"The apartment was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. It was small and cosy, yet spacious enough to open one big and one small luggage comfortably. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Trash disposal instructions were clearly stated in the guidebook, so be sure to refer to it. Do note that toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, so remember to bring your own. Located in Haeundae, it takes about 30 minutes from Busan Station to get there via tax, but the area is convenient—close to the beach and the night market."

Hotel near Nampodong,Busan
NewCZ Nampo Hotel is a newly built hotel located in the heart of Nampo-dong, directly in front of BIFF Street. The hotel offers a variety of room types, from Standard and Deluxe rooms perfect for couples to Royal and Family rooms accommodating up to five guests. Surrounded by Busan’s most popular attractions, guests can easily explore BIFF Square, Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, and Ggantong Market all within walking distance—ideal for travelers who enjoy a convenient, walkable food and sightseeing experience. Every room features a private terrace with stunning ocean views and panoramic night views of Busan Tower.

"This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, very close to Jagalchi Station on Subway Line 1. The surrounding area has everything you could need, from restaurants and Daiso to general stores and convenience stores. The hotel entrance is on the north side, and the lobby is located on the 3rd floor. Since there are three hotels housed within the building, you'll see three separate reception desks lined up. I was upgraded to an ocean-view room, which was very spacious and comfortable. However, there was some hair left in the bath, and unfortunately, you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. While I understand this might be common in some places, it was surprisingly stressful. On the positive side, the room had a washing machine (though I didn't use it) and a counter kitchen, which made it very comfortable to enjoy takeout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

With a stay at Urban Stay Busan City Hall, you'll be centrally located in Busan, within a 5-minute drive of Busan Asiad Main Stadium and Seomyeon Street. This apartment is 3.8 mi (6.2 km) from Gwangalli Beach and 5.3 mi (8.5 km) from Haeundae Beach. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite. Make yourself at home in one of the 85 air-conditioned rooms featuring kitchens with refrigerators and microwaves. Your room comes with a memory foam bed. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers and complimentary bottled water, and housekeeping is provided on request.

"I enjoyed my stay at Urbanstay City Hall in Busan. The studio was very clean and modern; easy check-in and check-out information and the staff is very helpful. There is a kitchenette with all essential kitchen ware, however, there are plenty of restaurants and cafe' in the neighbourhood so you can easily grab some food rather than cooking in the studio. If you arrive early or depart late, there is a luggage storage for your convenience. Room cleaning is not included but you can ask for this service at an additional charge. The location is great, just around the corner there is Yeonsan metro station: orange line 1 (stops at Busan station) if you wish to go towards Seomyeon or Nampo areas; take brown line 3 to go towards Suyeong and then green line 2 to go towards Haeundae. The only issue I had was the internet connection which kept disappearing in the evening and this was a little frustrating since I rely on good connection for work purposes. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, I would go back and would recommend it to other travellers."

Hotel near Haeundae-gu,Busan
In a prime location in the Haeundae-gu district of Busan, Lavi De Atlan Hotel 2 is located a 3-minute walk from Haeundae Beach, 400 yards from Haeundae Station and 1.2 miles from Dalmaji Hill. The property is around 1.8 miles from BEXCO, 2.1 miles from Busan Museum of Art and 2.1 miles from Centum City. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. At the hotel, all rooms come with a closet. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, all guest rooms at Lavi De Atlan Hotel 2 have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms here will provide you with a balcony. The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Speaking English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese at the reception, staff are always on hand to help. Shinsegae Centum City is 2.2 miles from the accommodation, while Busan Cinema Center is 2.5 miles away. Gimhae International Airport is 15 miles from the property.

"Facilities: The air conditioning in the room was problematic. It worked fine on the first night, but started turning itself off automatically on the second night. Hotel staff came and told us to use the remote control instead of the panel, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, on the third day, the remote control also started restarting infinitely. Luckily, it wasn't too hot those days, so we didn't really need the AC. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but the bed wasn't re-made. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right above Haeundae Market. Everything you need is downstairs, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Haeundae subway station Exit 3. Walking to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Blue Line Park Capsule Train takes about 20 minutes along the beach, which doesn't feel too far at all. Service: The front desk has a scale for weighing luggage before you leave, and there's also a microwave if you need to heat up food."

"The room was very clean and welcoming with ocean view of the harbour from the 17th floor. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and view and having breakfast looking out at the ocean, beach and the movements in the coastline of Busan.  The area leans more towards local Busan, with few scattered tourists. The coast is stretched from both end with cafes and local restaurants serving freshly looked fish to order. Access to places like the Gamcheon Cultural Village and Huinneyeoul Cullure Village is easy. However, central Busan and Haeudae Beach is a bit far. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay if you want to kick-back and have a relaxing few days by the ocean."

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly artistic and cozy, reflecting the owner's taste and dedication. It was the most comfortable stay of our entire trip. The room was very spacious, with a separate workspace and plenty of beautiful stationery for journaling. I tried some of the materials, and they were all of excellent quality. Both owners speak a bit of Chinese, and when we encountered a minor issue, the owner handled it wonderfully. Even though breakfast isn't provided, they offer snacks, instant noodles, and two complimentary coffees. The owner also recommended some great breakfast spots nearby. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by many delicious eateries, and the commercial area is just a short walk away. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that the room ventilation isn't the best, with only a small window, which can affect the air circulation slightly.

EExpatI really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGuest UserI'm already missing this cozy place now that I'm back home writing this review 😭. As someone who's visited Busan multiple times, I genuinely recommend it. If you don't absolutely need an ocean view room, this is an incredibly good value for money option. It's just a short walk from the Line 3 subway station, and after a few stops on Line 3, you can transfer to Line 2, which gets you to Gwangalli or Haeundae in just a few more stops. Plus, the mattress here is super comfortable! I only stayed two nights this time and it wasn't enough! The air conditioning has an indirect wind mode, which keeps you feeling consistently dry without the discomfort of a direct cold blast. I'll definitely be staying here again next time 🥺 (P.S. The front desk lady immediately switched to Chinese mode when she saw my passport, so introverts, don't hesitate to book!)

GGalaxyZView - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Ttth_55The sea view is unbeatable, and the convenience is unparalleled. My kids absolutely loved the Baskin & Robbins downstairs – a scoop a day! 😂 And the beach is right downstairs. Many ocean view rooms in other places offer a glimpse of the sea, but you still have to walk quite a bit to reach the beach. What's amazing about this experience is how incredibly close the beach and coastline are – just across a two-lane road and a pedestrian area. There's a BBQ restaurant in the same building, so even on the top floor, you often catch a whiff of barbecue in the hallway. 😅

Sswssss5 stars is Ctrip's limit, not this hotel's limit!!!!! We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights, and on the fourth day, I sprained my ligament. A big thank you to the front desk lady at Lavie D'or Haeundae for helping us find a large hospital 400 meters from the hotel on the map. We were in and out in 2 hours. She also reassured me that many people sprain their ankles in Korea, and she was very kind. Facilities: Excellent. The toilet was automatic, and the shower had great water pressure and was super hot. The only minor issue was that the blinds let in too much light, making it very bright in the mornings. I'd suggest adding blackout curtains. Hygiene: Very clean, spotless. Environment: Good. The room was spacious, with plenty of room even with two large suitcases open. Service: The front desk was incredibly helpful, providing whatever we needed. Housekeeping is every 4 days, and you can pick up water and fresh towels downstairs daily.

GGuest UserThe place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain. However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

CCeres NgIm a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax). Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort. 1) bath towel shortage I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half? 2) staff being rude There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :( 3) no aircon This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy. Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, and it's just a straight walk to Nampo-dong Street, which is where I wanted to go, so no getting lost. One street is bustling, and the other is more local. You can find everything you want to buy there, the only problem is not having enough money! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room rate is very reasonable, and best of all, the hotel always smells so nice and comforting.

GGuest UserThe good - clean room - very comfortable bed and bedding - great sound proofing within the hotel - great if you’re going out all day The bad - I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day. - a semi wet bathroom - facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor) - toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking) - other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan. - I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything. - this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.
