This stay truly exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the expansive feeling from the curved floor-to-ceiling windows. The high ceilings combined with the warm wood paneling created an atmosphere that was clean and luxurious, without feeling at all cramped. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the service was thoughtful – you could really feel the attention to detail. The public areas were also very tastefully decorated, and the trophy wall showcased the hotel's dedication and reputation. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Came here for a concert with a friend, and staying here made it super convenient to catch the high-speed train the next day. There's also a Vientiane City nearby with plenty of food options. Plus, we even got complimentary drinks upon check-in. It was a really great experience overall!

It was very quiet, and I slept really well. The security was good too. The only downside was that the cleanliness could be improved; there were hairs on the table and fingerprints on the faucet.
