YanchaThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jagalchi Fish Market, just a one-minute walk away. It's about a 10-minute bus ride to Songdo Cable Car. Getting to Haeundae is quite far, costing around 20,000 Korean Won by taxi, or over an hour by public transport. A taxi to Busan KTX Station is about 7,000 Korean Won. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and they provided a full range of toiletries, including toothbrushes. The front desk service was excellent. Next door is a traditional Korean spa, and guests staying one night can get a free voucher from the front desk to use it. This Korean spa is similar to a large Japanese bathhouse in terms of facilities, but the overall atmosphere is different. It has several large pools and saunas. I only went once. The area around the hotel is a bit chaotic since it's next to a market. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

Guest UserEverything was great, except for the rather cold front desk staff.
Location: Absolutely perfect! It's directly across from the Haeundae Tourist Information Center, just a short walk across the pedestrian crossing. The first floor has a convenience store and a bakery, and the second floor hosts three restaurants: the hotel's buffet (serving breakfast and lunch), a king crab restaurant (reservations easily made via Naver), and a sushi place. Step out of the hotel, turn right, and within ten meters, you'll find a McDonald's and Ilpum Hanwoo (which is absolutely delicious). The convenience for dining and accommodation is a solid 10/10 – I was extremely satisfied.
Facilities: The front desk is on the third floor, where you'll also find luggage lockers. Each floor's hallway has an ice machine and a water dispenser. In the room, there are six large paper cups, four bottles of water, and six pour-over coffee packets, so you'll definitely have enough ice and coffee. The hotel also offers airport/city shuttle buses every hour, though I didn't use them. The rooftop infinity pool is on the smaller side, but the view makes up for it. Plus, they manage entry by time slots (for an extra fee), which keeps it clean and peaceful. My room had a partial ocean view facing the beach near the tourist center, not a full 180-degree view, but I was still very happy with it.
Note ⚠️: Remember to bring your own toiletries.

Anonymous UserThe room is Really really small, i can barely sit up but it is easy to crash my head haha
There is limited storage place so I dont recommend you to come if you have a lot of luggage
The breakfast is simple, only bread and cereal available. You may buy eggs and cook by yourself if you want
The staffs are nice and friendly
The facilities are clean, they clean the toilets frequently
The gym room facilities are good and larger than i expected, there are not much people use the gym facilities which is good to have me time
You can socialise and make friends in the common area if you want, and most of them are European and American
The toilet and bathroom are sharing, and you can see each other’s face when you bath, which is not so asian style

palamnasoThis hotel is located near the intersection of Haeundae Beach and the pedestrian street, with a CU convenience store right downstairs. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both Haeundae Subway Station and the Mipo Station for the Capsule Train, which is very convenient. However, there can be some noise at night from motorcycle groups downstairs.
The standard twin room, while not large, is very clean. You'll need to bring your own disposable toothbrush, shower cap, soap, comb, etc. However, bathrobes, hangers, and disposable slippers are provided.
The staff are super friendly! They always greet you when you meet them in the elevator, and the front desk offers luggage storage.

The view is absolutely stunning! You can see the highway with the ocean view, plus Gwangandaegyo Bridge! The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. The location is quite convenient, with OY department store, Shinsegae, and some delicious pork soup restaurants nearby.

I was satisfied with cleanliness until the last day when I noticed that my sheets had what seemed like dried blood on them.
Location is amazing but that’s also why it’s a popular choice for tourists. Getting an elevator from 8-10am and 6-8ish was rough. But loved the location!
Service is average, nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either which is not a bad thing at all.
Pleased with the hotel amenities fitness centre but the room amenities seemed like it was setup with just the bare minimum. Would have been nice to have a larger mirror outside the bathroom or even have a light for the small mirror inside the cabinet. Fridge was very small - could not fit takeout containers without turning them sideways. Shampoo, conditioner and body products all seemed pretty cheaply made. Shampoo didn’t even foam up and conditioner felt no different than hand soap.
We’re at a different hotel now and after using their products for one night my hair actually seems healthier than when I was back home.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Haeundae Subway Station. Step outside and you're on a bustling pedestrian street that leads straight to the beach. There are several Olive Young stores nearby, and it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Capsule Train. The front desk is on the third floor, which took a little finding at the entrance. I booked a deluxe twin room, which was decent and offered good value for money.

Guest UserRemember to bring your own toothbrush 🪥 and a travel adapter 🔌. The air conditioning is old and noisy. There's no shower curtain in the bathroom, so the toilet easily gets wet when you shower 🛀.
The BHC fried chicken 🍗 delivery was delicious. There's a GS25 convenience store downstairs, but it's quite small and doesn't stock everything, though it's sufficient for daily necessities.
Across the street, about a ten-minute walk, you'll find Olive Young and Daiso. This Daiso doesn't offer tax refunds, but the staff are very friendly, and it has four floors.
The cleaning staff (the 'auntie') was excellent! Very considerate!

Anonymous UserThis hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out.
The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station.
However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them.
I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !
