It was the second time I’m staying in this hotel! The mail thing is extremely convenient location, very close to the east train station, and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets around. The stuff is very helpful. I will stay here again if I have a business trip in Hangzhou.

I stayed one night at Novotel Hangzhou East Railway Station and had a great experience. The location is super convenient—just a short walk or metro ride from the train station. The room was clean, modern, and comfy, with fast Wi-Fi. What really stood out was the service. 五 and 小罗 were amazing—super friendly and helpful. They even arranged a smooth drop-off at the station when I checked out. Thanks to them, my stay felt extra warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re lucky enough to meet 五 and 小罗. Great hospitality all around.

Very nice and comfy hotel. Good location with around 10 mins walks from the HangZhou east station. Breakfast was nice and there was free self-service washing machine and dryer.

By far one of the best hotel experiences in China. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked so hard to make sure our stay was perfect. A special thank you to the front desk staff Hou Hao and Liu Chang for exceeding our expectations and making our stay so comfortable.  and a big thank you to the chef, Peter for making us delicious breakfast. Peter really knows hospitality. He made us a Christmas tree and brought it to our table! This hotel is a very good place to call home away from home.

GGuest UserI stayed at Mercure for six consecutive days this time, booking two rooms, and the experience was absolutely perfect. Although the hotel is in the city center, the environment is excellent, and the soundproofing is relatively good. It's also convenient for visiting West Lake. The interior is clean and tidy, and the French style is fantastic, with practical and comfortable amenities. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. After learning about our special travel needs, they kindly helped us upgrade our room type. The service was meticulous and attentive. This hotel is definitely my top choice for accommodation!

The hotel offers a wide range of activities, catering to both relaxation and excitement, and they are all meticulously arranged with dedicated staff accompanying guests, making our stay at the hotel truly fulfilling. Wendy contacted me a day before check-in and even saw us off at the hotel entrance when we left, presenting us with a small hotel gift. This made us feel incredibly warm and cared for, adding greatly to our overall experience during our stay. My best friend and I both agree that the hotel's service and experience deserve full marks. The hotel's dining is also excellent, with carefully selected ingredients and exceptional quality control. I'm planning to bring my parents here for a visit next time; it's definitely worth repeat visits.

The hotel is located only 3 bus stop away from Xihu (西湖）West lake，very good location not far from shopping street as well.
Cozy lobby with very friendly receptionist who even guide us to set up Alipay and how use Alipay to pay for the bus fare to West lake. Our room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall stay is a happy and welcoming. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they are travelling to Hangzhou.

The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable; it's been a long time since I've slept in such a comfortable bed. The lighting was thoughtfully placed, and the shower's water pressure and temperature were perfect, making for a very pleasant experience.
## Cleanliness:
The room was exceptionally clean. The bedding and water glasses were spotless, and the toiletries, especially the wooden-handled ones, were quite nice. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the drain, but otherwise, everything was excellent.
## Environment:
Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view – the most stunning scenery in Qiandao Lake is undoubtedly the view from the lake-view rooms and the hotel's observation deck at the Peninsula Lake Bar. For those on vacation, it offers a hassle-free experience without the crowds.
## Service:
A butler was provided to help book daily activities, and the hotel's phone service was incredibly responsive. Even late at night, any requested items were promptly delivered.

The hotel is nestled on its own little corner of the lake island, offering a serene and tranquil environment with stunning lake and mountain views right outside the door. The rooms are clean, elegant, and comfortably laid out, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The staff are warm, attentive, and very polite. And the breakfast was truly delicious! Being here, you can quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake while also indulging in a peaceful and relaxing vacation. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful.
It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station.
I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

MmysamThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance of the West Lake In77 area, making it super easy to explore shops, scenic spots, and delicious food – there's so much to see and do, you won't even be able to cover it all! We arrived at 11 AM, just hoping to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in immediately, and even got a room upgrade. The panoramic West Lake terrace on the tenth floor was an unexpected delight! The breakfast spread was ample and tasty too. As for downsides, there weren't quite enough power outlets, so I'd recommend bringing an extension cord, haha. Also, the sink drains a bit slowly! But honestly, these are minor issues; we'll definitely choose Xinqiao again on our next visit!

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserMost of the staffs are very friendly and helpful, great location just walking distance of 20 minutes to West Lake. Nearby is a famous Michelin food stall which i enjoy my breakfast for 3 days. For those taking high speed rail the station is less than 30 minutes with smooth traffic from the hotel. Nearby hotel area, there are lots of cafe, pub and food shop around. Strongly recommended. Is just that i took a special room which is a bit small for me, other than that everything is good.
