to various other areas, it just looks like a renovated motel. There were no complimentary amenities provided either (I'm not sure if they're for purchase). If the view hadn't been good, I would have asked for a refund after paying over 300,000 won. But the view really was excellent."

"This hotel is very nice and located in the heart of the city. Very easy to get around with public transportation and taxi/uber. Attached to the Lotte mall, so go die hard shoppers it’s perfect. Many resturants to choose from in vicinity. The Korean bar-b-que was excellent. We did go to several other restaurants and all are pretty good. We had one misfire at burger joint, Tiger Pub, that sold out of burgers? Strange? Gave hotel a couple of four stars. One was that we could not get a late dinner. 10pm every hotel kitchen was closed. Not even room service. And secondly, our room toilet which was otherwise very clean had embedded pee stains in the w/c tiles. Obviously porous tiles but nonetheless not pleasant to look at."

"We were lucky and managed to book this room at a very affordable price in May. Our room had an amazing view from the balcony. It was fully equipped, everything was new and clean. We could do laundry and cook our own meals. The beds were in separate rooms. There's a grocery store on the ground floor. We were very happy with our stay here."

"Excellent location, just across a main road from Haeundae beach. It’s about a 10min stroll to Haeundae subway station. Check-in was generally smooth, the room which was initially assigned had a bad smell coming from the ensuite toilet, so we contacted the front desk, and was given a replacement room soon enough. There was a hiccup with the key card replacement. We couldn’t access the new floor on which our replacement room is located, so we could not bring our luggages directly to the new floor, and had to bring them down to the lobby again to resolve the key card issue, which was done quickly enough while we’re at the lobby. During our time of stay, the temperature outdoors was generally cooler in the single digits to low teens in degrees Celsius. The air-conditioning was not activated in the guest rooms, so the hotel was able to provide a standing electric fan for cooling. Front desk was responsive and courteous. Housekeeping service was efficient, friendly and warm. Perhaps the sofa and room chair can be better cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay."

"The views were incredible, and the location was perfect. I made some wonderful memories with my college friend from overseas. If I ever come back to Haeundae, I'll definitely stay here again. I recommended this hotel to them and even walked them to the lobby after picking up my luggage. :)"

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"I had a great weekend. It was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. The in-room golf facilities are state-of-the-art, so they accurately measure posture and distance. The breakfast was clean and fresh. Suggestion I'd really appreciate it if you could increase the in-room golf hitting area from 100 balls to 200 balls. ^ ^ I was running low, so I added an extra 100 balls (20,000 won) and two baskets. ㅋ It would be nice if you could extend the putting line and grass carpet during practice games. ^.^ I'll be back! ~ ~"

"Complaint: I usually don't write reviews, but I just can't hold back this time! I booked a room for 4 nights and had to switch rooms twice! On the first night, before going to bed, I discovered the window wouldn't close, and a cold draft was blowing in. The hotel maintenance came to fix it for an hour but couldn't. They said they'd move us to another room, but the front desk actually called us and told us to pack our bags, come downstairs, get a new key card, and move ourselves. This was after 10 PM, and there wasn't even an apology or any assistance offered. We ended up in a corner room, and they said the hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to accept it. The second room change happened because my booking was split into two separate reservations. I communicated with the hotel at check-in and during my stay, asking if they could accommodate us so we wouldn't have to switch rooms, even offering to pay for an upgrade, but they refused, citing full occupancy. So, we had to check out before 11 AM, store our luggage, and then check in again after 3 PM. Pros: The hotel is relatively new, and the location is convenient. Cons: 1. Cleanliness is subpar; there were urine stains on the toilet. 2. Service is poor, practically non-existent, and they lack service awareness. 3. I was moved twice, staying in three different rooms, all of which were corner rooms. I had booked deluxe or superior room types, and I'm unsure if there's any particular reason for this. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory."
