"The hotel itself just next to Busan train station. The location is very convenient. It is also just a few steps away from subway station. Easy to get around. There is a starbuck, CU on the hotel ground floor. A lot of eateries around, wr had a very nice Korean Chinese meal before we left Busan. We booked a twin bed room. Clean and comfy."

"This hotel is super conveniently located right next to Busan Station, about a 500-meter walk after you exit. The cleanliness was excellent. I stayed in a family room, which was incredibly spacious and even had floor heating. It was quite cold outside in Busan the night I checked in, so walking into a warm room was incredibly relaxing. The room also had three wash areas (a bathtub and two showers), which is fantastic for groups. There are plenty of food options nearby too. Overall, it was great value for money."

"The staffs were attentive - concierge and front desk staffs went right after me as I alighted from the taxi and hurried to check in. Room is Clean and Spacious. We are allocated at the highest floor of the first deck so we were blessed with excellent views. It is conveniently located in exit 4/7 of Seomyeon station, with tons of eateries left and right outside and within walking distance of the hotel. Colleagues who went there was told they could file tax refund , however, we were not guided to do so, nevertheless its still a pleasant stay."

"The receptionists Mr Lee Leo is very friendly and helpful when we were looking for car rental as he tried to search and he is patient too. For the room 702 I think the bed side handphone charging is not working. Beside the lift to basement carpark super slow. When we returned our hotel key, our rental car couldn't exit and required to go up and inform the receptionist again."

"Hotel was great for family with toddler, my child enjoyed the wonder lounge very much. She could spend the whole day there and had lots of fun with the other kids there. The laundry service is great too, we send our clothes for washing everyday. The breakfast was great but as it’s the same menu so it gets boring. The only thing that I don’t like was that there was 0 hooks in the toilet making it hard for us to hang our towels. But overall the experience was great too!"

"We booked a Club Sota Twin. Room was extremely spacious. 1 living room, 1 bedroom ( 2 twin bed inside), a LARGE walk-in closet, 2 sun rooms, 1 kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, sink, 2 cooktops, and a vent hood), 1 standing shower bathroom. They also provide a washer, but need to supply own detergent or buy detergent pod at the front desk for 500KRW. No dryer, but they do provide a large hanging rack that fit perfectly in one of the sunroom.  Breakfast was provided for free, consisting of a small selection of hot food, pastries, salad, and coffee.  Housekeeping is on demanding through their app. They do not provide a hotel card. Instead you’re given a QR code to access your room, elevator, service request etc. The QR code is often glitchy, which brought on some minor inconvenience when you’re trying to scan to your elevator floor. Bring your own amenities!! They only provide shampoo/body wash combo and conditioner. If you forget something, there is a vending machine in the lobby for you to purchase (toothbrush, razors, etc)  I would say my least favorite part of the hotel was the front desk service. They were not friendly or cordial. We were met with cold demeanors and a lack of warm hospitality each time we walked into the lobby. Overall, the hotel is in a great location near Seomyeon (8mins walk) with lots of good shopping (Lotte Department and Seomyeon Underground shopping) and plenty of restaurants that are open late."

"Staff was helpful and multilingual (English, Mandarin, Korean), and location was just right infront of Haeundae Beach, with the market being located just at the foot of the hotel. The view from the 20th floor was also amazing, and I could not imagine how much better it will get on higher floors. Entertainment was also readily available as the hotel is directly connected to a PC cafe on the 2nd floor. Overall no complaints at this price point."

"Great Value Stay in Busan – Steps Away from Everything! I had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Busan. If you're looking for a hotel that offers incredible value for money with an unbeatable location, this is it. The location is simply perfect. It's just a short 5-8 minute walk to both the beautiful The signature Haeundae Beach and the lively Haeundae Walking Street, you have everything you need for food and shopping right at your doorstep. I was surprised to find so many famous and delicious restaurants within walking distance, whether you're craving grilled eel, abalone congee, or a comforting bowl of pork rice soup (Dwaeji Gukbap) and BBQ pork restaurants, it's all nearby. Even the Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky Capsule) station is an easy walk away. Honestly, everything you want to eat and do seems to be clustered right around this hotel. A couple of extra conveniences that really stood out: there’s is a convenience store right downstairs in the building, which is great for grabbing snacks or drinks. Also, the front desk staff were amazing. They were incredibly kind, professional, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in a breeze. We arrived and were able to get into our room immediately without any wait, everything was prepared perfectly. One small design quirk: the toilet and shower share one single door, it’s a bit of a funny situation, if your friend is taking a shower, you're left with no door if you need to use the toilet lol. That said, this is completely understandable given the room size isn't huge, and it's a smart way to save space. But for the price, the overall value is a solid 10/10. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Busan. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and very close by to Metro Haeundae Exit 5 (lift) which is very convenient for those with large luggage to go in and out. You can also reach the hotel via Bus no 1001 from Busan Station for those who comes to Busan via HSR just that this bus not allows passengers to bring in large luggage into the bus since the walkway inside the bus is too narrow. There’s a round walkabout to enter the hotel and this was the tricky part as the direction given by Trip.com was to enter from the side entrance. There’s no logo of W Residences Hotel from the side entrance nor from the round walkabout. But from here you could see the name of the hotel out of the other few hotels mentioned. The biggest drawback was the hotel provides no free cleaning (must pay W20k to clean daily) and we must remember to put the trash outside our room as well as the dirty towels too in the morning then whatsapp the receptionist to clear. I am not so sure if it’s the culture of Korean hotels nowadays not to clean the room unless upon requests (pay or free) since all 3 hotels I stayed so far under Trip.com from Incheon, Seoul and Busan are all like this (but W Residences Hotel was the only one that charged the fees to clean). I am also pretty sure all 3 hotels would not change the bedsheets too. So better to stay max maybe just 2-3 days per hotel I guess for hygiene purposes since I prefer for my mattress to be cleaned daily actually, otherwise why would I pay so much only to have it like what I would’ve been doing at my own house? The service was quite good, the staff understands English quite well and very thorough and polite since day 1. They also gave hardcopy SOP for patrons to follow. Water and towels are available only upon requests from 9am-11pm as well, no staff around otherwise. They allow us to keep the luggage next to the reception table when we checkout before we leave Busan. There’s fridge, stove (can’t cook smelly food so I won’t even attempt this since there are plenty eateries outside and quite near to Haeundae Night Market), microwave, cutleries etc. No coffee nor tea provided here. Overall I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I go Busan but I may also want to try out other hotels in the same buildings since apparently there are quite number of them (building is designed like apartments)."

"Stayed at UH Suite The Haeundae and honestly, I’d totally recommend it to friends. The beachfront room is 100% worth it; waking up to the ocean view right in front of you is such a vibe, especially in the morning and at sunset. The room itself is clean, modern, and quite spacious compared to typical stays in the area. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall design feels cozy but still stylish. Location is also a huge plus, just steps away from Haeundae Beach, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Service was smooth and hassle-free, and check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value. If you’re going to Busan, I’d definitely say go for the ocean view room, it really makes the whole experience."
