Hefang hotel(Hangzhou West Lake lakeside store)

The room was spotless, and they offered unlimited complimentary popcorn, snacks, and bottled water. The large screen was great for watching movies. The hotel environment was also lovely, and I really enjoyed my stay. Plus, it's super close to the commercial district – right next door – making shopping and getting around by subway very convenient.

Excellent hotel! Its location near West Lake is fantastic, surrounded by large shopping malls, and very close to the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming, the facilities are comprehensive, and they pay great attention to detail. Definitely a top rating!

Had a fantastic experience here, the service was excellent. It's conveniently located, just 200 meters from Intime and the West Lake. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very dedicated. The customer service on WeChat was super responsive and very helpful. The hotel room has a large screen, which was great for watching movies, and they even provide free popcorn and soda! I'd definitely go back if I have the chance!

The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very clean. The mattress was comfortable, and the best part was that the air conditioning could stay on all the time, so it was always cool when we returned. Thumbs up, highly recommend!

First off, the owner is incredibly kind! Their gentle and soft-spoken demeanor was a huge comfort for a solo female traveler like me 🥹. Secondly, the service is excellent. The laundry room is spotless, there's a delivery robot for food, and free Fanta and Coke are available. You can also send and receive packages. I didn't get a photo of the room, but it was very tidy and clean. The king-size bed room was just right for one person – perfect for a solo female guest. The customer service was also very accommodating. Thirdly, the location is super convenient! It's practically right by West Lake, and you can walk to Intime and CC in about five minutes. Incredibly convenient! Also, I came to Hangzhou to visit Bookworm and Daomu Biji (The Lost Tomb). Since I was cosplaying, I had a lot of props shipped. When I brought in a large cardboard box, the owner even knew that the wig should be placed face up, which was amazing, haha! I highly recommend everyone come and stay here~

The hotel's location is great, not far from West Lake and the commercial street. They also provide disposable toiletries. However, due to the prime location and high land value, the living space isn't as comfortable as it could be. Overall, it's decent.

I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, but our stay was good. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and tidy. The hotel also provided some snacks, which my child really enjoyed. The location is very close to West Lake, which was great!
