We had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days. Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes). I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!

Very near to the metro station, and just 1 stop away from Busan Station. The area is also relatively quieter compared to the Busan Station district, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was very clean, and it even had an automatic bidet toilet ,something that some 5-star hotels don’t even provide. 🤭Breakfast had a simple spread, but it was sufficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended

The location is superb, with a direct view of Gwangalli Beach and the bridge. These are apartments, so there is no cleaning service and you have to take care of everything yourself. Please also note that the hotel requires guests to sort and dispose of their own trash. As a suggestion, it would be great to provide large bath towels for the shower. Also, the glass balcony is currently covered with frosted film, so when sitting down, you cannot see anything. Ideally, the film should be removed; otherwise, there is not much point in having chairs on the balcony. On the positive side, the room is good, neat, and spacious. The furniture is nice, and there is a kitchen with everything you need. Overall, we liked everything, especially the location and the view. Thank you! We recommend it.

The place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain. However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

Some of the amenities had already been opened, and the shower is right next to the toilet, so you have to be careful not to get the toilet wet when showering. However, the front desk staff were very polite and left a good impression. The hotel is located in a love hotel district, and I was a bit scared walking alone at night, but the hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable.

This time, our neighborhood's social club members and I came down to Busan as a large group to see the city, and staying at 'Billy Hotel' was a stroke of genius. Normally, with so many people, just finding rooms is a hassle and super tiring, but as soon as we opened the room doors here, everyone's jaws dropped, saying, ”Wow, this place is really clean!” The rooms were incredibly spacious and tidy, so even after running around Nampo-dong all day, everyone stretched out and slept soundly. The rooms were so quiet and cozy that all our fatigue just melted away. But the real highlight is something else. For a little extra money, they offer a **[paid 15-seater minivan service, including a driver]**, and this is seriously a game-changer! Just thinking about driving around Busan's busy city, with all these people, looking for parking makes my head ache. But with the kind driver taking us right to our destinations, it was incredibly convenient. The driving was also so safe and smooth. Everyone felt like they were being treated like VIPs and loved it. The hotel's location is also superb, close to Gukje Market and Jagalchi Market, and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, making it unbeatable value for money. It was truly worth every penny. For anyone planning a family or group trip to Busan, don't bother looking elsewhere; book Billy Hotel quickly! We'll definitely be coming back here next time we visit Busan! We're leaving completely satisfied!

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children. There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
