"Facilities: The air conditioning in the room was problematic. It worked fine on the first night, but started turning itself off automatically on the second night. Hotel staff came and told us to use the remote control instead of the panel, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, on the third day, the remote control also started restarting infinitely. Luckily, it wasn't too hot those days, so we didn't really need the AC.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but the bed wasn't re-made.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right above Haeundae Market. Everything you need is downstairs, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Haeundae subway station Exit 3. Walking to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Blue Line Park Capsule Train takes about 20 minutes along the beach, which doesn't feel too far at all.
Service: The front desk has a scale for weighing luggage before you leave, and there's also a microwave if you need to heat up food."
