Hotels near Ktx Busan Station/Nampo-Dong, Busan

Love how convenient the hotel is located. It’s just right next to Busan station. There’s a convenient store right below and the room is extremely clean albeit a little small but it’s good enough for solo travellers! Love how huge and clean the bathroom is. Would totally stay here again when I visit Busan in the near future!

Location is one of the main reasons we booked the night here as we were arriving in Busan in the evening. This hotel is located conveniently next to Busan station. There are also many restaurants around. As for the hotel, we really wanted to enjoy our stay here, but the elevator experience was a nightmare. They have three elevators, but one of them was undergoing some maintenance..so only 2 elevators worked and one of them was large but each time more than 3-4 people got on it would give the signal that its overweight and someone had to get off haha. It was so bad, we had to take the stairs all the way down to eat breakfast (along the way down we met many others who also took the stairs as there was no chance to get in the elevator).

Just stayed one night, but would definitely try another hotel next time. Be aware check-in is strictly 3pm (checkout 11am), otherwise expect to get hit up to pay an extra 20k KRW or more! I tried to check in around 1:30pm (which in most cases hotels would try to kindly accommodate) but was just told abruptly that check-in is 3pm without being even offered and unaware of the somewhat late check-in. I had to call the lady back (seemed to be a supervisor) and ask if there was a room available, to which the lady exasperatedly checked and told yes - but I need to pay. Returning later in the day - as I refused to oblige such unfriendly behaviour, another member of staff more kindly checked me in - just there were comparably more questions than other hotels for some reason (collecting marketing data I assume). Cleanliness of the room seemed OK initially but then I found some hairs in the shower area and that the toilet seat was dirty which really shouldn't happen. Despite WiFi signal being good internet access was slow and unreliable, so I was glad I didn't need to work too much that evening. The entrance was also confusing the first time and I saw multiple other people struggling with escalators not working and confusing or missing directions even when they got to elevators. Overall the service and cleanliness didn't come close to meeting my expectations for a 4* hotel so won't be returning and will rather stay somewhere else more welcoming. There are many options nearby.

This can be regarded as a high-end version of a hotel-style apartment. Its biggest feature is that the house is spacious and has three large beds. It can accommodate many people and is suitable for group travel. I booked a sea view suite, with large windows on both sides of the living room, looking at the sea on one side and the city of Busan on the other. This hotel is close to the Busan High-speed Railway Station, which is connected to Busan Station of Subway Line 1, so transportation is very convenient. The only shortcoming is the toiletries; first of all, there are no large bath towels, but there are many face towels; there are no disposable slippers, only two pairs of plastic slippers; and many hotels in Korea recently do not provide toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own or buy them in the supermarket downstairs. Buy. However, there is a CU downstairs in Building B where we live, which is very convenient for selling things.

The location is really near to Busan Station for those taking train from Seoul station where you can just walk from exit 1 straight to the hotel. It have lots of convenience stall near the hotel. Taking the bus to tourist attraction was really convenient too. It have a big bathtub for those who is planning to bring kids to stay. Room is quite spacious for a family of 3. The amenities and room facilities are cleaning spotless. Most importantly, the staff is willing to help and provide very detailed information.

Hotel traffic is very good, all our travels choose bus, 2 minutes to the station, and the hotel is very soundproof, can not hear the noise next door and outside; the most important thing is that the room provides a conversion head, you can avoid the trouble of the conversion head! Finally, I praised the front desk lady, very nice!

This lovely boutique hotel is walking distance from the Busan KTX Train Station as well as the Busan Station subway ( line 1 ). Many tours start off from the vicinity, plus there are many eateries around and in the Busan KTX train station. The hotel serves a really lovely breakfast - I had the fried pork set which was delicious & substantial. The reception staff are excellent - Oliver Kim was cheerful and very helpful. It’s a good place to stay for a first time visitor to Busan.

About ３ minutes walk from the railway station to Busan station, the same as from the subway station, and the access is outstanding. There is also a bus stop in front of the station, and it is easy to get out of the airport limousine, of course, by the route bus on the west side. Because it was a long stay, I valued the cost and stayed in a double room. (the single room was not empty) The alley next to ”Toyoko Inn” is ２ block, and the convenience store ”ＧＳ２５” is past. The black canvas of the ”business hotel” is a marker. There is a dining room for breakfast at the front desk and the right hand side at １Ｆ. The elevator is on the side of the front desk, and the room is ３ floor. Probably a room that changed the former motel to the hotel, so the bathroom is futile. Single use of double room. The bed is large, there are many pillows, and unlike the hostel, there is enough space to spread the luggage. There are hot water pots, tea, ＰＣ, ＴＶ, refrigerator, dryer, phone, etc. on the table on the wall. There are almost everything you need to stay, so you can stay hanging around. There is a portable charging cable in the photo, and there is also an air conditioner. Ｗｉ－Ｆｉ has a router for each room, so security and speed are complete. There is a toilet, a large washbasin, a bathtub, shampoo, soap in the bathroom, and toothpaste. There are many towels set. The hot water comes out hot and abundant, so even Japanese who want to store hot water are soaked in hot water. If you have breakfast, you can have toast ＆ jam and coffee breakfast in the １Ｆ dining room. There was a coffee machine and I could drink it except breakfast, so it was very important. There is a range in the simple kitchen and the guests can use it. There is a water server beside the dining room and elevator, and ice can be obtained from there. The front desk staff will respond in English.

I was only here for the one night but they managed to impress me more than I have been in places I have stayed in for over 2 weeks. On arrival, I was greeted with smiles and made to feel very welcome. I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room for free because the guy who was booking me in thought I had too much luggage for the room I had booked. I was checked in speedily and then directed to my room. On entering the room I was greeted by a clean, tidy and stylish room. The room was full of useful technology and came with free and very good air con. The bathroom was just as impressive and clean. The room also comes complete with any toiletries that you could think of! Everything is catered for. Down to a spare toothbrush! I had a comfortable nights sleep with no noise. On checking out I was greeted in the same manner as I was checked in with, also the same guy. I asked if he would be able to call me a taxi to my destination, to which he replied that would be no problem. 5 minutes later he turns up and ushers me to the street, he brought round his own car and drove me the short journey to my destination, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. All of this was done with a smile and a bow at the end. I can not recommend this place enough, the service goes over and above anything, I have actually experienced before. If I ever find myself in Busan again, this will be my first port of call!!!! Do yourself a favour and book here, you'll not regret it! Thank you again, Hotel Grey!
