The hotel is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Lianhan Station Exit 5 or 7. If you take Exit 5, there's an elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and they provide two bottles of water. Having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus! There's a CU convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby, offering everything from pork soup and rice, BBQ, and pig's trotters to abalone porridge and cold noodles.

Guest UserThere was mosquito and it bite my daughter’s face. The ocean view was nice though. The area is a bit chaotic, so download navers map to get around. There is Little India restaurant. Quite yummy at 2nd floor around BFF square, about 5 min from the hotel. Korean spa is nice. Paid 60k for scrub, shampoo, massage. Different therapist will be different results. More gentle therapist is nicer because less rough while doing the scrub. I think better pay 80k since the material used is better toward skin. The skin become so soft afterwards. Bathroom will be wet after shower. I hope they wash all towels with dettol or any anti germ since I used the towel to dry the bathroom floor after showering since it was totally wet. Hotel needs to fix the bathroom design. Add floor divider so the water will only be wet on that area.

Gattsuo NJAmenities: The facilities are comprehensive, with everything you could need, including a large gym, two swimming pools, a bar, and various shops.
Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, hygiene gets full marks.
Environment: Great location right next to Seomyeon subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere.
Service: The service attitude is excellent. The staff are polite and speak fluent English, so communication is seamless.
Small drawbacks: You have to pay extra to use the pools, which is a bit inconvenient. It also gets very crowded on weekends, so expect to queue for check-in. Otherwise, everything else is great.

The view is absolutely stunning! You can see the highway with the ocean view, plus Gwangandaegyo Bridge! The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. The location is quite convenient, with OY department store, Shinsegae, and some delicious pork soup restaurants nearby.

MochaaiaiThe hotel lobby is on the third floor. Overall, the facilities, hygiene, environment, and service are all excellent. It's super convenient to get around, as the subway exit leads directly to the hotel entrance, and the path is flat. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes; just head straight down the main road, and you'll find commercial streets bustling with shops on both sides. The beach itself has live bands and acrobatics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Haeundae is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

I took the KTX from Seoul to Busan Station, and the hotel was just a few hundred meters away. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including an authentic pork soup and rice restaurant and a great BBQ place. There's also a convenience store right downstairs! It's about a 20-minute walk to Lotte Department Store and Jagalchi Market, which is a nice stroll, or you can take the subway. The only downside is that you need to transfer lines to get to Haeundae. The room was quite spacious, and the service was excellent. When I reported noise in my original room, they upgraded me to a family suite for the last night. The harbor view was a bonus – I even got to watch the sunrise over the harbor from my room!

Posted on Apr 5, 2026|Deluxe Twin Room with Harbor view
Calvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Guest UserTo begin with, the best part about this hotel is the view of he beach and the space. The view is absolutely breath taking. However, I was taken back about that the cleanliness of the room overall. The floors were not mopped and I could still see stains from other people's shoes. The bathroom has thos gray pad or tile that holds bacteria. It smelled like urine inside the shower and near the toilet. Other than that it was pretty clean. The beds were hard and they only give 2 pillows that aren't fluffy at all, but I'm sure you can ask for extra and they will provide. The elevators are always packed so be prepared to wait. Again, the best part about this hotel is the location. The TV in the room also doesn't provide netflix or any streaming sites, there is also no microwave you will have to go on the 4th floor to use the microwave.
