I recently stayed 3 nights at the Grand Josun during the Thanksgiving Holidays. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great (small) pool (when not busy). Unfortunately a lot of small flaws makes me not recommend the Hotel. Consider everything else to be good to great, here are the caveats you should consider when booking this Hotel. 1) There are only 3 Check-in counters and 3 elevators which both make you que during busy times 2) The shower is located in the bathtub with not enough protection, so the floor gets flooded very easily. 3) The window jalousie from the bathroom towards the main room is very see-through, so your partner can easily see you in the shower or even partly on the toilet. 4) The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube but everything is in Korean (which is acceptable) but there is also no way (that I found out) to mirror your laptop, the HDMI connector in the wall also doesn’t work. Also you have to pay extra to view basic foreign channels.

I had an amazing time at the Paradise. There was a very kind concierge who worked at the front desk (I believe his name is HyoSeok). Soaking in the outdoor pools was splendid— very organized, clean and a great view. The breakfast was delicious, with a real honey comb dripping delicious honey and a nice blend of western and eastern food choices. The restaurant is located very close to a traditional market that sells very famous street foods and it sits right in the beach (gorgeous view). Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. Above all, the use of the guest-only lounge bar was great. I think it will remain a very good memory. Thank you. I was very impressed by the consideration given from the user's perspective. Thank you.

You have to walk about 20 minutes from Gwangalli. Other than the location, there wasn't much to regret! I had a reservation for 7 people, and there was free parking for one car per room. Please note that an additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged otherwise. When I told him that I was sorry about cleaning the floor, he said he was kind. He said he pushed the vacuum cleaner.

I was looking for a place to stay for a trip to Busan and chose this place. Even Haeundae is right in front, and it's really a part, but you can see the place where the sun rises.. Originally, I chose Korean style, but I changed it to standard for an additional fee. The room was quite spacious when I went in after being upgraded. The bed was also clean and soft and comfortable. The duvet was quite heavy, but it was good There is a bathtub in the bathroom and a bidet toilet The water pressure in the shower and bathtub and each faucet was good. The staff were also very friendly. If you have any questions, He informed me of every little thing, such as bringing food for meals. Oh, you have to buy a toothbrush or additional items at the front desk! Since I was a tracker, I brought each household item with me. Please note if you are going to stay at this hotel Have a good rest!

I wanted to give this hotel Ana amazing review but I just can’t! Location is wonderful and it’s very clean but……… the rooms are so hot and when we said that our ac doesn’t work we were told to open the window. We met a family who were moving out and going to Paradise hotel because of the heat in the rooms. Another couple told us they got a fan so that is what we did for the second and final night. The curtains don’t close properly so the room gets bright early and another small but annoying thing is the grate in the floor of the shower is positioned where you would normally stand so you either stand on that or at an angle. I know only a small thing but I was so it rated by the heat of the room!

The location of the SunCloud Hotel is 2-3 minutes from Haeundae Beach, just crossing the first walk, and you can easily access the play and enjoyment restaurants on the central street of Haeundae. It seems to be on the spacious side compared to other hotels nearby. However, there are three hotels in one building where the hotel is located, so if you stay on the middle floor at check-out time, there are too many people to use the elevator. I had to go down the stairs and check out.

I went downstairs to another hotel, but was told that there was a fire and I couldn't stay. I found this hotel temporarily because the price was right and it was nearby. In the end, I was very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic location . But since i did not make my room for a couple of days , I went to ask for 2 bottles of water at the concierge . The male staff wanted to charge me 1000 won for each bottle. Not sure if he was following the hotel’s policy or he is trying to scam me . Because the day after , another staff gave without any charges .

As advertised, directly across the road from the beach at the end of the main ***** from the station. Plenty of buses nearby to make it a useful base to travel from as well as enjoy the beach. The sea view was awesome and could hardly have been better. The room was relatively small and basic - but given the price it was reasonable. If you're looking for a great view on a budget you can't go wrong.

There are 2 buildings operated by UH Suite Haeundae - one at 271 and the other at 257 in a building called Harbor Town. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at 257 for 6 persons, 1 room has 2 double beds and the other room has 1 double bed. The apartment is located just across from the entrance of Haeundae beach and Sea Life Aquarium and near the Haeundae main street and night market. So the location was fantastic. Everything is within walking distance with lots of cafes and Mcdonald is just across the road. The apartment is beautifully furnished with fridge, washing machine and kitchen (microwave, stove etc) for light cooking. Although the apartment is for 6 persons, it may be a bit cramped since there is only 1 bathroom. But it was the perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms. There are full height windows which gives you a good view of the sea. The only downside is there is no staff at the front desk at 257 24/7 and it may take a while for the staff to attend to you when you message them about any issues. Having said that, the staff was very responsive to messages and had good command of English which is rather rare in Korea.
