"The location of the apartment is quite good: it is within walking distance of the metro station and major bus stops, and the beach is also nearby. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent bed linen and a very pleasant duvet. Everything was very clean, and the room had a nice view with a partial view of the beach. The apartment was generally well equipped with appliances, and the fast Wi-Fi was another plus. I also really appreciated the heated floor. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English. However, there were several small issues that affected the overall impression. The power button on the kettle was broken, so I had to reach inside the mechanism to switch it on. There was also a washing machine in the apartment, but guests were not allowed to use it. This was a significant downside for a longer stay. There was no hair conditioner, which I would normally expect in accommodation of this level. Also, the shampoo and shower gel smelled exactly the same, which made them feel like the same product. Another thing I did not like was the number of warning signs about fines, especially the penalties for not washing the dishes or sorting the rubbish properly. It made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than it could have been. One of the biggest disappointments was that the gym and swimming pool on the 38th floor were no longer available because this facility had been closed for the entire building. I understand that this was not the host’s fault, but I was not informed about it before check-in, and access to the gym and pool had been one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. There were also some surprising omissions in terms of basic kitchenware. There was no fork in the apartment, so I had to use a plastic fork from a nearby convenience store. There were also no proper cups or glasses only small plastic shot glasses, so I ended up drinking water from those, which felt quite strange. On the positive side, there was a water purifier in the room, which was very convenient. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, well located, and had several strong advantages, but a number of small maintenance and communication issues prevented the stay from being as good as it could have been."

The location is great; the airport bus stop is just a 5-minute walk around the corner, and there's a G25 convenience store downstairs. The beach is also only a 5-minute walk away, and the aquarium (which is very small) and Haeundae Walking Street are all within walking distance. The room was very spacious, and the layout and amenities were quite good, including a washing machine and kitchen, which is convenient for families with children. The downsides are: if you book a family room (two rooms) or a smaller room type, the highest floor is the 22nd. I was on the 21st, which isn't a good location; there's almost no sea view, as it's completely obstructed. Also, there's no front desk, so naturally, there's no room service during your stay, meaning no towel changes or cleaning."

"This room is brand new, very clean, and incredibly spacious (it actually has three rooms inside, which made walking around a bit tiring at first 😆). It's fully equipped with all the essential home appliances (the large kitchen has a stove, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and coffee machine), and all the daily necessities are provided.
