Outstanding
DDesm0ndI was extremely satisfied with my stay at Good Oi Day Hotel. The room design was comfortable and clean, and the bed was soft and spotless, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, making both the check-in and check-out processes very smooth. The environment was quiet, transportation was convenient, and all the necessary amenities were nearby, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I definitely give it a 100% recommendation.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel, especially suitable for young people. The decor is thoughtfully designed, and the location is fantastic – right by Haeundae Beach. Step downstairs and you're on the pedestrian street with tons of food options. The hotel's 3rd floor offers printing services, charging stations, luggage storage, and various entertainment and leisure areas. It might be peak season, so the hotel was quite busy. However, the 11 AM check-out time, which seems common in Korean hotels, is a bit hard to accept. I've stayed in many countries where check-out is at 12 PM, and 11 AM feels too rushed.

AAnonymous UserDecent priced hotel but facilities are old. Shower head kept falling off (very old!) and the bathroom smelled funky. Slippers were like thin paper and not quite usable and other amenities were not there, like cotton buds or toothpaste. Towels also smelled bad. But I guess the price makes up for it. Service was okay though and the location is perfect. I guess for the price and location it’s alright.

AAnonymous UserThe room has a family-sized fridge, a washing machine, a cooking counter, a sink, and a balcony. The upstairs sleeping area has a low ceiling, and the bathroom isn't very spacious. The hotel's side entrance is very close to Shinsegae Department Store and the subway, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There are two housing centers in the same building, so be mindful of where you check in/out. Housekeeping isn't daily. The front desk staff were amazing; they helped us contact a driver to retrieve a power bank we left in the car. We're truly grateful!

AAnonymous UserFirst time staying at this hotel. Went during peak season and arrived quite early. Totally understand that they are full and checkin is only 3pm, it was clearly communicated to us when we arrived way before checkin time. However, I honestly felt there could be more empathy or kindness in their service. We were quite tired from our early flight and already walked around the area for hours to kill time before checkin. However when we tried to ask if there was any possibility of cleaned rooms at 1pm, staff was quite rude in saying “NO”. All they could say was a firm “NO”. They could have said something along the lines of, they can check and if there is any cleaned rooms there can be exceptions or offer to check us in whenever there are available room. I don’t even mind paying to checkin earlier but they refused to do anything except a rude no. We sat at their lobby to wait for checkin and many others had rude encounters with the front desk staff. However around 2-2:30pm, we saw several people who just arrived and managed to checkin. If they were able to check others who arrived after me in? It does mean that they are able to practice some leniency on the checkin timing if the rooms were ready. Which they have rudely rejected instead of offering. We sat there waiting, my husband even fell asleep in front of them and no staff approached us to give any care or concern. Other than the service, room was spacious and comfortable. Toilet door was slightly hard to close. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and also right beside the station. Super disappointing service experience from such a big hotel. Would never return considering the nasty service from such price.

Sswssss5 stars is Ctrip's limit, not this hotel's limit!!!!! We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights, and on the fourth day, I sprained my ligament. A big thank you to the front desk lady at Lavie D'or Haeundae for helping us find a large hospital 400 meters from the hotel on the map. We were in and out in 2 hours. She also reassured me that many people sprain their ankles in Korea, and she was very kind. Facilities: Excellent. The toilet was automatic, and the shower had great water pressure and was super hot. The only minor issue was that the blinds let in too much light, making it very bright in the mornings. I'd suggest adding blackout curtains. Hygiene: Very clean, spotless. Environment: Good. The room was spacious, with plenty of room even with two large suitcases open. Service: The front desk was incredibly helpful, providing whatever we needed. Housekeeping is every 4 days, and you can pick up water and fresh towels downstairs daily.

GGuest UserReview of Raviens Maison de Hotel 1. Location The hotel is situated along a back alley, which may make it slightly less visible for some Uber or taxi drivers on first approach. However, this is a minor inconvenience. The surrounding area is well-served, with two convenience stores, a McDonald’s, and the popular Busandang Bakery nearby, offering an impressive selection of baked goods and a pleasant café on the second floor. The hotel is also approximately a five-minute walk to the main Haeundae Beach shopping and dining street, which makes it a convenient base overall. 2. Front Desk & Service Front desk staff generally communicate in decent English, which is helpful for international guests. Upon arrival, we reached about an hour before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM (notably later than most hotels). Early check-in was offered at an additional charge of 18,000 KRW. While understandable, there is room for improvement here—particularly when rooms are already available, a more flexible approach would enhance the guest experience. A more significant concern was the housekeeping policy. For a five-day stay, only one room cleaning service was provided. This is quite disappointing and does not align with expectations of a hotel, especially given that rates remain at a premium during peak season. This aspect significantly detracts from the overall experience. 3. Room & Facilities We were assigned a room on the 21st floor. The room is spacious, resembling a studio apartment, and comes well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, and a clothes steriliser (particularly useful for refreshing outerwear). The room includes both a queen-sized bed and a super single bed, along with heated flooring for added comfort. Tips: offer English translation card to show how to use the washer/ dryer would be useful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the highlight is undoubtedly the view. The panoramic outlook over Haeundae Beach and the sea is excellent, complemented by a large balcony with seating—ideal for relaxation. However, another shortcoming is the lack of proper bath towels. Only small-sized towels were provided, which were also used as floor mats. This is below expected hotel standards and should be addressed. Overall Assessment The hotel offers strong positives in terms of room size, amenities, and especially the sea view. Its location is also convenient despite the slightly hidden entrance. However, the limited housekeeping service and absence of proper bath towels are notable drawbacks. Addressing these areas would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

IimanexplorerLocation is next to Jagachi market, but a bit far other tourist place (everywhere are far apart so it’s not about hotel location) . Easy to go from Busan railway station by just a bus. Many bus no. Options where you can take to many places. Nampo station is right next to hotel. Cannot do early check in, but allow to leave the luggage at the front desk. Everyone drop the luggage here.

CCalvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
