"Great hotel if you need to get to the airport quickly but not much else nearby. The park near the river is quite beautiful in Spring though. Not many places to eat nearby so be prepared to buy snack foods at the nearby CU. They offer free shuttle to the airport but you'll need to book this in advance at the front desk. The rooms were clean and massive by Korean standards. Some rooms have a giant bath too, and a hanging dryer for damp clothes. Overall, great hotel to stay for a night."

"My wife, 9 yr old son and I really like this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Convenience store and morning coffee 1 minute walk from lobby. Front desk staff were very kind. However, our experience would have been better if: 1) coffee mugs were provided in room 2) pillows were of better quality. Only one pillow per person that was provided in room was less than ideal 3) child sleeping mattress was age/size appropriate. The tiny mat and tiny pillow were suitable for a 4 year old. I’m sure these issues could have been resolved if we communicated better and there was more time to discuss with the staff."

"This time, our neighborhood's social club members and I came down to Busan as a large group to see the city, and staying at 'Billy Hotel' was a stroke of genius. Normally, with so many people, just finding rooms is a hassle and super tiring, but as soon as we opened the room doors here, everyone's jaws dropped, saying, ”Wow, this place is really clean!” The rooms were incredibly spacious and tidy, so even after running around Nampo-dong all day, everyone stretched out and slept soundly. The rooms were so quiet and cozy that all our fatigue just melted away. But the real highlight is something else. For a little extra money, they offer a **[paid 15-seater minivan service, including a driver]**, and this is seriously a game-changer! Just thinking about driving around Busan's busy city, with all these people, looking for parking makes my head ache. But with the kind driver taking us right to our destinations, it was incredibly convenient. The driving was also so safe and smooth. Everyone felt like they were being treated like VIPs and loved it. The hotel's location is also superb, close to Gukje Market and Jagalchi Market, and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, making it unbeatable value for money. It was truly worth every penny. For anyone planning a family or group trip to Busan, don't bother looking elsewhere; book Billy Hotel quickly! We'll definitely be coming back here next time we visit Busan! We're leaving completely satisfied!"

"Stayed in this hotel for a night as I had a very early flight to catch the next day The room was clean albeit old in its decorative taste. I appreciated the size of the room - large enough for several suitcases to be layed open on the ground for easy of packing. The toilet came with a heated bidet, shower and a jacuzzi large enough for 2 persons - this was a treat. The biggest plus point of the hotel was that it's located extremely conveniently - 1 min walk to the train station, and just a stop away from Gimhae Int'l Airport. I was able to go from the hotel lobby to Gimhae airport in 15mins, which is record new for me. Check the train arrival timings at the station if you intend to catch the first train."

"The location was very convenient. Hotel room overlooking Haeundae beach and plenty of shops, convenient store and restaurants just right below the hotel. The room is spacious and the bath tub was huge. We had 2 toilets which was a plus point for 4 girls. This speeds up our time taken to get ready in the morning. Unfortunately, one of the toilet’s draining isn’t working. Even though they came to try to fix it, the drainage was very slow and floods the toilet"

"The location is at Seomyeon Station, exit 7 for elevator. Seomyeon station is interchange between line 1 & 2, so it’s very convenient to go anywhere. There are eateries, 7-11, GS25, 24 hr supermarkets, daiso, lotte mall nearby the hotel. Room is big enough, bathroom also big. You can use the washing machine and dryer, but have to approach the reception counter first before using it."

"Check-in is in the basement. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage, and the staff will guide each group to their rooms. The elevators are well-managed, so you don't wait long and they're quite fast. There's a convenience store and supermarket downstairs, making daily life very convenient. All amenities in the room are usable, and the room itself is very comfortable. However, the view depends heavily on the weather; it must be beautiful on a good day!"
