"Families, who understands this feeling? Right outside the hotel, a beach instantly melts away all your worries, giving you that relaxed vibe. Right across the street are all sorts of pubs, BBQ joints, cafes, and more – super convenient! Since I was traveling alone, I chose a small, semi-ocean view room. Though small, it had everything I needed, kind of like a guesthouse. The balcony next to the bed, when you open the door, offers a direct view of Gwangalli Bridge. At night, you can even capture beautiful nightscapes, watching people stroll on the beach – very therapeutic. The room provides toiletries, so no worries there! However, remember to bring a travel adapter for your plugs."

"What we like about the hotel: - modern design with the private spa - perfect for kids to play and enjoy with the terrific ocean view - good service from reception in general (helped us to make hotel reservations, responding to our WhatsApp’s etc) - two bathrooms - perfect for families - excellent location - at the core of Haeundae - convenient to go to all locations in the area! Room for improvement: - poor housekeeping - given that we stayed for 6 nights, we needed to remind the hotel to clean specific areas (like hair), adding tea leaves/ cleaning teapots, providing clean towels etc). The cleaning lady even rang the bell multiple times at 10:45am, before our checkout time at 11am:"

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. If I didn't have business in Seoul, I would have extended my stay. The room is perfect for one or two people, great for exploring during the day and relaxing in the evening. It has a kitchen, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator. The best part is the small balcony, where you can feel the sea breeze and watch the ocean in the morning and at dusk – it's incredibly pleasant. There's a cable car next to the hotel and plenty of taxis outside. A taxi to Busan Station only costs about 10,000 Korean won, which is great! I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family next time. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Superb Environment: Beautiful Service: A basic understanding of English is required. You can inquire about any issues at the office on the fourth floor."

"Spacious, well-equipped smart hotel ideal for tech-savvy travelers comfortable with a 100% self-service system. Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。"
