"Stayed at UH Suite The Haeundae and honestly, I’d totally recommend it to friends. The beachfront room is 100% worth it; waking up to the ocean view right in front of you is such a vibe, especially in the morning and at sunset. The room itself is clean, modern, and quite spacious compared to typical stays in the area. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall design feels cozy but still stylish. Location is also a huge plus, just steps away from Haeundae Beach, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Service was smooth and hassle-free, and check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value. If you’re going to Busan, I’d definitely say go for the ocean view room, it really makes the whole experience."

"My wife, 9 yr old son and I really like this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Convenience store and morning coffee 1 minute walk from lobby. Front desk staff were very kind. However, our experience would have been better if: 1) coffee mugs were provided in room 2) pillows were of better quality. Only one pillow per person that was provided in room was less than ideal 3) child sleeping mattress was age/size appropriate. The tiny mat and tiny pillow were suitable for a 4 year old. I’m sure these issues could have been resolved if we communicated better and there was more time to discuss with the staff."

"The location is at Seomyeon Station, exit 7 for elevator. Seomyeon station is interchange between line 1 & 2, so it’s very convenient to go anywhere. There are eateries, 7-11, GS25, 24 hr supermarkets, daiso, lotte mall nearby the hotel. Room is big enough, bathroom also big. You can use the washing machine and dryer, but have to approach the reception counter first before using it."

"Haeundae LCT Residence was truly a perfect place to stay! First, as soon as I entered the room, the panoramic ocean view that unfolded before my eyes was absolutely fantastic. Both the day and night scenery were beautiful, and just being in the accommodation felt incredibly healing. The room was incredibly spacious, so it would be more than enough for families or group travelers, and the open layout gave it an excellent sense of spaciousness. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was no rush when getting ready in the morning. Being able to take a half-bath while enjoying the ocean view was also wonderful. The overall cleanliness was impeccable, allowing for a very comfortable stay. Furthermore, the kitchen was perfectly equipped with all sorts of dishes and cooking utensils, making it an ideal environment for preparing simple meals with ingredients bought from outside. The thoughtful touches like wine glasses, a chilling bucket, and even ice were great! Most of all, I was most satisfied with how well soundproofed it was; I could relax quietly and privately without worrying about noise. My friends and I revisited after two and a half years, and it's definitely a place I want to visit again on our next trip to Busan!"

"Good hotel close to the airport. Spacious room and bathroom with a hot tub. Only issues were that you need a PhD to work out how to turn the lights off and breakfast only starts at 7 am - many people staying there including me need yo be at the airport earlier than that - an airport hotel should start breakfast at minimum 6 am."

"It may be because it has just opened, the facilities are really new and complete; the location is very good, very close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to travel. It is also super smooth to take KTX to Seoul behind, and it is really convenient to be close. 🥹 The room is large and tidy, and there are many beds, suitable for many friends. It is very comfortable to live. Especially the bathroom is very clean, choose a hotel and a must-see project. The room we ordered has a bathtub for bathing 🛀🏻, and comes with bath salt. It is most suitable for relaxation after a day of walking. It is a proper plus. The convenience store downstairs, it is really good to buy breakfast or go downstairs when you are hungry at night! You can contact the owner of the hotel directly on the platform. If you have any questions, you can communicate in time. The reply speed is very fast and the attitude is very good. I want to live again next time I come to Lushan 😊"

"Hearing that the hotel had recently changed ownership, our large family of 15 decided to visit Billy Hotel, and it turned out to be an even more perfect stay than we had anticipated. With such a big group, we were initially quite worried about accommodation and transportation. However, this place offered a variety of spacious and comfortable rooms, including options for 4 and 6 people, which greatly alleviated our concerns. The rooms were genuinely large, and the bedding was impeccably clean, allowing everyone from the elderly to the children to sleep soundly as if they were in their own homes. The 'mini-bus package with driver' offered by the hotel was an absolute godsend. From airport pickup before check-in to comfortable full-day transportation tailored to our itinerary, we were able to fully enjoy Busan's attractions without the stress of parking or navigating. The free laundry and drying facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors were also incredibly useful for a large group like ours. We will definitely be coming back for our next gathering! If you're planning a group trip, this choice will not disappoint."
