"Although it's an apartment-style hotel, transfers and finding it aren't too difficult. Just tell them the hotel name downstairs, and they'll direct you to the check-in floor. If you need anything, email the administrator, and they'll reply and deliver within half an hour. Pros: The room space is very large and comfortable, the view is excellent, and it offers great value for money. It's very convenient for eating out and walking to the beach. You can even walk to the monorail. Cons: We booked a total of three rooms: an Ocean Suite (4 people), an Ocean Junior Suite (4 people), and an Ocean Panorama Suite (6 people). However, the 4-person rooms actually came with one double bed and one single bed, and the 6-person room had two double beds and one single bed, which felt a bit odd. Even more unacceptable was that bath towels weren't provided per person, but only one per room! Requesting extra towels also incurred an additional charge... Overall, though, the spaciousness and the view were big pluses, and I would still recommend it."

"Environment: I booked another stay here, and they arranged a high-floor room for me. Honestly, the view from the high floor is absolutely unbeatable. You can see the entire city of Busan, and for this price, such a great environment is truly amazing. It's also very convenient being so close to the station. Cleanliness: Very good, no major issues. Much better than many hotels in Korea. Service: Typical Japanese service. The 10 AM checkout and 9 AM breakfast cutoff are a bit tough, but after living in Japan and Korea for a while, you get used to it. Facilities: Toyoko Inn always has just what you need in terms of public facilities, like washing machines and luggage storage, which is great."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Arban Hotel in Busan. Situated right in the heart of Seomyeon, the hotel is surrounded by endless options for dining, shopping, and convenience stores. It’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. A special shoutout to the front desk team! Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with a smile, making our check-in and stay seamless. The Deluxe Room was spacious - plenty of room to unpack and move around comfortably. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The environment is great, and you can self-check-in. The beach is right downstairs, and there's a window with a direct view of the ocean, which is super beautiful. The weather was fantastic on the day we checked in. We'll definitely come back again."

"Overall, the room was good, and the hotel was quite large, though its location might not be as bustling. It's an apartment-style hotel, very tall and spacious! I don't know if it was just bad luck for me, but on the first day, at 9 AM, I heard some service speaking a lot of Korean that I couldn't understand. The second day was fine, no disturbances. But on the third day, it was wild – at 7 AM, someone said the alarm was triggered, and staff came to the door, but I didn't open it! They did apologize sincerely in the end. Maybe we were just staying too high up."

"Because my decision to visit Busan was so sudden, when I was booking a hotel, the sea-view rooms along Haeundae Beach were either extremely overpriced, or the styles weren't to my liking, or the rooms were too small. I had almost given up on staying in Haeundae and was about to book something in Seomyeon, when I stumbled upon SONO Felice on Trip.com. The hotel's new building is very tall, and although it's not right on the beach, the sea-view rooms are quite spacious – much larger than those at Shilla Stay. Plus, the actual photos in the Trip.com reviews looked good, so after some thought, I booked it. After checking in yesterday, I truly feel everything is perfect. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and the lounge area there is also very spacious, with an outdoor smoking area. My room was on the 36th floor. It's sufficiently large, like a small suite, with excellent views. Waking up in the morning to drink tea and look at the sea was so relaxing; I didn't even want to go out sightseeing. The room's facilities are also great. It's an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen in the living room, a large double-door refrigerator, and a combined stove/oven/microwave (though the stove cannot be used by non-long-term guests). I only used the microwave and washing machine. The room has two bathrooms and plenty of storage space, making it an excellent choice if you want to stay in Busan for an extended period. The hotel's front and back entrances both lead directly to the main street that goes to Haeundae Beach, making it convenient to explore both ends of the street for shopping and dining. Haeundae subway station Exit 5 is just a few minutes' walk away. There's a coffee shop and a 7-Eleven on the first floor (last night, after checking in around 7 PM, I was too lazy to go out, so I bought a seaweed and grilled meat bento and an onsen egg from 7-Eleven). The grilled meat and rice with the complimentary seaweed wraps tasted better than I expected. There are also numerous other convenience stores, coffee shops, fried chicken places, and various restaurants around the hotel. The famous Haemok is directly opposite the hotel's back entrance, and Kanda Soba is just one block to the left of the hotel's main entrance. Several famous pork soup rice places, Sulbing, and The Venti are all within a 10-minute walk. After five days of exploring Haeundae, I've fallen even more in love with this hotel. As for the service, on my first night, the front desk attendant was a woman, and the next day, when I requested room cleaning, it was a man. Both were very friendly and tried their best to communicate in English. In summary, if I come to Busan again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice."

"The location is fantastic! It's super easy to find – just take exit 1 from Busan Station, turn left, and cross the street (it's behind Hotel Toyoko Inn). Downstairs, there's a convenience store, a coffee shop, the Busan City Tour Bus stop, a public bus stop, and even a local market with cheap street food and plenty of restaurants. We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable too. My only minor complaint is that there's only one washer/dryer on the 8th-floor rooftop. If you handwash, there's no place to hang clothes in the room, so you'd have to go up to the 8th floor for that."

"Excellent hotel, a very solid reason for a return trip to Busan. Borderless sea view, jogging track, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), truly infinity pools. There is an Ananti village, u can rest there, eat there, shop there, you name it. Very calming and peaceful place to stay in."
