Asti Hotel Busan Station

Great location for a hotel near KTX train station. Hotel still meets our expectations. Only 1 inconvenience issue that we need to open window for cold air from outside to enable to cool down the room. As the central aircon temperature was catered for warm air 🙄 when during winter.

I think it’s really convenient to stay here, especially because it’s near busan station. There are a lot of food options and shops nearby too! Hotel is clean and soundproof :)

Located right next to Busan station, the rooms are spacious and clean. Maybe book a classic bathroom than one with a bathtub because the bath is small so you can’t really lay down in it + you’ll put water everywhere in the room if you’re taking standing showers… Otherwise I really recommend this hotel.

Hotel is only a stone’s throw away from Busan train station. Room is clean. Housekeeping leaves a bag of new towels and water outside our room when we turn on the no disturb sign. That’s a bonus as we don’t have to call and request when we miss them. Only the pillows are a little flat and room AC doesn’t adjust to our preferred temperature. It was hot at 26 Celsius and we had to open the window.

Great location, just next to Busan station. Exit gate 5 from busan ktx station and you will see the hotel. Easy access to everywhere. Many food establishments around.

Just stayed one night, but would definitely try another hotel next time. Be aware check-in is strictly 3pm (checkout 11am), otherwise expect to get hit up to pay an extra 20k KRW or more! I tried to check in around 1:30pm (which in most cases hotels would try to kindly accommodate) but was just told abruptly that check-in is 3pm without being even offered and unaware of the somewhat late check-in. I had to call the lady back (seemed to be a supervisor) and ask if there was a room available, to which the lady exasperatedly checked and told yes - but I need to pay. Returning later in the day - as I refused to oblige such unfriendly behaviour, another member of staff more kindly checked me in - just there were comparably more questions than other hotels for some reason (collecting marketing data I assume). Cleanliness of the room seemed OK initially but then I found some hairs in the shower area and that the toilet seat was dirty which really shouldn't happen. Despite WiFi signal being good internet access was slow and unreliable, so I was glad I didn't need to work too much that evening. The entrance was also confusing the first time and I saw multiple other people struggling with escalators not working and confusing or missing directions even when they got to elevators. Overall the service and cleanliness didn't come close to meeting my expectations for a 4* hotel so won't be returning and will rather stay somewhere else more welcoming. There are many options nearby.

Clean big room, Good location next to Busan Train Station. Worth it.
