I asked the receptionist Jamie to book our taxi for 5am the day before and she did not do it. The next morning we arrived at 450am at the counter to request again, this time she booked a jumbo cab for us. However at 5am I went to the counter again and asked a new guy where is the cab and he said it was booked for 530am. Why on earth will I come down at 4.50am to wait 40mins for a cab when clearly there are many waiting downstairs. The cab cost 50,000krw and on kakao app it was est to be around 16,000krw only. I’m don’t know if she does not understand English but this mistake clearly made me late for my flight. And now I’m also paying a much higher premium for a cab ride as they keep telling us the cab is coming, this is very bad service and they did not allow us the cancel the ride.

Visited Busan for 3 days for a business trip. The guesthouse is right next to Busan station making it ideal for a short stay. The room was spacious with quite a lot of amenities.. best part was heated floors and blanket which gave a real cosy feel especially that my stay saw a very cold and rainy Busan. Decent breakfast was included in the package although I couldn’t make out how to operate the coffee machine. There is self check in via a code sent to you by the owner on WhatsApp/ KakaoTalk Although owners are not present at the property yet they respond quickly whenever there is an issue as I had once with the locking system. Only problem I could say would be for those who have heavy luggage as the hostel is on 4th floor and the premises doesn’t have a lift. All in all a nice place to stay if you are looking to stay in central Busan.

Location is one of the main reasons we booked the night here as we were arriving in Busan in the evening. This hotel is located conveniently next to Busan station. There are also many restaurants around. As for the hotel, we really wanted to enjoy our stay here, but the elevator experience was a nightmare. They have three elevators, but one of them was undergoing some maintenance..so only 2 elevators worked and one of them was large but each time more than 3-4 people got on it would give the signal that its overweight and someone had to get off haha. It was so bad, we had to take the stairs all the way down to eat breakfast (along the way down we met many others who also took the stairs as there was no chance to get in the elevator).

It was nice because it was located in Yeongdo, where there are many things to see. We booked a place with a mini pool in the hostel, but the children loved it so much. The room condition was so good and it was a family of four, but the bed was divided into two places, so it was also good ~ The TV was also separate from the living room and the room, and it was very spacious than I thought!!! I recommend it!!!! The kids also asked to stay here again next time~ There is not much to eat for breakfast, but it was good to provide it for free. There were bread, fruit, and cereal~ I think it would be really good if I added about one more soup!!

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from Busan Station. The proprietress can speak a little Chinese and there is no difficulty in checking in. The room was also very bright and clean. The only downside is that you need to take a 1-story stairs and the elevator is located on the 2nd floor.
