"After staying at the Toyoko Hotel a few blocks away and hearing all the noise and how loud and careless housekeeping was I decided to try out the Brown Dot Hotel. It was a much larger room, cleanliness was on point, staff were fast and simple, the House keeping staff did their jobs somehow without us ever hearing them like they were ninjas, there was little to no noise whatsoever inside the room from the outside. I give it a 10/10 and will be staying more in the future!!"

"Le Collective Paragraph was a great accommodation located about 15-20mins from Haeundae train station. Walking distance from the beach, the food street and Busan Sealife. Clear door instructions were provided prior to arrival with option to leave luggage on level 1 (password provided). The family room was spacious with kitchen, fridge and utensils as well as washer/dryer which was useful for us travelling light. Only thing is that we were struggling with the TV. Highly recommended stay when you want to stay near the beach!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were polite, and the lobby was large with a coffee shop. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent. It's very close to the train station, with plenty of food options nearby, and it's just a block or two straight ahead to enter the station."

"The room was very nice, bigger than the rooms in Seoul, and cheaper. It was a nice touch to have a small table and two chairs. However, there was no daily room cleaning. The receptionist was very friendly. It's very close to Haeundae Beach."

"This stay was for an important business trip, and I was very satisfied with the convenience and efficiency I received, which are essential for a business trip. First of all, the spacious accommodations were comfortable enough for long hours of work on my laptop. What really stood out was the large television in the room. Beyond its size, it was clear and comfortable enough to watch for long periods without straining my eyes, a huge help in ending a tiring day of meetings and conferences. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent public transportation access, with subway and bus stops within walking distance, allowed me to efficiently manage my business trip without the stress of traveling in an unfamiliar city. This was a particularly important value for business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect environment for business travelers, and I can confidently rate it as a place that delivers high satisfaction across its facilities, transportation convenience, and overall service level."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."

It is an unusual structure where the entity responsible for hotel facility management and room sales are different. Room cleaning also incurs an additional fee. In other words, you must either separate and leave trash in your room or dispose of it yourself at the designated collection point. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation."

"I was a little worried that I didn't answer the phone, but otherwise it was perfect. The room is larger than the photo and the water pressure is quite strong. Above all, I am very satisfied because I was able to pick up the hotel master after eating rice several kilometers away. Thank you again."

"The environment is clean and tidy, and it's very close to the train station. The room is spotless, and the transportation is convenient.
