New Hotels in Busan

"New hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same."

"Check in is very efficient without needing to register at front desk. All info was given a day before the arrival. Location is perfect just outside Jagalchi station walking distance to BIFF night market street. Room is equipped with plates, bowls and cutlery make it easy if you packed food back and ate in the room. We were lucky the room is facing the sea with a magnificent view."

"Spacious with a table and a balcony, and it's close to Nampo-dong. It's a great place to relax, feels more like a service apartment. There's a counter to store luggage, but it's pretty freeform, they don't give you a ticket to claim it, so you just have to trust them. I went during the BTS concert, so I'm sure the price was much higher."

"This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, very close to Jagalchi Station on Subway Line 1. The surrounding area has everything you could need, from restaurants and Daiso to general stores and convenience stores. The hotel entrance is on the north side, and the lobby is located on the 3rd floor. Since there are three hotels housed within the building, you'll see three separate reception desks lined up. I was upgraded to an ocean-view room, which was very spacious and comfortable. However, there was some hair left in the bath, and unfortunately, you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. While I understand this might be common in some places, it was surprisingly stressful. On the positive side, the room had a washing machine (though I didn't use it) and a counter kitchen, which made it very comfortable to enjoy takeout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"This hotel is located one street back from the main road leading from Haeundae Station to the beach. Next door is a convenience store, and the building is called 'Haeundae Avenue'. When you enter, the front desk on the left belongs to a different hotel. For Avenue Haeundae by The Solid Residence, you need to take the elevator at the back up to the 2nd floor and use the self check-in kiosk. (There are three elevators, and all stop on the 2nd floor. It's sometimes the case in Korea that one building houses two hotels.) If you have any questions or need to store luggage before check-in, room 202 next to it serves as the office. The location is super convenient, close to both the station and the beach, with a convenience store right next door. I stayed for 5 nights during the BTS concert period, so the price was a bit higher than usual. However, compared to other hotels, it was still a very reasonable price. The hotel had just been renovated, and some areas in the room had a strong smell. Also, it was disappointing that the cleaning of the floor and dining table was insufficient. All the hotel staff were kind. Only one person spoke English, but they used a translator to understand requests and responded politely. The room is well-equipped for long stays with a mini-kitchen, induction hob, microwave, (pots, pans, kettle, dishes, and even a washing machine – though no dryer, there is a drying rack), making it very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of instructions for remote controls and such. Even after using a translator, I couldn't figure it out and had to call staff for an explanation. There's no daily cleaning service during your stay, but if you ask, they'll collect trash and exchange towels. Otherwise, you have to go to the office to get towels, water, and toilet paper. Because there are two hotels in the same building and each room is managed by a different company, when I asked a cleaning staff member in the hallway to exchange my towels, they told me that my room belonged to a different hotel company and I needed to go to the office. Also, I booked a premium ocean view room, but this hotel is a bit far from the beach, and there are two large buildings between the hotel and the beach. As a result, only a small glimpse of the beach is visible between the buildings, so I feel 'premium ocean view' is a misnomer. Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the kind and attentive staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Busan."

"We stopped by this accommodation on our way back from a trip with my boyfriend after a long time! Thank you for upgrading us to a better room than the one we booked, even though it was the weekend haha. The bathroom and shower were clean, and the room itself was very spacious! I would definitely visit again if I have the chance :)"

"I had a great stay at Aank Resort & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities are complete, and everything I needed was provided. One small downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the neighboring rooms. However, it wasn’t a major issue during my stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and it’s also close to the beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing, slow-living getaway, this hotel is a great choice. Overall, I would definitely recommend it."

"Attend BTS concert over weekend. Hotel Appartment is new and great. Very comfy. Walk 10min to Metro with underpass. 20min to KTX walking on the bridge. 5min to a bustop that can take a bus to J fishmarket. 2 convenient store below. Housekeeping every 2days. But will provide daily change of towels. Heated floor. But washer without dryer function and not drying facilities. Bring some extra clothes hanger, as not provided for the 2nd room. Filtered Water machine and nepresso machine is great. Huge TV with lots of channel. Hopefully the road construction done and will shorten 10min of walk from KTX to hotel . See you next time."

"This was my first solo trip abroad, and my first time in Busan, so I booked this hotel hoping for a new, clean place where I could sleep without stress. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is what you'd call a bustling downtown area, perhaps like Kabukicho or Shibuya in Japan. However, it felt very safe, possibly because it's right behind Lotte Department Store. I'd walk past stylish BBQ restaurants and other eateries on my way back, so even if I stayed out late for shopping and dinner, the location felt secure. The hotel lobby and front desk are small and cozy, but stylish and bright. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and kind to me, even as a Japanese person. It was also reassuring that there was always staff at the front desk, even late at night. The room had a modern feel with bright wood tones and white decor! It was simple, without unnecessary embellishments, which I really liked. Although it felt a bit small, I was out exploring the city during the day. For spending mornings and evenings, I was alone, but I think it would be perfectly sufficient for a couple as well. It was the typical Korean setup with no bathtub, just a shower/toilet/sink area. But to my surprise, in addition to the showerhead, there was also a rain shower! A rain shower would be perfect for warming up, especially in winter. And get this – amenities were included! Everything from a toothbrush to toner was packed into a cute bag, making it feel like you could stay here practically empty-handed. Plus, the toilet even had a bidet, which is such a welcome feature for Japanese people!!!! There was just one tiny thing: it might have been just during my stay, but it was noisy outside from construction starting around 7 AM. However, I think this was just a matter of timing. Once the construction is over, or on a different day, it might be different. Overall, considering the location, amenities, and facilities, it was a very good value for money stay! If I ever go to Busan again, I'd love to stay here. Thank you!"

The bed is just right, not too soft and not too hard, very comfortable. ✨ Breathtaking views: The room features large floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. Every night, you can enjoy the beautiful city night view directly from your room without having to go out. This was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit!"
