"This time, I took the KTX from Seoul to Busan. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Exit 6 of Busan Station. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and there's a Starbucks and two convenience stores (GS25, CU) downstairs, making it super easy to grab water or snacks. The room size was a pleasant surprise. We were able to open both of our 28-inch suitcases simultaneously with plenty of space to move around. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was a nice bonus. However, there was a minor detail – a very obvious long hair stuck to the shower faucet. I was a bit taken aback when I saw it, and I hope the cleaning staff can be more thorough in the future. The next day, we took a taxi to our hotel in Haeundae, which took about 40 minutes and cost around 23,800 KRW, just for your reference. Overall, this hotel offers convenient transportation and spacious rooms, making it a good value for money in this area."

"What a chaotic combination of a building utterly unprepared for heavy rain (leaking everywhere, puddles forming) and the Matié management's complete lack of consideration for how uncomfortable guests would be. There was no basic guidance like directing us to the check-in lounge or telling us to use the underground passage when moving between buildings A and B. So, initially, we walked on the first floor, got drenched with our luggage... And with few signs, we were just wandering around. We weren't the only ones. The breakfast buffet is absolutely, definitively not recommended. The bread was old and hard, and they poured commercial orange juice right in front of guests. The seaweed soup was under-seasoned. All this for a 500,000 won stay, and 28,000 won per person for breakfast?! I will never go back. They seriously need to make major improvements. Tsk."
