Great view! New, nice and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good. Check-in staff were friendly and very accommodating! Thanks to Nora and the rest of the reception team!

It’s been an excellent stay in hampton’s! Located at the main streetz Fuss-free check-in, quiet and clean. The room is very spacious with plenty of sockets where a human usually rests at. Toilet mirror is huge and i love the shower head with massaging functions. They even had a modern hair dryer, a smart tv that allows you to check the timer for laundry wash at the comfort of your room. Room shoes are of good quality. There are also abundance of portable chargers available at your convenience. Truly the best stay ever.

-front desk is good -cannot find any drinks in refrigerator as mentioned by other customers -find small flies during breakfast, near plain bread area and salad area in 3 days, breakfast time: 7-7:40am each day -cannot find any grooming in breakfast area’s staffs during my 5 days stay

I cancelled another hotel and booked this hotel the night before I stayed. I stayed in Hampton by Hilton in Kunming before and was sure it wouldn’t disappoint. However, contrary to what I read from the reviews, the hotel wasn’t as near to the metro as I thought. There was only one decent shopping mall Gda within walking distance. When I first entered the hotel room, I was greeted by a weird smell. Initially I couldn’t make out whether it was my socks that smelled or it was the room as I was sweating due to the extreme temperature in Hangzhou. As I went in and out a few more times, I was sure it was the carpet that had the stinky smell but after a while, my nose sort of got accustomed to the smell and felt nothing. As it was my last night in Hangzhou and I wouldn’t be in the room all the time, I didn’t make a fuss. Another point to note is: cars were not allowed to park in front of the hotel and if you were to book didi, you have to go to the bank beside the hotel to be picked up. I booked didi a few times and the car would usually stop by the roadside near the bank and one would have to react very fast, especially when you have a lot of luggage.
