Amazing
MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

PPrejakNew hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same.

GGuest UserThere was mosquito and it bite my daughter’s face. The ocean view was nice though. The area is a bit chaotic, so download navers map to get around. There is Little India restaurant. Quite yummy at 2nd floor around BFF square, about 5 min from the hotel. Korean spa is nice. Paid 60k for scrub, shampoo, massage. Different therapist will be different results. More gentle therapist is nicer because less rough while doing the scrub. I think better pay 80k since the material used is better toward skin. The skin become so soft afterwards. Bathroom will be wet after shower. I hope they wash all towels with dettol or any anti germ since I used the towel to dry the bathroom floor after showering since it was totally wet. Hotel needs to fix the bathroom design. Add floor divider so the water will only be wet on that area.

GGuest UserThe room was great, very comfortable, and fully equipped. However, I only stayed for one day and didn't get to properly familiarize myself with the place or try any of the entertainment facilities, which was a real shame. I think the experience would be much better if I stayed for a week. As a Chinese person with limited English and a bit of social anxiety, I didn't take advantage of some of the conveniences for interacting with foreigners. If you're planning a longer stay, I'd recommend this place. Even for a short stay, if you have good English, you could choose this hostel to practice speaking with foreigners. But if your English isn't great, you're a bit socially anxious, and on a budget, then any decent place will do. Still, this hostel is really excellent. If it weren't for budget constraints and lack of time, I would have definitely stayed a few more days. I'm currently staying in another hostel recommended on Xiaohongshu, but there are a lot of Chinese people here, and it has a bit of an unpleasant smell, which is a bit uncomfortable. I wish I could go back, but unfortunately, I'm only in Busan for three nights, haha. Seriously, just come and stay here, chat with foreigners, and practice your English. I never want to have 'mute English' again, sob sob sob!

AAnonymous UserThe room has a family-sized fridge, a washing machine, a cooking counter, a sink, and a balcony. The upstairs sleeping area has a low ceiling, and the bathroom isn't very spacious. The hotel's side entrance is very close to Shinsegae Department Store and the subway, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There are two housing centers in the same building, so be mindful of where you check in/out. Housekeeping isn't daily. The front desk staff were amazing; they helped us contact a driver to retrieve a power bank we left in the car. We're truly grateful!

GGuest UserThe room offered a beautiful sea view and was very clean and tidy. Our phone SIM card wasn't working for calls, so we asked the front desk staff for help. They were incredibly kind and assisted us, which we really appreciated!

IiodinedqI took the KTX from Seoul to Busan Station, and the hotel was just a few hundred meters away. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including an authentic pork soup and rice restaurant and a great BBQ place. There's also a convenience store right downstairs! It's about a 20-minute walk to Lotte Department Store and Jagalchi Market, which is a nice stroll, or you can take the subway. The only downside is that you need to transfer lines to get to Haeundae. The room was quite spacious, and the service was excellent. When I reported noise in my original room, they upgraded me to a family suite for the last night. The harbor view was a bonus – I even got to watch the sunrise over the harbor from my room!

CCalvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

GGuest UserValue for money, excellent location with view of the beach from the room, restaurants and train station a stone throw away. Only thing is the lift which gets busy during the peak hours and needing to change lift on 4th to get to room or ground floor. Other than that, enjoyed our stay!
