"They say high floors are assigned based on reservation order, so even if you request a high floor, it might not be accommodated, and you can't even guess the floor when you make the reservation. For parking, it's a tower parking lot, so you have to go to the B3 level. There are about 9 units per floor, and they use floors 5 to 39, but there are only two elevators. If you're assigned a low floor, it's virtually impossible to go down one floor to the ground floor by elevator – it's always packed. The shower and toilet in the room are separated by a partition, but it's essentially one space, and there's no lock, so you're constantly worried someone might accidentally walk in while you're showering or using the toilet. The glass partition isn't frosted, so you're completely exposed. If you're assigned a floor in the 10s, be prepared for noise pollution; the restaurant on the first floor gets incredibly noisy. The TV is only in the living room, so if there are multiple people, you'll have to watch one channel. The terrace offers an ocean view, so there's some romance there."
