Sun Cloud Hotel

This hotel is located inside another hotel building, which required changing 2 elevators to get to our room. We rented a suite for 2 adults and 4 children for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is good and we had a sea view from the 19th floor. But in fact the room was relatively outdated. The room was very clean. Overall the hotel was pleasant and in a great location on the beach.

The stay was clean and the view is incredible. The location is really good, near the metro station and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. However, there’s is a bit difficult to find the right way to the hotel because the name is similar to another hotel.

room was really huge and spacious. supreme location, can see half view of the ocean and right at the beach. decent service. has a kitchenette, wardrobe, fridge, stovetop, etc. beds were comfy enough. not too hard, and pillow is not too soft. what can be improved: - water pressure for the showerhead is quite weak. please change the water pressure to make it higher… - for some reason they keep giving tiny hotels by default and did not provide large bath towels. housekeeping keeps replenishing with ONLY small face towels. had to request from the reception every single time. it was quite puzzling why large bath towels were not automatically provided or replenished. it was a bit hard to find the entrance though… can be confused for seacloud hotel which is another hotel that’s connected to the same building. signage for suncloud hotel is not prominent enough and only in korean. to get to suncloud, u need to go up the building for seacloud, go to 4th floor which is seacloud’s reception, then walk to the other lift to get to 6th floor of the next building for the suncloud reception.

No prompt sign of the Hotel Name at the Street. Only see "Sea Cloud" but not "Sun Cloud". Small toilet but Big Room Area. And Half sea view. City Center, tourist attractions nearby. Many restaurants around the area.
